On top of that, they charged me for an extra thing that I never ordered (at least they gave it to me? I should've checked more thoroughly though so partially on me). Food here is actually pretty good for a taco bell. I was shocked by the freshness haha. The drive thru service is pretty terrible though they're just so rude and it was because their speaker or something is broken so they can't hear the orders well. But the lady was immediately irritated and yelled she can't hear like omg relax. I'd recommend going inside so you don't really have to interact with them. The manager named Frank took the time to listen and understand my complaint, work for several minutes, an came up with a solution that made everyone happy. I'll give you a tip. If you sell something that's called nacho chips and cheese, make sure there is the cheese part in the order. Seriously it's a small cup to start with. Even if you filled it half full it would be better. Literally, we got two orders and both looked the same. Just barely covered the bottom of the tiny cup. Ran out of cheese on about the fourth chip. They had some staffing challenges when I got here, I ordered and waited 40-45 minutes to finally get my food (staff showed up). When I saw people who had ordered after me getting their food I asked. At first there was no order, then they found it. What irritated me the most is the drive through seemed to fly as if there was no delay. Slow didn't even begin to describe the service here. The staff was friendly but they moved at a pace that rivaled the DMV sloths in the movie Zootopia. As we sat in an empty dining room (pictured) twenty minutes ticked by for 2 combos. The cashier took out name but didn't bother to call us when they sat out food in a to go bag despite us saying we were dining in so another guy picked it up and brought it to us. As we sat there, we watched the dining room slowly fill up with people all waiting extended periods of time. Our order was *mostly* right and it was tasty once we finally got it but yeah... The food was good, like always! The service was horrible. Did a mobile order and they took forever to give me my food, they also ignored me when I needed my cup to drink. They were about 6 feet away from me and they proceeded to ignore not only me but other customers. I understand this TACO BELL is understaffed but customer service was not good. me and my boyfriend ordered online, the employee we spoke to was super nice however when we received our food my boyfriends entire portion of the order was messed up and they left out a whole burrito and replaced it with an empty chalupa shell with some sour cream in it. I have lived in Canon City for about 8 years now, and this Taco Bell is the worst one I have ever been to. The food is okay at best. My boyfriend and I went by earlier today and received chalupas that were stale, and they had almost nothing in them. The restaurant itself is disgusting. Spilled soda all over the floor, old food and crumbs all over the place. There was literally not one thing I looked at that didn't look like it hasn't been washed in a year. On top of that, we waited a good 20 minutes for an order for 2 people when there was no other customers at the restaurant. Someone really needs to do something about this place. read more

This taco bell SUCKS! While my friends were happily sitting across the street at Wendy's, my buddies and I were being tormented at taco bell. We just want a bit to eat after a gurgling track meet but instead received a 20 minute expedition and a very angry manager. let me break it down for you: we walk up to the taco bell and notice the in dining experience isn't being offered, we then decide to stand in the drive though line because we were so famished. Then, we are told to order online. Easy right? WRONG! we then preceded to get yelled at in a very demeaning manner and stood out side in extreme weather for nearly 20 minutes. we finally receive our food and finally head back to the bus, but then... we realized we were not given straws. parched, we look to the Wendy's, which i would compare to a cold bottom water in the middle of a desert or a ray of sunshine in the dark. Not to mention one of our friends almost tragically getting hit on the way back from the establishment. We finally arrived at our bus and open up our bags eager to eat our cinnamon twist, but the were no were to be found. very disappointed. on a more positive note: an old comrade worked at the establishment... he was our saving grace. julian brought us our food with a smile on his face and we applauded the man for his efforts in such an extreme situation. julian we are praying for you. we will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon. xoxo the track kids so sussy read more

We stopped in for a quick bite on our way home from the Springs, put our masks on and went in to order. We used the computer and it asked dine in or take out, we selected dine in as 2 days ago we dined in at a Taco Bell in Gunnison. When the order came up we were told due to Covid 19 the dining area was closed. 1st issue why offer it on the computer ordering system?? 2nd why was this dining area closed but not the Gunnison location? Before we had to leave to eat our dinner we had to ask for napkins and plasticware to eat the protein bowl, when we sat down at the park to eat the taco shells were all cracked and the protien bowl was mostly lettuce. We are all about supporting our local businesses but we WILL NOT ever return to this 1! read more

I enjoy going to taco bell every once in awhile but this one has got to be the worst one I've been too. 9 out of 10 times I go here they get my order wrong. The line is always crazy long and it takes them about 15 minutes just to get one order done. The staff seem to clearly not care if they're messing up orders this bad.
