Weren't available at the counter and told me to order on the kiosk. Then when I asked for my receipt later on, they tried telling me that they were not able to. This review is for the freezer machine and for the service there. I didn't order any food so the review is based on the service and the freezer machine. I'm hooked on the Baja Blast freezer as the consistency is unlike a slurpee. It's an awesome treat when you want something cold. But why offer something on the menu when more than half the time the machine is not working. My success rate is about 50% at multiple locations. Well on to the service, so I changed my order to the strawberry popping candy freezer since the Baja was down. Again why keep calling it the strawberry popping candy freezer when don't put popping candy to put in the freezer. The guy that serves my freezer spills some out on the side of the container and uses his hands to wipe it off. He hands me my freezer with freezer still on the side of the container so I have to clean it off before it melts as gets sticky. When I try to clean it off the top falls off because he didn't put the lid on securely and it falls on the counter. read more

Why did I stand for 10 minutes inside and had like 4 people see me but NO ONE told me the "lobby" was closed? And why were they serving other people? Very friendly service at this location with a good natured and patient cashier. Accuracy on the orders was not so good, as 2 people complained about their order while I waited for my food. My order was fine though, a taco salad without meat. Parking is free, although not many spaces. The restaurant was clean and has a self serve area for hot sauces and utensils.
