Horrible experience, yet again. Breakfast Crunchwrap--specifically asked what was in it. They added nacho cheese. Not a big deal, but I don't like it so I wanted to have it remade. Despite them having ZERO other customers they were in a huge rush as if i was inconveniencing them...not the other way around. Woman working the window said they do put nacho cheese in the breakfast crunchwraps, but she hadn't told me that when I initially asked and it isn't listed as an ingredient on the website. She did remake it, but somehow it tasted 100x worse. Similar to what I imagine eating a cigarette would taste like--I physically couldn't swallow it. Worse Taco Bell every! We were just discriminated against over a $7 taco salad. My husband is aRetired Disabled Military Soldier and a Retired JROTC Teacher with 20 years of service. So do you think that we would have tried to scam them out of a $7 taco salad? The clerk claimed that we ate some of the taco salad before returning it. Then when you unwrap your taco it splits in half because its stuck to wrapper and looks like it was cooked then reheated again while in the wrapper. Then today I went by the lights are on and people are just rolling through the drive through. I get to the outside kiosk and was told very rudely they were closed. Not sure why but the inside had employees setting in the dining room I guess they had a meeting at 12:30 in the afternoon.
