Visited the upgraded and relocated Taco Bell in Chelsea today. Super modern and clean inside. Orders are placed on kiosks (they have four), which is fine now but could get tricky when it's busy since customizing takes a bit of time. Love the covered patio with fans . Seating inside is a mix of high and low tables. Staff was friendly, and the food was good.. Great first impression. Oh and they also have a late night pick up window. read more

This place is an average taco bell but there's this fat dude who works there who is just a complete jerk he throws tantrums and was very rude to another worker there. Please fire him he is not fit for this establishment or get someone in higher power to do something but other than that the ambiance & food is okay for being a taco bell. read more

I'm wondering what the problem is with this location. Today is the second time I have walked into the restaurant to order. The first time I was told it would be a few minutes because of the drive through. I stood at the counter much longer than I should have but was never waited on. I left. Today I once again walked into the restaurant to order. There were four people in front of me, no one was being waited on but guess what? Yep, the drive through never skipped a beat. Am I wrong thinking that a restaurant should wait on the inside customer first? After all, we parked in your parking lot and chose to dine in your establishment. I give up on the bell. You know, I've long joked of the name Toxic Hell as a substitute for Taco Bell. Well, today it was an accurate description. There was NOTHING redeeming about TB today! Not the food, not the service, not the conditions of the restaurant. All were miserably horrible. We need something in our gut as the day was getting on and we either needed to grab some lunch or wait for dinner. As the latter was not an option we made the poor decision to stop in at TB. I said, "Let's go in!"My grandson said, "REALLY?" I should have listened. The condition of the restaurant was just gross. Dirty tables, dirty seats, dirty floor. Just plain dirty everywhere. Trash was everywhere, the trash containers were all full and most all of the tables had not been cleaned in a while. We had to clean our own table. Even the floor was nasty. I had to scoot to move across the seat and my feet slipped on the debris under the table and that was BEFORE we even got our food. Had a lady been with us she would have refused to eat there. We should have known better too. My wife and I raised our kids going to TB. It was good! It was cheap. It was desirable. Now the food leaves an aftertaste that is bad. Ion fact, it makes you wonder what you really just ate. Something is wrong with this chain. Something is definitely wrong with this location for sure! I recommend you stay FAR away from this place. Always an issue here. Either the entire order is wrong, they leave something out, or there's very little "food" in the wrapper. Tonight takes the cake. We've been sitting here for THIRTY minutes waiting on food. If it weren't for my son that doesn't want to leave, I would've walked out a long time ago. I've been here a few times now. I stopped by after soccer practice with my daughters tonight. The woman working the drive thru was phenomenal. She was so kind and polite on the drive thru and then when I pulled up to pay I watched her take 3 more orders all while making drinks and prepping orders. She spoke to me at the drive thru and once again was so nice. The food was what you'd expect from Taco Bell. My daughters ordered the watermelon freezes and loved them. read more

I love Taco Bell and haven't ordered anything from them since I moved to Alabama in 2018. So it was time for a treat cause I especially love the mexi melts and bell grande. Today I treated mom and dad to Taco Bell ordered four soft shell, four mexi melts and two bell grandes. For what this cost this meal should have been next to perfection. Sadly it wasn't. The bell grande was extremely thick and pasty and had the flavor of being scraped and scorched from the bottom of a pan. There would have been nothing for me to do to either of the bell grandes to get rid of the scorched flavor. I call and spoke with the manager. I told her I can understand with the covid-19 situation goin on but they really need to make a fresh batch daily and toss the previous days out. We live in Chelsea and have gone to this Taco Nell again and again hoping the next visit is better, but it has not happened. They skimp on everything, including lettuce. We now drive down to 280 or Pelham Taco Bell to get what we pay for. Do NOT recommend!! read more

This location always leaves food out of the order. They ask if you want sauce and then leave it out of the bag. Don't order the side order of nachos. I've gotten this dozens of times at this location and no exaggeration, 1/4 of the cup will be filled with cheese or they will just leave it out of the bag altogether. Every other Taco Bell I've been to fills the cup with cheese, which is what you pay for. This place also gives you maybe 8 chips in the side nachos making it a total waste of money, which is unfortunate because this is my favorite item on the menu. We where very disappointed to pull into the Taco Bell drive thru and ordered the Rolled Chicken Tacos ( which are advertised on their reader board and in TWO different spots on the Menu Board to be told "they have been discontinued !" I have come to like their $1 menu simply because of the items that are on it. the service is not that good and the food is just mediocre but the $1 draws me in. the tea is excellent. they made a mistake on my change and did not want to correct it. I didn't ask for much but I do expect to pay for what I get and not for more than what I get. read more

Slow service is an understatement. A drive thru line around the building and standing room only at the counter and the staff still moves as slow as molasses. This has happened to me twice. Next time I see cars in the drive thru line I think I will keep going. read more
