The only downside was the wait time, but once the food arrived, it was easy to see why people are willing to wait. If you're a taco lover, this is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back.

I dislike Taco Bell in general. I never really liked the quality of their food, and there food is getting more and more expensive. My girlfriend loves Taco Bell, so obviously I end up there once in a while. What I do have to say is that this Taco Bell has the nicest staff that I have ever dealt with. I am always greeted nicely when placing my order, and I am always welcomed to return with a smile. Once when I came inside I was told that I smelled nice, and another time I was complimented on my shirt. While the food is not very good in general I have noticed that when I go to other Taco Bells my food is thrown together with haste, and then poorly roll it up. At Clybourn Taco Bell my food always seems to be put together with care, and they care about giving me the best quality food possible. I once asked them to put the fire sauce inside my burritos, so I didn't have to unroll them, and they did so with pleasure. I gave them an extra five for being so nice about it. This Taco Bell makes it not so bad to eat at Taco Bell. read more

This is a review of the cooperation that is Yum! as a whole and no reflection on the workers of this particular location. The workers are great, it's just the closest location to me and the only way I can actually voice my opinion and get heard is through reviews on the internet. There is too much great Mexican food in this city for me to continue to support this corporation any longer. You've taken a lot of my money up to this point and given me a lot of food back, but that's not the case any more. The food I'm getting is no longer worth the money I'm spending and until it actually is, I cannot condone the price gouging that you have decided to partake in any longer. If you read this, please think about supporting Tony's or Tapalcates or any other actual Mexican restaurant in Chicago. They need your business more than Taco Bell does. read more

To my family,toco is a .. "must go". To me, "I'll go if you want". We took the L to this location and it wasn't that bad of a walk. You get a nice scenic walk. When we went, it was around lunch time so it was a little packed so I mean duh, long lines. It wasn't bad though. They have a system so the lines do go faster. My cousin insisted that I get a dipped italian. Let's just say it was okay. I've had better at mom and pop shops. The fries were also alright. The real reason why the ratings are so high for me is because of their . . shakes. I had to get the chocolate cake shake. Liiiike, that's really the best part lol. There are far better places for fast food mexican style. - Poor customer service. Plenty of employees texting their phones on the job instead of listening to the customers order - This place is unsanitary. I saw an employee cough on his hand and then touch the food in the kitchen. I cancel my order and got my money back - Virtually no help or acknowledgment from management about my legit complaints. Save yourself the time and either go to a different taco bell or a different fast food place. This one sucks. read more

This is truly the worst Taco Bell on earth. I've gone several times and the experience is never good. From rude staff to messed up orders, it truly doesn't get any worse. After a certain time they close the drive thru for whatever reason and make you order through the Taco Bell app. I waited over 30 mins once for my order and the workers could care less. They always make the delivery drivers wait very long time, when they're busy they keep pushing down the list the delivery orders, they always make the walk in orders first, and then they make the delivery orders, plus the workers there are very lazy, drivers end up waiting longer than an hour, and many times orders just get canceled after all that time, and drivers don't get paid for that.
