Ordered grubhub for Fullerton Panda. My friend got a "small" orange chicken. It is tiny! Beware if your food comes in the tiny red boxes. Average person needs a medium or large. Also it didn't come with rice or chow mein and there was NO option to add it. Usually comes with meals. My chicken teriaki only had the little sauce it was cooked in. At store you can get a small container of that yummy sauce. Also checked box for teriaki sauce, etc and didn't get any. When my friend called the phone 773-935-6128 she got a recording that there was no one to help her, even though the store hours go for six hours more. I much prefer Panda instore. This was a big disappointment. Is Panda removing frills --- no free sides, tiny portiions, fewer staff? What's the deal? Luckily I ordered a box of rice or both of our meals would just be a plate of meat staring back at us. read more

It was only a matter of time that I would visit Panda Express for its beyond the original orange chicken being that I am vegetarian. The addition of it on the menu has given me a reason to visit Panda Express. I found that this location was one of the closer ones to me while out conducting errands nearby. Riverpoint Center, the shopping center where this location sits has an ample amount of parking. I loved some of the stores within this shopping center because not only was I able to visit Panda Express, but I managed to get some grocery shopping done at Jewel-Osco, and Aldi which I had intended on visiting later in the evening. Prior to ordering, I contemplated grabbing takeout but ended up dining in once I paid for my meal. I ordered a Panda Bowl (1 Entree & 1 Side) with my entree being fried rice, and my side being beyond the original orange chicken as visited for. Once I chose my entree and side, my order moved in an assembly line fashion towards the register similar to a Chipotle Mexican Grill. The employee who assisted me was very patient as I picked my entree and side. And at the register, an employee by the name of Melanie took care of me sending me off with my order. I was satisfied with the visual appeal of the beyond the original orange chicken along with its freshness, and its taste which is as satisfying as the original orange chicken in my opinion. I liked it a lot and found myself trying to savor each enjoyable bite of it. As a whole I had a satisfying experience at this Panda Express location. Likely, I will not visit this particular location regularly due to it not being in an area I frequent, but best believe I will make my way out to the closest one to where I live. ~Blessings~   Thomas G read more

My husband and I always go to this location because it's near my house and he LOVES Panda. I also deliver for DoorDash. When I am a customer everything is fine. Nice employees, Fast service. BUT, When I am DoorDashing~It's rude employees and long wait times. Basically, get ignored also! Last time I had an order to pick-up I was ignored for at least 5 mins. Then when I told them the customer's name she turned around, looked at names on bags (apparently wasn't on the rack), and then walked away. Didn't say anything. Waited another 5 min and asked about food was told RUDELY it'll be coming up soon. I unassigned the order. Let your staff know that the delivery service people are customers too! I order from Panda Express downtown regularly, including pretty large catering orders, and have never had a problem with the food or the employees. I'll no longer be ordering or visiting any Panda Express ever again though based on the horrible and rude service at the Clybourn/Fullerton location. The females that work behind the counter here have given the wrong food out every single time I have been here, and the waits are ridiculous, sometimes even over an hour. They never seem to have food ready and regularly mess up the orders even after you've waited forever. This last time was my last ever for Panda Express because the cursing by some of the employees behind the counter, racial slurs, and rude attitude from beginning to end with me and all the other customers that were there was just too much to endure and nobody should be treated like this. Shame on Panda Express for not firing all these employees here. All the complaints you see about the service and attitude are real and I don't know why this one location is that bad, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth for Panda Express in general that they don't fix this atrocious problem. read more

Was unable to get app to apply coupon correctly so had to wait in line in cold to order. Once in facility staff was friendly a d filled order promptly and correctly. You do have to ask for sweet and sour and soy sauce. You are not prompted for it even if you order egg rolls. Food was hot and appeared to have been recently prepared. Panda Express is also the perfect place to be good in any diet!  you can choose your how much veggies and protein for your stir fry.  They also have a full bar which is a big plus for your dinner ok well maybe lunch as well.  If you don't finish your wine you can take the bottle back to your hotel in their sealed bag! Chicago doesn't have a lot of great CHEAP Asian options. When it comes to fast food options after moving, pizza can get "boring." (That's allegedly how my parents felt, I find pizza captivating every damn day of the week.) Finding something that will please myself AND my parents was easy at Panda Express and the veggies always taste fresher than other Asian restaurants I've tried. Another thing I find captivating every day of the week? Beef and Broccoli with rice. Panda Express doesn't have the most amazing beef and broccoli, but it's more than adequate. Location - If you are not familiar with the area no worries, this Panda Express is in a nice part of town. The whole strip mall is pretty neat. Parking - You don't have to pay. There is a parking lot and it doesn't seem to get very congested. Environment - This place is quiet and clean. The employees are professional. Bathroom - There are two public family/handicapped bathrooms, one for men and one for women. So unfortunately, you might have to wait a minute or twenty to use the restroom. At least they are kept clean. Size - If you are planning on bringing the family here you might want to think again. This joint ain't all that big. Definitely not stroller friendly. They do have high chairs though. Still, space can get pretty tight when there are 10+ people in there. They have only 2-3 booths, don't quote me on that, I'm going off of pure memory. The tables are spaced pretty much right next to each other. Food & Beverage - Now time for the good stuff. I ordered the orange chicken with fried rice as the side. I must say, the orange chicken is juicy. It is delicious. It is everything good orange chicken should taste like. The fried rice is not so good. Wasn't sticky and was pretty bland. Definitely get the chow mein! If your a coca cola lover like I am, well then you will be upset that Panda Express doesn't carry coke, the beverage that is. Regardless, the fountain drinks are fresh and free refills. I'm sure you can do without coke. Overall, this Panda Express was great. Great staff. Nice environment. Clean facility. The staff looks like they hate their job and have a nonchalant attitude. Worst experience was when they had a deal through the T-Mobile Tuesday app. We ordered online and they gave my bf his food right away but made me wait over 10 mins for mine and served everyone that walked in after my order before serving me mine.
