I have not been to a Taco Bell in a hot minute, but somebody mentioned it and I got a craving for it so decided to get some! This particular location has a tricky parking lot. If you're coming from the south, you do a 180 degree tight turn to get in. The drive through was pretty quick and I was the only one in it. I got the Cheesey Gordita Crunch which I had never had before and the Dorito Loco taco - a classic for me. Both were delicious and had good ratios within the taco. Taco Bell tacos are never super stuffed so always go for at least 2-3 tacos. Can't complain! read more

this is the worst taco bell i've ever been to in my life. Went through the drive thru, they asked me to park and wait for my food. Waited for 40 minutes then decided to pull back around to get a refund. They made our order of 3 DLT supreme 3 dlt tacos with "no lettuce, no sour cream, no tomato, no cheese" so we got 3 tacos with only meat in them after paying for supreme tacos? Also didn't give us any sauces and horrible customer service when we were patient and kind about waiting for so long. Attempted to pick up my food that was supposed to be available at 12:07 a.m. through the mobile app and I was told that we had to pick up our order through the drive-thru it is now 12:37 and I am still sitting in the drive-thru after washing several vehicles being told they could not place an order unless they were just picking up an order from online they would not take an order at the drive-thru kiosk. Whoever is working at Taco Bell tonight absolutely deserves a raise. This is the best tasting Taco Bell I have had in literal years and I'm shocked cause usually this Taco Bell is pretty iffy and I've written reviews about it being bad before so I'm so beyond beaming with happiness right now. We DoorDash from this location quite often. It's almost like they don't read the order if it's for DoorDash. I order a cheese quesadilla every time and they always make it with chicken. They consistently forget something in the order and Taco Bell is not cheap enough for them to be doing that anymore. They also never give me the sauces I order, but that could be the dashers fault. It's the only place open so late, so it's disappointing that it's always wrong. read more

Alright here's the thing. It's Taco Bell. Your expectations already shouldn't be very high. But have them even lower for this location. I've been there a couple of times and I gotta say my number one problem is that they are very. Slow. Do NOT go here if you're on a time crunch. This is not fast food, it's just cheap food. Took almost 40 minutes between the moment I walked in the store and when I got my food, even tho I was the only one in line. They only use a kiosk on the inside to order but you'll miss it if you go straight to the register like you're used to doing anywhere else. The workers will just look at you while you wait for them to acknowledge your presence and you have to figure out the puzzle yourself. A simple sign at the register saying "register closed, please order at the kiosk" would solve the problem, but it seems they can't understand basic customer service. Food was prepped to Taco Bell standards (remember that's not very high, but hey at least they're hitting the brand mark) every time I've been, so at least they've got that going for them, but most of the other reviews have had totally different experiences so maybe I've just been lucky. Cinnabon delights have always been hot tho, something that I generally find to be lacking at other stores who serve them lukewarm. So that's good. If I were the owner, I'd be pissed... Visited at the Colerain location 3 times within the last 4 months. Upon two visits of the 3 I thought a 15 minute wait was too long but today was 28 minutes. The line didn't move until I laid into my horn and that was four cars behind! Not only the long wait but the food was cold by the time I got home. I live literally a three to five minutes drive depending on how busy traffic is. Each time that I went thru the drive thru, I was hit with the odor of marijuana. I have nothing against marijuana for medicinal purposes, but the staff working there are young and look healthy. Maybe if they weren't high half the time, they'd get their job done better! This is the single worst taco-bell I have had the misfortune of ordering from, or lack thereof! This location frequently closes before their actual closing time citing "our pos is is down" or something to that effect (I work in food service, it's rare that the pos is ever down), and will send you home empty handed. I called three times to ask if they were open, the first two times I was greeted with shrill dialup tones, and the third someone actually picked up. Similarly to the phone calls, I've tried to get food from this location probably 4 times, and was forced to go to a different location 3 times. I'm not one to give bad reviews, but this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I live in the student housing across the street, and have been to this location multiple times. They are severely understaffed, and close randomly throughout the day. I assume this is because they don't have enough workers. When they are open, there is always a problem and they always mess my order up. When my order is right, it is made very sloppy. On several occasions they have told me they are out of beef or their credit card machine is down. You always wait at least 30 minutes in the drive thru.
