Taco Bell is great for when you want something Mexican to eat and you are in a hurry and don't want to spend a lot of money. I recommend using the drive thru and either taking it home or eating in the car. If you order the bean burrito, ask for EXTRA SAUCE because that makes it so much better! Now I love taco Bell and this is completely location specific but I whent here after hearing from others that it's a bad location which is pretty sad when you have a reputation like that to begin with but I have an entire list of things that they did wrong so much so that it warranted a call to the corporate number to address it. I ordered a quesadilla meal, a chicken Little fill up box, a beefy Fritos burrito with no rice, a mini chicken quesadilla, and 2 cheesy roll ups. The quesadilla was not cut, nor did it have any of the sauce that's regularly on it, the crunchy taco that came with it was completely shattered, the chicken littles where smushed beyond recognition to a point that it seemed deliberate seeing as how they were wrapped in that shape, there was no silver wear for the mashed potatoes which was an inconvenience with it being a to go order, no cheese on the mini quesadilla and it was confirmed by the customer service line and by the pictures that it is supposed to have cheese on it, and the only specific request which was no rice on the Fritos burrito of course was ignored and had rice on it. They literally messed up every imaginable aspect of the order. That shows a complete lack of competence and any general regard on both the management and staff. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed by this location either. During a week long orientation in july I stopped there 3 days in a row in the morning for breakfast. Their advertised hours indicate they open at 7am. By 7:15 each day they were not open, did not respond to the drive through order screen and upon pulling up to the window there was noone to be seen either. Yet there was a few cars parked indicating that staff was present. I could understand a hiccup or two with opening with call ins or what not having worked in the fast food industry myself, but 3 days in a row shows that whoever is running this place either doesn't care or isn't enforcing anything. You would think that corporate would be on top of this with service this inexcusable, but I've yet to see any improvement, which is upsetting being that this is the only taco Bell on the way to my job and back. Hopefully this lamentable service gets fixed for the sake of that location. read more

Horrible service. Complete order was wrong. Ordered a specific meal and was given something completely different. Ordered nachos and was only given the chips. No cheese. Went back to have order fixed and doors were shut and one of the employees stared at me and just walked away. Couldn't have been anymore rude. Never again will. I waste time on a company who hires people who don't care about their job or the people they serve. read more

Okay, This is usually a go to place for a quick taco fix. Food is usually okay. We get it to go. At times, the hard shell tacos can be pretty soft and sticks to the paper by the time we get home but so be it...it's Taco Bell. My complaint comes from Monday January 9, 2017, about 6:30 or so. There was a snow/ice storm over the weekend so people were just getting out and about. I went to taco Bell and when I pulled up, there was a sign on the door that there was no dining in...only drive through was open. I figured that they were short staffed due to the storm. There were five or six cars ahead of me and it took about 10 minutes to get up to the speaker to order. I sat...and sat...and sat...called out hoping someone was on the other end of the speaker. no response. I got out of the car and walked around and there was still a car at the window so I figured they were finishing up with him and would get to me next. Again...tic, tock...tic...tock..nothing. So I drove around to the window and had to honk to get someone's attention. I asked if they could take my order and she said they were closed. The car in front of me was their last customer. I said that in addition to myself, there were 5 other cars in line. She looked at me like I had bats flying out of my ears. I suggested that they may want to let these people know and turn off the lights at the drive through. I went around and told the some of the people at the end of the line, figuring that she would tell the others. I went to another place, got a to go order and when I drove past, there were still people lining up at the drive through and the lights in the drive through were blazing and welcoming the cars...but they again just sat. I've had it with this KFC. I go in to place my order because I want meat and cheese left off my taco salad. Drive all the way home only to find that, once again, they can't do an order correctly .... even face to face. Meat was all over the salad after 'no meat' was repeated back to me when placing the order. The girl at the register did it correctly .... whoever was preparing the food didn't do their job. Am simply sick and tired of orders not being done correctly. This KFC needs better training and management. read more

Every time. Not once, twice, 3, or even 4! I order bean burritos with beans and cheese only. thats it. 2 ingredients. No onion, and no red sauce. I have ordered it by saying no onion, no red sauce, and it is printed on my receipt. Ive even ordered saying beans and cheese only. yet every single time, EVERY single time, they are made with all 4 ingredients. Why can't they get it right? They never have, and probably never will. Sorry but they screw up my order every time. My son asked for NO tomatoes and he got tomatoes. I got the Triple double crunch wrap box and the wrap was a single with hardly anything on it. Is there management at this taco bell and is anyone trained. I should not have to check my order every time before leaving the store. read more
