Every single time there's a donation prompt, I donate -- even though I already give back working in healthcare -- but my order still isn't fulfilled correctly. If I ask for avocado ranch, I don't get avocado ranch. Any time there's a special request or modification, it feels like the staff either isn't properly trained or the communication gets lost, because the order repeatedly comes out wrong while I'm still charged for the extras. We pulled up to this Taco Bell around 10am to order their breakfast. After ordering one breakfast item, they told me they didn't have any more eggs. So that means no more breakfast. They then gave us a coupon for a free taco, not a breakfast item but for a taco. But it was nice of them. So we drove to another Taco Bell on Herndon and Clovis and order breakfast. While waiting in the drive thru we noticed the coupon for the free taco is expired. Once we got our food at this location, everything was great beside the fact they gave us the wrong drink with a messed up lid. I've been driving-thru twice a week at this location for a few years, always to deal with a bunch of unskilled, disrespectful teenagers, who cannot seem to have a clue on how to do things right, or even give you a receipt if you ask for one. These kids are either joking around in the background or laughing out loud as you place your order. People took so long and had no emotion. Sad to see them work there. They should find jobs they actually enjoy the slightest. The slowness explains why the overall review is so low but you can tell the workers are genuinely miserable every shift. The food is not terrible but they really need to work on services and speed. It's been a few years since I've been to Taco Bell. For some reason, I decided to give it a try again last night. I remember now why I don't eat fast food outside of mom and pop shops...it sucks! It really, truly sucks. I ordered a mexican pizza and a nachos bell grande (in case the pizza sucked) with no sour cream. What I got was an uncut disc drowning in sauce, not a green onion to be seen (they don't use this ingredient anymore or what?), and the melted cheese had coagulated into one single mass and slid almost completely off the top, even though it had been transported horizontally. And the nachos were actually worse. Apparently no sour cream = a minuscule drizzle of cheese, a small spoonful of beans and a pinch of meat that only covers the middle 6 stale chips. Literally the worst Taco Bell in Fresno they do this all the time. I drove all the way over here on a Saturday it says they close at 2 a.m. I literally got in the parking lot at 1:51 a.m. on June 1st 2019. lady says order when you're ready right when I'm about to put my order and she goes actually sorry I can't take your order we're closed in the rudest voice possible. Then I'm like you guys don't close for another 10 minutes and she literally turns off her mic and doesn't answer me I said hello probably 10 times. I left a recording if you guys want to watch it I posted it on the Yelp page and Google . I literally hate when restaurants do this I understand you want to get out and you're cleaning your grills but you should start cleaning when the restaurant actually closes. They get my order right here every single time and the wait is never bad, unless you come during lunch hours during weekdays, then of course you can expect to find all of the senior kids from Buchanan walking into this place to get their grub. This and Wendy's has got to be the cheapest fast food places around. Taco Bell has got tons of stuff on their value menu. I don't usually eat at Taco Bell that often but when I do I'm usually there when it isn't that busy (luckily) when I walk in I get greeted right away, but I usually go to the drive through. I usually just get the chicken quesadilla with extra jalapeño sauce (that costs extra) and usually it's good to how I like it. Kinda crisp when biting into while sauce is slightly oozing out. Lol I ordered the Captain crunch ball things and they weren't round(doesn't matter to me) but it wasn't coated like the pictures were. It's ok though. I bit into it and it tasted alright. It's like a cake pop that's filled with cream in the middle pretty much with a semi fruity flavor. Although, I wasn't Wow'ed by it. You guys just experienced a power outage few minutes ago and Brandon was more than helpful to provide us with food at 1:30 a.m. without even his computer system working and he also apologized on his behalf for the computer's not working, when it was not his fault at all as I saw the power outage happen in front of me.
