I don't even know where to start... every once in a great blue moon, I decide I'm going to attempt Crescent City's Taco Bell. I have never, I do mean NEVER, gotten a correct order. Having recently downloaded this App, I decided to state my piece of mind. Starting in the drive-thru: an extremely long wait for "fast food" 25 minutes total, there were 2 cars ahead of me. The talons on the window girl had even my child questioning sanitation. As she takes my card, and kept it for 3 minutes, she asks if I'd like sauce, then before I can reply, begins speaking to another employee. Eight minutes later our food arrives. Nacho Bell Grande: someone dumped every ingredient in the middle, I got it home, every chip that touched sour-cream, nacho cheese, meat, and what I assumed were beans left over from a month ago (Dry, white, crusty flakes) were a soggy mess. Please eat with a straw. The chips that manages to escape the pile of crap in the middle were stale. 2 bean burritos, 1 ground beef burrito: fine, they're whatever. All burritos wrapped the same, had to pull them all apart and STILL could not tell which was the beef, they put beans in it after they said they did not. Finally tempted fate and had to bite into each burrito. The one that tasted like sand, that was the ground beef. 1 Small Sierra Mist: this is soda. To start with, it did not get into the car. The rate at which the window-girl handed me back my card and eventually the food, the only thing I could do was PRAY she was not handling food. Her dragon-claws did not look well put together, nor clean. I was glad to be leaving, until my child mentioned the soda. Into the "restaurant": keep on mind, I know I'm not getting a fine dining experience. I'm appeasing the palate of children. I ask the girl at the register for our soda, show receipt, and wait. I take a look behind the counter into their open "kitchen" and wonder several things. Who is responsible for picking trash up from the floor? When was the last time the floor had a REAL cleaning? Does Taco-Bell have a uniform requirement for clean uniforms? A few minutes later, we receive our soda, get into the car and leave. Child takes a sip of the soda and gags. There's no syrup. Carbonated water. We ended up eating at Jack In The Box. Maybe we'll try again in a year or so, or just stick to out of town TacoBells. Horrible service...or rather no service. Stood inline for 5 minutes while the guy behind the counter talked to his friends about fishing. I tried to order but he didn't even look or acknowledge me. I ran home and looked in the mirror to make sure I wasn't a ghost. Will not be back. read more

Worst T Bell ever. This is the slowest drive thru in the world, they mess up my order at least every other time I visit, and it's super super dirty. The managers need to step up their game and clean this place. The drive thru is always littered with excessive garbage and weeds. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere and gum stuck to the walls. Yum yum! The employees are really friendly, and when I have to go back because they left something out of my order they're nice about it. So I'll give them that much. read more

The manager was the only halfway decent person in this place. The girls that worked here today- Saturday March 19th. They can't seem to take an order or make it right. FOUR in a row. And then they try to stink eye you. Girl, try it. You won't get far. I know you think "it's Taco Bell, what do you expect?" I was hesitant about going here because of the low ratings, but we got our food quickly and thought it was perfectly comparable to every other Taco Bell. The grilled cheese burrito was great. Gosh this place just continuously gets worse with each visit. First time I ordered the power burrito, got home and found out it was a nasty cheesy rice burrito. Called 5 times and no answer. Drove back 15 minutes and went inside to get it fixed. They messed it up 3 more times before getting it right. Now today I order a nacho bell grande. Drive home to hiouchi and realize they DIDNT even give it to me. So now i wastes $8 plus gas for nothing. I hate this place. So incompetent. How difficult is it to make some damn food. I went here for a quick meal. It took 27 minutes for me to receive my food. They knew they were backed up but kept taking orders and didn't warn about the delay. When my food was finally ready they offered me free cinnamon twists but that was insulting since it probably costs them 3¢ to make. read more

I should have read the reviews. We waited forever, and I mean forever. The person working the drive thru does not listen or she can't hear people when they order. It was nightmare. Ordered online and stood in the lobby for 25 minutes without any employees speaking to me. I stopped an employee and she didn't look at the computer for my order plus there were other orders I heard the "manager" say. Another 10 minutes to get a drink they forgot!!!!! Can't beat Taco Bell. But TOOK FOREVER! don't go here if you have somewhere to be shortly after... Crescent city has a knack for employing the local youth that just don't seem to give a damn at their fast food restaurants. Not that I'm a huge fan of fast food in general, but when you are on the road its nice to see a familiar franchise that you can count on. If you want to run out of gas while waiting in line, wanting to get food undercooked or not cooked at all, or maybe you just like to watch employees not do their job and chit chat all night then you have come to the right place. I've been to many Taco Bell's and this place is hands down the biggest shame to the Taco Bell name. My family and I were coming through Crescent City on a road trip with a rental van and because their lobby was closed and the drive through didn't have a sign to indicate the height we decided that we'd just walk through the drive through. The short line in front of us was taking a while, and even after the car in front of us pulled forward we waited about 3 minutes before anyone said anything saying that we could order. And the first thing they said was "I'm sorry we can't do walk ups". I told them "That's fucking awesome, see ya". And walked away. And it didn't seem to be a Covid policy because there were signs around the building saying that the employees don't have to wear masks anymore. It's more than likely an anti homeless policy so they don't have to deal with people walking up to the window asking for water. I know it's not the employees policy, and I probably shouldn't have reacted like that but I hope the management see this and reconsiders how they operate. Filthy, filthy, filthy!!! All trash was overflowing, the women's room had pee on the floor that had been there long enough to stink like a dead fish. Someone majorly overflowed their soda and it had dried up on the floor to a filthy sticky mess. If I had paid more attention when I first walked in, I never would have eaten the food! This is probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, the Brookings store a close second. I usually go around 10:30pm before work. Sometimes no one will come to the speaker to take my order but I know people are inside. Another time I got there at 10:30pm. Didn't actually order until 10:45. Finally got to the window at 11 sat and waited. At 11:15 someone finally came and said they were having issues with the soda machine and that they were shutting down for the night AFTER I waited 45 minutes. I will say the service is MUCH better during the day. The wait at night is almost always 20-30 minutes and they don't offer compensation or even apologize. Horrible customer service. read more

Usually the food is good, yet the last few times I have taken my son to eat there he has gotten sick off the food and I did too. Gave us severe stomach issues to the point we was throwing up the next day. They are also very slow lately. read more

Literally every time I go here something in our order is wrong. They always get the things I can easily check (i.e. Tacos) correct but the burritos and quesadillas always come out wrong no matter how many times I remind them. The order taker get it right, so it's correct on the screen and/or receipt but never in the bag. The only reason for the 2nd star is the guy who always apologizes when I have to come back or wait for my order to be remade. Drive-thru wait time is horrible. No matter how many times I've been through here, I always spend at least 45 mins waiting in line. Not sure what the problem is, this is the only Taco Bell that has such a long drive-thru wait time. I've never experienced such long wait time with any of the Taco Bell's I've ever visited in my lifetime, just with this particular store. Tonight, I waited for 55 mins. Should have known better. Started out with a visit to the grungy bathroom, which set the tone for the rest of our experience. The back of the restaurant was piled with boxes from a recent delivery, and they actually overflowed out onto the front counter! My son got a sierra mist (straight soda water) and and my husband an iced tea (butterscotch??) After we sat waiting for about 10 minutes -- an eternity in Taco Bell time -- a manager noticed us looking around and looking hungry. He said that our food must have gotten "bumped" and asked for our reciept so they could start making it. When it finally came, 2/3 of it was wrong. Wow! Luckily the food tasted fine. When we left, the boxes were still piled up on the counter in the middle of lunch rush. I think a tsunami needs to wash this franchise away so they can start over. read more

Constant personnel changeover. Untrained, slow, rude and mix things up constantly. Check your order for temperature and texture. This is NOT a NORMAL Taco Bell. They put no receipt in bag so you can not "TELL BELL" because you have no information to report the order and the people on shift. Oh, and the place is usually very dirty! read more

I normally have great service and food from the Crescent City Taco Bell. Tonight I waited in a long line, which was understandable since it was after 5 p.m. When I received my order of a fiesta taco salad, it was handed to me with a few napkins. No bag! When I went to get out of the car, the lid popped open and the container turned upside down and landed between the two front seats. Now I'm out of $5.16, a meal, and I will have to live with a smelly car for a few days. I spent 20 minutes tyrying to clean rice and sour cream out of the buttons on the center console. 1-9-14. We're headed north through Crescent City and the hunger bug bites us. Taco Bell is a star on yelp and we are jonesing for the new items being promoted on the tv. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is good. The management person who greeted us and took our order was well placed in his job. As it wasn't too busy, he took a few moments to tell us about how the town was turning out in this economy. The city and the surrounding area have been hit pretty hard. Fishing and the timber industry were king for so long. Now it's the prison north of town and the traveling public who pay the bills. The competition for customers is high so a good Yelp review might make a difference between open and gone. The folks at this Taco Bell will succeed with all they offer, quality food, smiling faces and good value. The spot is a credit for this town, I wish you lots of luck I hope all restaurants will come and visit Jeremy for a lesson in great customer service. read more
