I am usually very understanding when it comes to working in the service industry, as I have experienced the torment myself. Anyways, the customer service here is trash. I've given this place MULTIPLE chances, since it's one of the closest fast-food places closest to my house. Also I love me some Taco Bell. Every-time go here I wait in a line of maybe 3 cars for AT LEAST 20 minutes before getting to order (and having to correct the order/repeat myself multiple times??) Once I get to the window, I'm greeted by the a woman tweaking out of her mind (she even once commented on my dog that was in the car with me at the time, rambling on about how her ex husband chopped him in half with an ax???) I pull up to the drivethru and get to the speaker, and I was informed that the only orders being accepted are doordash and mobile app. So I can't believe what I'm hearing, so I pull over to a spot, download the app, create a login, and place my order. The app tells me that my order is being prepared. I then pull back up to the speaker and now, 60 secs later am told that they are now only accepting doordash orders and NOT mobile app orders. I explained that I just placed it and followed her instructions to the letter, and now you've changed the rules. This b*tch with the braided ponytail, older lady, probably named Mary and takes too many smoke breaks, comes walking out a delivers some food to a silver dodge that was sitting behind me in the line, so I get out and ask what happened and how they got their food, and he stated that he was behind me in line originally and was told the same, mobile app or door dash. I then pull back up to the speaker and Mary let's me have it, so I throw it right back at her, and informed her that I can't cancel my order, and I asked who was going to refund me? She told me to pull forward and she'll make my food. Management needs to get a handle on this place or you will be out of business in no time. I am in shock at how slow they are. My daughter and I went there at 7 and finally at 7:35 received her cheese roll ups and my nacho box. Having said that, every time I come through the drive thru there's an older man working that really seems like he hates his job. It was 11:02 when I got to the speaker so I was waiting in the drive-thru from 10:30 to 11. This probably goes for every taco bell, but this one is my local one so here goes. During normal business hours, food is always fast. One of the few places where if you go through the drive-thru, you can count on your order being correct 99% of the time. If you are male, you probably order at least 4 items. If one of them is the doritos taco, make sure you eat it first. The stupid cardboard holder they put it in makes it soggy quickly. Also employees generally do not understand the 2 packets of hot sauce per item rule, so be specific when asking. read more

I wish I could give this less than one star. I went here to get food for my family and I, I was trying to order a plain cheese quesadilla with light sauce. Couldn't be a more simple order. I had to go inside 2 times and STILL after the third item was made it was wrong. The first one looked like the cheese had been thrown into the tortilla and not melted at all with no sauce. The slowest fast food experience ever. My kiddo thinks Taco Bell is the best place to eat so I took her there after volunteering Saturday morning. It's about 1p, the inside is 3/4 full, there was someone at the register so I ordered her three crunchy tacos with meat, cheese and sour cream only. We were sitting there talking, I look down at my watch and it's been 10 min. The girl from the register is sweeping the restaurant. People are starting to leave so I walk up to the counter to see if I missed my name being called. No order. No one to ask. I can see employees way in the back, there is someone else waiting and the girl sweeping is gone. I go back and sit down, not sure what to do because she is hungry and I've already paid for it. Another 5-10 min go by and my name is finally called. Food is as expected. More people standing at the register not being helped. Taco Bell needs to step-in and help this restaurant. read more
