We are a family of six. Taco Bell always seems to get our order wrong because my picky kids customize everything. This location got all three orders right! They were enjoying the food so much we ordered more lol. My only complaint was the restroom had no toilet paper and was dirty. There was a soaked tshirt laying in the floor in one of the stalls. When we let the very busy front counter know, they did replace the toilet paper but did not do any further cleaning. We would return, but we're just passing through while traveling. read more

Got a bean burrito and a burrito supreme. Both items had hardly anything in them. Spent almost $5 on the supreme that was smaller than the bean burrito. Burrito supremes used to have way more stuff in them. Won't be returning to that location anymore. read more

Online Mobil order was left without processing but was charged by the store at 3:29 AM when no employees are at the store. Got the text from my bank at 7:02 AM the order was paid for. At 1 pm I went to the store to either get my food I was charged for or get a refund. I got neither. I was told to call or email the app peoples for Taco Bell. No foo ld no refund. This Taco Bell is slow and the food is as terrible as it seems. Ordered a stacked box, big box, and a 2xxl chicken burrito. The Gordita in the big box had plastic in the food. The tacos it comes with was very stale & wet +greasy (not surprised on that, since it's a "fast food" place). Btw, fast food?! It took us 20 mins in the drive through. The cashier was just laughing & no empathy at all. The 2xxl burrito? More like medium. It had 5 pieces of chicken and it was just full of beans & cheese. I'm so disappointed. This Taco Bell is a joke. I try to avoid fast food like this in the first place but during a road trip home stopped her for food. Went thru the drive through. Drink was flat so went inside to dump and get a new drink. The lady at the counter immediately started yelling at me and telling me to "stop! Dumb it right now! Water only! You did not pay for that!" I explained to her that I did in fact pay for it and that I got that drink in the drive thru and it was flat. She continued to accuse me of stealing and said I dug that cup out of the trash "just like everyone else" she was a complete a**hole to say the least and seemed to be the type that would be the one digging cups out of trash to steal soda.
