Horrible communication in that kitchen. We had an order made incorrectly last night that was promised for a remake today since the mistake caused an allergic reaction. We go in today and they proceeded to dick around for 20 mins not making the food correctly for the remake OR a new order. Who tf wants to pay extra for sour cream with a quesadilla and not get any? They had to remake it TWICE and still made it wrong. They also did not call out when the remake item was ready- so it sat in the order pick up shelf for five minutes with zero attention drawn to it. An additional item proceeded to have the wrong sauce put in it. Overall, this is probably the worst staffed. Taco Bell I have ever visited and I genuinely wanted to start a fight since my friends and I were not the only remake orders in the lobby. Service is the absolute worst. This place needs to be shut down or some complete rehiring needs to be performed. This is the only Taco Bell in the area so I keep giving them chances but they always get the order wrong every single time I go there. I ask them to fix it and they give me a pissy attitude. It's ridiculous I'm writing a review a review for a Taco Bell but the service was so terrible I feel like I had to share. The food tasted fine but when they told us our dine in food was ready we asked for some lids for the fiesta potato. The worker who was serving us stares at me and says "but you ordered dine in food", I reply "yes but we need some lids" she continues to refuse to give us some lids and kept repeating how they have rules on how they serve their food. We were traveling during our road trip and simply just got extra food for later and needed some lids, but the lady kept refusing. She then throws the lids onto the table and tells me 12 year old sister to get it herself. It is ridiculous that even at a simple Taco Bell we are being treated as if we're stealing food. I love Taco Bell. We eat at one about twice a week usually. But this one was terrible. We were driving cross state Friday night and stopped there because it was national taco day. What a mistake. Very slow. The food was fine. But I asked to get my chicken burrito and chicken mini quesadilla with regular (chunky) chicken instead of shredded and the lady charged me 90 cents extra for each one because she entered it substituting beef for chicken. I explained to her that this has happened before but if you actually enter it as changing one chicken for the other there is no extra charge (done this several times before).
