Having the very refreshing Darkest Hour Imperial Stout.

When I strolled into Enchantment Brewing my first beer that I wanted, an Apricot beer I spotted on the menu wasn't quite what the staff wanted to give to the public yet. I think they switched kegs and something wasn't right in the taste. So I got their Darkest Hour Imperial Stout. Despite it not being my first choice I madly in love with this beer with it's barrel aged coffee and cognac flavors I was all about this beer. I loved this beer so much I also purchased a can of it to bring home so Steve could try it. I also had a meal here which I enjoyed. I got the Ancho Lime Chicken Tacos and really enjoyed those as well. In fact it matched the beer quite well. The inside of the taproom is kind of on the small side but there is a good sized patio in the back with a little bit more elbow room. Staff was super nice and attentive which made this new brewery in Ellensburg a worthy stop when I am passing by in future travels.

Stumbled upon Enchantment while spending one night in Ellensburg. The two people behind the counter were very friendly and made this stranger feel welcomed. I tried three of their beers on tap, all of which were well made. I added the steak tacos to consume food along with my tastings. The tacos were very tasty. They did come with a side of chips and a small amount of salsa. I'd say maybe the price of the food was a tad high, but that seems to be the case everywhere now a days. Still appreciated they offered food so I didn't have to go somewhere else.

I stopped by after riding around the local trails and had the Otter Rock IPA -- absolutely fantastic! Darren and Justin provided excellent service. I could see their enthusiasm to their business and beer crafting! I love the laidback atmosphere. FYI there's dedicated brewery parking spots in the alley if you can't find any on main st. I'm definitely coming back to try all the variety of tacos!

New local favorite stop. The beer selection caters to a variety of palates with sours, IPAs, a remarkable stout and an apricot pale. The owners were so personable as well as their staff relating to family stories and work life balance. The ice strip was fun to keep the beers frosty cold and cute plow trucks for entertainment. Check out the back patio's for trivia nights and seating for bigger groups.

Beers were great, backyard patio was small but comfortable. Food was microwaved, but decent. The staff was amazing. They had some board games to play. Overall the Vibe was great.

A little disappointed that the chips and salsa costed $3.50, but life is crazy these days. The go to food would be the Chimichanga! It was phenomenal! Perfectly fried and absolutely delicious. I would like to try other aspects of the menu one day. There are plenty of options and I was filled up to the brim of food. May the Lord bless and keep this place. Their chips are very crispy and fresh, and I really enjoyed the flavor of their salsa. The guac is chunky and delicious, tastes very fresh. My dinner buddy really enjoyed his tofu burrito, which he described as "so big, it's almost too big" and "the size of a baby". Can confirm it was the biggest burrito I have seen in a while. The al pastor was decent, although it did not have pineapple as Al pastor usually does, and strangely came with radishes and spring greens? A bit odd. The rice and beans were alright, not the best. Service was great, everyone there was very friendly and attentive and food came out quickly. We enjoyed sitting in their outdoor seating area, which was quite spacious.
