The food is in consistently bad in quality shape and form, including the service. I recently moved to Ellensburg from Idaho and I cannot stress enough about the customer service at this establishment is not anything to be sought after. Ordered curbside delivery at, I had to wait 40 minutes in an empty parking lot still having to go inside and ask what's going on, to which they reply you should've come in. After I made a report to their supervisor retaliatory actions have been against me, where I would order a hand tossed pizza they would give me a stuffed crust pizza without the stuffed crust. Ricardo was friendly and professional as was the man with whom I spoke on the phone. Got a 3 topping pasta, no words Dry barely sauce on 4 noodles no cheese mushrooms counted 3 and a couple pieces sausage! The boneless wings we got were so overcooked couldn't bit into and the bacon jalapeño cheese bread was half the normal size and flat, tasted like old dough not very appetizing. When asking employees on quality of food, no answer other than it's a 3 topping pasta hhhmm definitely not. I would have been embarrassed to send this off to a customer. Pizza came out burnt on a pick up order. I went home and started a movie and laid in bed about 15 mins out of town and called the restaurant and told them my food was burnt. I highly recommend this restaurant. I ordered a pizza from Uber Eats, but they delivered the wrong one with pepperoni. Upon checking, I realized I might have made a mistake in my order, selecting pepperoni and beef instead of beef, mushrooms, and all veggies from the menu. The delivery guy (driving way to fast through a residential parking area) Drove past my 3 kids as the were jumping and waving to him as he made his second pass past my duplex. The online app said pizza was delivered, but when I called the driver had went home leaving me in limbo. They discovered an undelivered order and decided it was probably mine. They needed to know my name and address? I asked how they could not know if the order was mine or not and how they could possible not know my address on a pizza I ordered online as I had done numerous times. they gave me a hard time so I asked the managers name and told them my name and address. Sure enough they delivered the cold pizza. I called the manager to complain about how I was treated and he advised me to never order another pizza from them. What can I say, this place has both improved and ruined my life for the better. They cover their pizzas and delicious cheese bread with another butter to kill the population of New Jersey. It's deliciously addicting, making it harder than cocaine to just stop cold turkey. If you order in the shop, you can add jalapeños to the spinach and feta bread. It literally taste like what I think Ryan Reynolds would taste like. The cheese and butter alone has been the main cause of my cystic acne, bringing me from a 14 to a 10 in a matter of 3 months. But that's okay! Because the employees are nice, they always give me extra ranch, and understand that when I'm tipping $2.38 in pennies it's because that is all that I have to offer. It's expensive when you have it delivered since they tag on almost $4 for delivery and to be fair you have to tip the driver at least $4 - so an extra $8 just for delivery? Worst Dominos I've ever had. I've worked for Dominos for a while, I know the standards inside and out. This pizza was so far from their standards. And the saddest part, the Store Manager was on ovens. That means he pulled out my pizza, saw that it looked like sh!t, boxed it, cut it, and let me walk out the door with it.
