The food is in consistently bad in quality shape and form, including the service. I recently moved to Ellensburg from Idaho and I cannot stress enough about the customer service at this establishment is not anything to be sought after. Ordered curbside delivery at, I had to wait 40 minutes in an empty parking lot still having to go inside and ask what's going on, to which they reply you should've come in. After I made a report to their supervisor retaliatory actions have been against me, where I would order a hand tossed pizza they would give me a stuffed crust pizza without the stuffed crust. Got a 3 topping pasta, no words Dry barely sauce on 4 noodles no cheese mushrooms counted 3 and a couple pieces sausage! The boneless wings we got were so overcooked couldn't bit into and the bacon jalapeño cheese bread was half the normal size and flat, tasted like old dough not very appetizing. What can I say, this place has both improved and ruined my life for the better. They cover their pizzas and delicious cheese bread with another butter to kill the population of New Jersey. It's deliciously addicting, making it harder than cocaine to just stop cold turkey. If you order in the shop, you can add jalapeños to the spinach and feta bread. It literally taste like what I think Ryan Reynolds would taste like. The cheese and butter alone has been the main cause of my cystic acne, bringing me from a 14 to a 10 in a matter of 3 months. But that's okay! Because the employees are nice, they always give me extra ranch, and understand that when I'm tipping $2.38 in pennies it's because that is all that I have to offer. Worst Dominos I've ever had. I've worked for Dominos for a while, I know the standards inside and out. This pizza was so far from their standards. And the saddest part, the Store Manager was on ovens. That means he pulled out my pizza, saw that it looked like sh!t, boxed it, cut it, and let me walk out the door with it.
