I never thought I'd be writing a review of a fast food restaurant until today. This Taco Bell location is phenomenal in service and quality, especially compared to many others. Everyone is always really nice and helpful, and they NEVER get my order wrong. I order a lot of specifics and extras and it's hard for anyone to get it right but this particular franchise location is being managed extremely well, as they not only have fresh ingredients but the orders are always correct down to the smallest detail, and the staff is always smiling. I am so happy that I get to come to a Taco Bell that is consistently getting my order right. They even place a review paper in each bag letting you contact them if you weren't satisfied with the food; although they never need to because of the amazing job they do. I have come here more than 50 times and have never had an issue which is unheard of in the fast food industry. This location deserves a lot better reviews than it has, so I hope others will give it another chance. read more

The service at this location keeps getting worse and slower. The last time I was here I thought it was because they were training a new employee because she seemed so flustered. This evening, albeit during dinner rush, I got in the drive through line right when it was at the entrance height bar thing at 7:45pm. It is now 8pm and I haven't even gotten to the speaker yet. And trust me it isn't because people have big orders, they are just so damn slow. The food is okay. Some things are warmer than others. I got two cantina chicken quesadillas, cinnabon delights, nacho fries, and a baja blast. I will definitely have to reheat at home. Just got my food at 8:10. 25 minutes is not fast food. Hopefully management can figure out their issues because this location hasn't been this bad. read more

The Bell can be helpful. For some reason this chain, sometimes has been named the "best Mexican restaurant." That's beyond so funny. It certainly isn't that. Taco Bell is Americanized fast food, and the drive thru is quick. Plus I do like their chalupas. Also their chicken soft tacos, are quite decent at the price point. Also a tasty treat is nachos supreme. This with beef and sour cream. How can you not like it? The employees here are very friendly. It's clean and fairly organized. Every night shift takes minimum 30+ minutes for the simplest orders. Food will stay on shelf and employees will hide from customers and ignore people who want their food even though the food is finished. Very hit or miss. Got crunch wrap supremes that literally came with a thin smothering of beef, barely any sauces, and was very dry. Yet this was "fresh" and had to wait 15min in the drive through for after ordering for pick up. read more

Poorly assembled crunch wrap- beans and cheese only at the bottom while only lettuce at the top. Most notably, was asked to wait at the front of the building for our food so that an employee could get in their car and go through the drive through three consecutive times (not ordering food) to make it seem like they were busy and had good service times. I expected so much better from a place I have consider to be a loyal customer of , for starters I only ordered two items and it took them a total of 30 minutes to give me my order. In that 30 minutes I have seen almost 20 cars go through the drive-through and get their food peacefully and people who have ordered behind me got their order first. I am outraged and distraught. The overall ambience of the restaurant was very low vibrational as there were many things that were not well kept at least to my standards and feel like that is something that should be brought up to corporate. Consistently slow service. Like VERY slow. Orders are usually wrong and if you ask a staff member for your correct order they are rude and never apologize. Since the order takes so long i always sit and watch all the customers come up and address incorrect orders. First time I ordered from this site. It was terrible. A soft taco with extra beef that was cold even though I was there less than 5 minutes after placing the online order. We had a huge order for our facility to treat our residents for taco Tuesday and this location didn't fail us. The food was ready for pick up on time, our orders didn't looked like it was rushed, it was well prepared, it was still hot when our residents received it. But today, I brought a drive-through order home and the cinnamon twists tasted chemical, like some cleaning solution had been poured over them.
