I went through the drive thru today and made my order but then realized last minute I forgot an item on my list. As I went to the window to pay, I kindly asked the young gentlemen if it was okay to add an extra item to my order. He told me he couldn't do it for some odd reason. He said he wasn't able to change the order and said sorry. I've never had a cashier tell me they couldn't add an extra item on my order before I paid but I guess he wasn't too experienced with the register. I ended up grabbing the food I ordered and circled back to the drive thru just to order the one item I wanted to order at the cashiers window. I paid for the item and as I grabbed the receipt the young man handed me the food and said sorry again. I think this would of all been avoided if he just added the item on my first trip and adjusted the order in the first place instead of me circling back to the drive thru just to order that one item. Who knows. Maybe he didn't want to do it in the first place or just didn't know how to do it. read more

Very fast service. Did mobile order since I had my young children and it was very early. Guy w/ dark hair, and mustache brought my food to my car. Excellent service! Usually pretty awesome, I sometimes stop by on my way home after work or on my way to class. I've only had one below average experience here, once had to park and wait for my food, which I didn't really mind because it'd be fresher, empanadas can take a few minutes. However, someone forgot to run it out. I went in after 25minutes to see what was up. Manager was great trying to make up for it, think her and the rest of the staff was more upset about it than I was. I just wanted my food so I can eat and go home lol. But even after declining I got a couple extra empanadas as a sorry, it was a nice gesture. This was months ago. I'm sometimes one of those annoying picky customers, depending what I'm ordering, and modify some of my burritos and they're pretty accommodating with that, haven't had any wrong orders. And just to throw it out there, believe his name is Antonio, usually at the first window when it's open, he's a great staff member. Tons of energy, happy go luck dude. Haven't had any rude staff here, they're all nice, but he's beyond that. I've worked fast food and it's draining, but don't think that happens for him. Saw Taco Bell commercial for the new Grande Nachos box. Drove down here to order and they tell me they don't sell it. I asked why and they tell me because their not being sent enough chips. Yeah they like to close early and then claim they're out of food on a friday night. and then you offer me free nachos, not the first time this has happened. They also wont run the outside light during the night time so they dont have to deal with as many customers. Kind of Pathetic that they have the audacity to lie to me. Sooooo...we bought one of those $20 coupon books that you can use at over 95 local restaurants in Solano County and Taco Bell was included in the book, HOWEVER, this location REFUSED to accept the coupon!!! Uuuuuggghhh!!! Pricks!!! I asked why and the cashier nervously said because the store manager said 'not to accept coupons'. I then asked to speak to the store manager buuuut so convenient for them that NO STORE MANAGER was available!! .....The store manager I found out is named Cindy...Well Cindy, if u don't honor any coupons then I suggest u post a sign somewhere in your store!!! Oh & I also suggest u have your staff pay more attention to what happens in your dining area cuz 2 people ran inside n headed straight to your fountain drinks only to nervously fill up their cups and ran right back out n took off! The only good thing about this place is the man working the drive-thru, I think his name is Antonio. This location typically has 2-3 people working. The wait is horrendous. My time before this current visit, I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru line. The women working here are incredibly rude. They like to throw your food on the counter and walk away. They do a lot of personal talk in front of customers that really needs to be said away from the front. When you ask the person taking your order at the drive-thru to please repeat the order, they tell you the person at the window will do it. I didn't realize it was too difficult to repeat the order for clarification.. I thought that was a part of good customer service, my bad bro. Overall, upper management really needs to step in and fix this wait issue. It should not take so long to get your food. read more

I said no lettuce and tomatoes and they put lettuce. Worker said "would you like sauce other than mild" and I said yes please. Only to find out she didn't give me any sauce. Mind you this was around 11:30pm and I was the only drive thru customer. I ordered a nachos bell grande no meat, a quesolupa, and an apple empanada. After I paid I waited at the window while the employees were standing around drinking their drinks-I was slightly annoyed but whatever, then when I get my food I look in the bag and see the quesolupa missing so I tell the girl and I get my quesolupa, then when I got home and opened my nachos I see they have meat on them, when I said no meat! I don't even think the employees were paying attention they were too busy standing around. Usually when I come here I get fast service and they have never messed up my order before! So I definitely feel like it was subpar performance on the employees part not the restaurant. Whoever is the manager here needs to ensure that employees are ya know doing their job instead of standing around. read more

Nice new restaurant, way better than the old one that was down the street. Convenient to the freeway, easy off/on. The order taker was very friendly and efficient. Food was prepared fast, quality was good. One MAJOR concern - One of the two exits is blocked off with a large garbage receptacle and there are handwritten signs on the door inside and outside to use the other entrance at the front of the restaurant. That leaves a single door for customers to use in the event of an emergency. Definitely not up to city/county regulations. read more

I cannot stress enough my displeasure for this restaurant... I have literally been through this drive through more than a dozen times to order my food. I ask for NO NACHO CHEESE on my food EVERY TIME I ORDER. And without fail, my food ALWAYS has NACHO CHEESE on it. I'm so sick of it. What if I was allergic Taco Bell?? So I too was in the drive thru on 1/14/2016 and Berwyn was the cashier and let me just say....he gave us the best customer service for a fast food establishment! I mean even my husband who was in the passenger seat said that Berwyn was thoughtful, polite and should be given a GOLD STAR for his cheerful personality. I made sure to look at our receipt to find out Berwyn's name. Manager of this Taco Bell, Berwyn should be employee of the month and be recognized for his awesome customer service! service is a little slow. But mannn... probably the best taco I had at taco bell in awhile! Guy was super nice. And even though it took a few more minutes than expected. I'm glad it did. Because my food was actually hot! and super fresh. I Hate Going to taco bell when the food is all cold or looks like it's been heated in the micowaves.. the cheeese as melted to perfection and not just thrown on .idk..at other taco bells..the sauce may be heavier/thicker more fattening causing me to want to throw up. But at this taco bell, it was perfeccccct. If Im ever craving taco bell again this will be Definietly my go to taco bell. I will drive the extra miles even if there's one down the street. This used to be our favorite Taco Bell. No more. Barely 1Tablespoon of meat in my Beefy Burrito. There's a broken door so, if you are handicapped and in a handicapped space, you must walk around the building to enter. It is not as clean as previously and the service is not as good.
