Went to Taco Bell for a Breakfast Crunchwrap. The workers there were extremely rude and acted like we were an inconvenience for even being there. I was greeted at the order screen with a stern "Hello?!". When I got to the window to pay, the worker didn't say a single word. So we paid regardless and got our food, just to get home and see this. We picked up some taco bell after I got off work today, I understand it was late but online it says open until 3am. I got there at around 10:30. That should not be any reason for them to give us our order the way they did. When she handed me the bag, I didn't notice it was covered in sauce until after I pulled up. In addition to red sauce being all over me and my girlfriend and my car, there was no napkins in the bag to clean up the mess they handed us. I paid $20 to get extremely disappointed. Food was fine but experience was not great. I usually never would post a review online but I just got done at work and all i needed was some food. No one deserves to be handed a bag of food that THEY PAID FOR and it be soggy and covered in sauce that they had to know they spilt because of it being on the outside of the bag as well. read more

Worst service I have ever had. We had to ask for ice which took is 20 minutes standing at the counter. No one ask if I needed help finally I had to raise my voice to get ice. Apparently their ice machine hasn't worked in 2 weeks and there wasn't even a sign saying it was broke. All the soda choices were flat. The only think which tasted ok was gatorade. It took 44 minutes to receive or food and they were not even busy. 4 people walked out and 2 people wanted refunds because they had been there 50 minutes and had to go to work and still didn't have their food. Fast service during lunch hour on a FRIDAY! Service was excellent at the window, extra sauces, fork and napkins were included without my request. Order was done precisely as asked too. I made a mobile order this morning and my order somehow disappeared, after I told them everything that was on my order including what I substituted, I still got almost everything completely wrong. I can understand if it was a busy time but there was only 1 person in line with me and from the looks of it they only got a drink. This was a good visit to an ordinary Taco Bell. I read the other reviews before stopping in but I gotta say on my visit it wasn't bad at all. The cashier (Eileen) was really friendly and said thank you. The wait for my order was over 7 minutes but it was correct when I got it. The music was a little loud but no big deal. Buyer Beware - Apparently this Taco Bell (and likely all of them) do not serve their full menu on the drive thru. Some items, like the Quesarito, they will make for you only if you order through the app. They won't make it for you if you ask for it at the drive-thru speaker. Worst taco bell ever! This place is extremely dirty and extremely slow. I should have turned right around and walked out. The floor was filthy. Food, trash and piles of dirt all over the floor. Every table had either flies, food or drink spilled. The drink station was dispensing brownish water. The drink tray had trash over flowing in it from the trash receptacle in the middle. The sauce and utensil station had no sauce and the sauce bins had crumbs and hard cheese laying in them. The food preparation area had taco shells, lettuce and whatever else all over the floor. It took at least 30 minutes to get our food which was cold! When another patron voiced her concerns to the manager she said they were short handed. The patron replied that that was not an excuse. The manager then replied " I don't know what you want me to do about it". This place needs to be shut down. The garbage cans were over flowing and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Breakfast this morning after church ... disappointing experience. I was the only patron in the restaurant the entire 40 minutes I was present. Ordered coffee with cream, & the Steak & Cheese Quesadilla combo. I didn't receive the coffee with my order (came later with the meal), the person a little confused with the order being take out or dining-in, but he did alright, he asked my name, 15 minutes later my name is being yelled from the kitchen area ... I wasn't sure if they were calling me to come back to the kitchen to help cook/prepare my meal. Finally, she calls my name from the counter, coffee was piping hot, remember I asked with cream, way too hot to drink & literally filled to the brim, requested they pour one-third of the coffee out & add cream (wanted to sip coffee with my breakfast & not lunch), the hash browns were cold & stale, as if they were left out on the counter all night to thaw, the quesadilla was pretty good, very hot, but with a few, small bits of steak I may as well have ordered a cheese quesadilla instead ... they were also dry, no sour cream, no guacamole, ... no going back. read more
