Best Taco Bell I've had in my whole life! The Crunchwrap had a crunch, was hot, and the lettuce/tomato cold. Life changing experience

This is a good Taco Bell. Friendly staff, clean dining room. They have an ordering kiosk, and I hate those nasty germy things. I didn't have to use it, they took my order the good old fashioned way. I don't eat cheese so I have an obnoxious order and they got it right with no moaning, groaning or eye rolls. We unintentionally sat where we could watch the cars in the drive through and got to watch some guy pick him nose and eat it. So dinner and a show. We were even wished a nice day after we ate and were headed out the door. We would eat at this Taco Bell again if in the area, for sure. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. no register was available and they did not accept cash. even after i ordered my meal and waited patiently for it, they called my name and threw my food on the counter knocking the cinnamon delights i ordered out of their bag. So rude and disrespectful. They forgot my freeze and started talking mess about me behind my back saying that we didn't actually order them when we obviously did. The people working had the worst customer service i've ever seen and quite frankly i felt unsafe at this location. also, they forgot my friends food and claimed that the order did not exist when the transaction had been made and repetitively rolled their eyes. never again. read more

I like Taco Bell and all but this drive thru line is sooooooo slow. I sat in it for 25 minutes with only 3-4 cars ahead of me. If you are in a hurry this is not your best choice for fast food, which they are advertised as. And when you realize how slow it is you are trapped in the line with no way of getting out!!! read more

This location is incredible! The staff is always smiling and I've never had a bad experience in drive thru or pickup, even when there's a rush. Please congratulate your workers (especially the drive thru staff!) on having such a positive attitude , it makes my day a lot better and I have begun to look forward to my visits! They are always patient with me if I have to add something last minute or if I need more time and have questions. I just wanted to share how uniquely good this location is! Was dying for Taco Bell tonight. I always get a Bean burrito and tonight's was disgusting. The beans were so hard I couldn't even swallow it. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I will now find a new Taco Bell to go to. I even tried a cheesy rice and bean burrito and it was the same way. Hard and gross. Slowest, rudest Taco Bell around. They frequently just randomly shut down. Waited in line over 30 minutes last time only to have the employee say "ya, it'll be another 40" then YELLED "I HOPE EVERYONE CAN HEAR!!!" To the line of 8+ cars. Came in tonight to grab dinner the drive thru was long so I went inside thinking it would be quicker. It definitely was not which is understandable. I placed my order and waited for my food. As others got there orders my number was coming up and then it got pasted. People that came in after me got their food before I did. Once they make my order I had waited almost 15-20 minutes the manager did apologize for the issue but still doesn't can't for the time I had to wait. This the worst customer service I've had in a long time. They need to clean house here. There lucky I'm not looking for a case today and I'm on lunch. Yurixi was my cashier and all I asked was 'how much was it again?' He rolled his eyes said the amount and turned to the girl and called me a 'stupid bitch'. This happened last time I came too. i came back thinking last time was just a busy night or something but now reading other reviews this seems typical. The food is good, but they always get my order wrong. I don't eat beef and even when I say to exchange it with beans they never do it. Most of the time I go back m, but other times I don't care and just throw it out. It's honestly disappointing and it gets annoying to the pint where u don't want to do anything about it. Went here September 26th at 6:45 pm ordered 2 beefy 5-layers and immediately got food poisoning 3 hours later for the whole week. It was the only thing I ate that evening so this place needs a safety inspection ASAP. Do not go to this location unless you want to vomit the whole week. read more

The workers are so awkward and the older lady always has the microphone on while working the drive thru when talking to the people at the window so you hear their conversation. Also the last few times I went they screwed up my order. Don't order anything special or ask them to take anything off they will do the complete opposite or not at all. Taco Bell was great, I enjoyed the food and really appreciated the person who helped me. Sometimes wait times can go up if things get backed up. I enjoy how they cycle through new items to add more variety to the menu from time to time, just sad when they remove my favorite items. My personal favorite is the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, or a bean and cheese burrito with no red sauce, or onions, adding sour cream. Overall my time there is enjoyable and a good experience. My husband and I just came through the driver through tonight. When we got home we noticed our order wasn't as fresh and we didn't want to waste twenty dollars so we went back. HORRIBLE Customer Service. Was ordering through the drive thru and that was just the start from their disrespectful employee. When it finally came time for me to purchase my items the lady working the drive thru acted like I was a huge inconvenience for her. When she thought the sliding door was shut I heard and witnessed her call me a "stupid fucking bitch." I was like okay, I'll go ahead and call the store and talk with her manager. It took me 7 attempts to call them before I had someone answer. I explained to her manager what happened and she asked me to hold on. Didn't put me on hold and could hear them all just laughing. Then she finally came back and said "oh she said she didn't say that." I went okay....well provide me your name and the employees name and I'll go straight to corporate. She then gave me the incorrect number to corporate and told me she wasn't going to give me either of their names.
