They claimed they were out of chalupa shells so I had to get a Crunchwrap instead. Drinks tasted horrible and dirty, even the water tastes dirty. I asked for Diet Pepsi, which tasted horrible. Then I had them exchange it for a diet Dr Pepper, which ALSO tasted awful and dirty. Then I asked for a water thinking you can't go wrong with water. I was wrong! Filthy! I ate here because I was hungry and on the road, otherwise I would have drove on by, but I figured at least it was a standard known quantity. Every table and the floor were filthy. I admit that I didn't look at the reviews before we stopped. Wish I had. Will never stop here again and we come through this area several times a year. First and foremost it's dirty. Drink area was filthy. Not just from today but from multiple days. They tried shorting us three items but I checked our order before we left. All the food wrapped the exact same so everything has to be opened up. Is it a burrito supreme or a 7 layer burrito. Their lack of care and concern was palatable. They were out of items and you find out after you order from the kiosk. Don't try to modify anything on your order because that isn't going to happen. No ice in the drink machine. Apparently that was an issue two weeks ago and still going on. No sign saying it's broken or anything. Overall just a pathetic excuse for a Taco Bell. read more

It's always scary going west or back home driving this stretch where there's not much places to stop and eat other than fast food and the places we have stopped at in the past were always full of flies and so very dirty. We have learned to not eat in. Just stop to use the bathroom and take it to go for sanitary reasons. This time we lucked out because we got taco Bell to go. A box of hard tacos and get no food poisoning, no problems at all. Hit the spot and ate happily in the car. We have stopped here in the past and got KFC and yeah wasn't too clean or great but Taco Bell to go was OK this time around. I think if we ever drive back this route which I am sure we will, most likely stop here vs Ozona's DQ yikes that was bad. So beware folks, map out your stops and gas. This is a poorly managed location and other reviews can attest to this. They do not care, however, because nothing changes. Two or three nights ago my friend and I went through the drive-through at Taco Bell. The girl that was working the window goes by the name T I have to really say two thumbs up not only what she working the intercom running the drive-through register making the drinks she was running the front register and bagging the food And threw all that she maintain an awesome attitude. I personally would have been overwhelmed, but her attitude her smile throughout the whole order was amazing. So I'm traveling over 3,000 miles eating McDonalds the entire time because of two grandkids. I dump off the Grandkids and decide that I'm gonna hit Taco Bell on the way back to San Antonio. Well, I should have just had McDonalds... First thing I notice is nobody working the front counter. No problem, there's a kiosk. Then I see a printed note that says "We're out of Sour Cream". Who the heck has a burrito supreme without sour cream? So I relictantly place my order. I decided to hit the latrene while I wait to go (forgive me) big potty. There's a sign over the toilet that says, "Please do not flush toilet paper down the toilet". Ok, and what exactly would you like me to do with it? Anywho - head back out there after a good ten minute deposit and my wife is still standing there waiting. TWENTY MINUTES is how long it took for a Burrito Supreme and a Crunch Wrap. Serious? I finally get back on I-10 and start eating my burrito. WORSE BURRITO EVER from taco bell. Lettuce was wilted and there was barely any meat on there. Then the wife says, "There's barely any meat on my Crunch Wrap". I would have rather just stuck to McDonalds at this point. If you are driving though Ft Stockton and want Taco Bell - do yourself a favor and just drive on by. This restaurant needs help badly. read more

Went to stop with my family after driving all day to order dinner and use the restroom. I entered the store with my mask on and went to use the restroom prior to ordering. The cashier rudely stated that the restrooms were not open to the public; I reinforced to her that I was going to order dinner and would not be general public, but would be a paying customer. To which she replied that to help stop the spread of corona the restrooms were for employees only. The restaurant smells horrible and there was no other patrons in the store, or the drive-through. This is one of the only restaurants with a restroom for hundreds of miles on the interstate, and the way she approached the situation was completely unprofessional and rude. Worst fast food experience ever! The tortilla chips were greasy and undercooked. The restaurant was out of tomatoes. But, nobody bothered to tell us. The nachos were so bad that we sent them back. The beans in my bean burrito were dry, crusty, fibrous, and pasty. I could only eat two bites. Then, the taco supreme had no tomatoes and only a dusting of cheese crumbs. The manager allowed us to order something else in place of our bad nachos. I ordered a grilled stuffed steak burrito. Aside from missing tomatoes and having the nasty beans, there was very little steak. And, to top it all off, the rice inside was a white pasty substance that didn't resemble rice. There were no grains of rice at all. It must have been sitting around in water for hours before they served it. The manager said that they ran out of tortilla chips and had to get them locally. That doesn't explain why they were so greasy and undercooked. Also, the manager should have posted a note or had his cashier tell customers that they were out of tomatoes. It's unethical to charge people more for 'supreme' items and not make them supreme! I will never step foot in this restaurant again. And, it's going to be a long time until I take chance on Taco Bell's de-evolution of quality and flavor. read more

This Taco Bell doesn't deserve one star. Horrible customer service. Horrible bathrooms. Horrible dining area. Horrible food. I don't expect much from fast food but this place was awful. The cashiers had horrible attitudes and when I asked and paid for a small Dr. Pepper, I come to find out the Dr. Pepper is out of order! WTH? When I asked the cashier, who charged me knowing the Dr. Pepper wasn't working, she proceeded to tell me I could "have some pepsi". I didn't bother asking for my money back but was hoping the food would be okay. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. It's Been awhile, and we've craved Tacobell living in the middle of nowhere Texas. We stopped by this Taco Bell not once but twice! The first time... they messed up our order, when you ask for extra you get extra. And being charged $2 for cheese .50 cents for onions... and sauce $1.50... you would get your money worth! B it no. Instead I got a massive amount of dried out beans. Seems like the beans are always dried out and they try to get rid of it by over stuffing burritos. I got charged for supreme burritos and got over stuffed dried out bean burritos with no sauce and a pinch of cheese! By far the worse Taco Bell I've ever been to!
