Not sure why Yelp posted this as a different venue. I have been here many times and have done other check-in's and reviews. Taco Bell is a well organized franchise. This store is clean safe and they try to accommodate the customer. They do a large drive in service probably triple the walk in. I do not like drive in ordering. I cant rate TB food as the healthiest or best TexMex in the world. But it satisfies me when I need a quick meal. Last week I ordered soft tacos. Then I walked away and checked my tab and realized I wanted crunch tacos. Even though they had started my order, they switched to crunchy without complaining. read more

Everything was good, staff is great. The only problem was that they forgot to put the packs of taco sauce I asked for. When I called, they said I could drive back for the sauce. I told them I wasn't going to drive back 4 miles for the sauce. It just felt like a brush off. And that they would be more careful next time. lol won't be going back for a while. read more

i live less than a mile from this location--worst Taco Hell in 20 miles. The order was wrong. All the crunchy shells (6) were stale, very stale. 2 were supposed to be crunchy supreme, three were crunchy, and I got one supreme and five crunchy. Terrible. Tried the steak and poblano... don't. i pulled up to get a luxe box from this Taco Bell and nicely asked the worker to add sauce with my combo and she still had failed to do so.

Excellent service. Manager was so helpful. I went thru the drive thru and was shocked that a digital voice was handling the entire order. I rarely eat taco bell, and i wanted to look at the menu but the automated system couldn't understand that, would be quiet and let me look, gave me a total before I finished ordering. A human came on but by that time i was so aggravated i declined to order more. I had two dogs and a noisy toddler in the car and needed to hurry. They did give me a sweet tea along with my order because I didn't get to order anything to drink and I was mad so I appreciated that very much but I really think that you are jumping the gun by trying to put these automated systems to work when you don't have them ready. They need to understand when a customer wants to look at the menu or if a customer says just a minute for whatever reason then it should recognize that and be patient until the customer is ready to finish. I think they're a bad idea anyway because I don't want everything to be a computer. I like human beings. I didn't get enough lunch because of all this my toddler grandchildren broke in and they both tacos so all I had was a little chicken wrap thing but that I guess is a testimony that your food is good. Ordered a BLACK BEAN grilled cheese burrito and it had taco meat in it. Was very disappointed because I had never had this and wanted to try it and I am a vegetarian, so I couldn't. Just imagine if o had some kind of beef allergy. The nacho fries I ordered were cold and had no seasoning. Very disappointing as well. It seam that they remodel this Taco Bell but did not hire new better customer service staff. The staff is rude to customers and they manager is very unprofessional a young person that don't care about the customers. Can never seem to get your order right no matter how many times you repeat it. Always missing the sauce or something from your order.

They just remodeled and it's nice outside but we got mobile orders and waited for like 30 minutes. We went through the drive thru so they said to go wait in parking lot, we did that still didn't come. So we went inside and have been standing here waiting, we hear the order name and the workers toss it to the side and say "we don't know who that is." In the lobby is some pretty good music but in the workspace they're blasting the f bomb in their choice music. Just very unprofessional in all. I thought with the remodel things had changed but they haven't :( The manager was the only hard worker and she was the sweetest one. Everyone else was undermining her and being jerks. read more

I do Uber eats and DoorDash for extra cash and I've came here a handful of times since this location has opened, but let me say this - there's 2 employees: 1) a young light skin guy and 2) a young heavy-set dark skin female - these 2 employees are always SLACKING. To start, they will openly ignore the regular business hours by locking the doors periodically bc I've gone to the restaurant at 4pm before - tried the door, locked. So I went in the drive thru to experience a disaster. - then came back for another pickup an hour later and there's people coming in and out - doors unlocked - THEN I came back again later that evening at 7pm and what do you know? - DOORS LOCKED - meanwhile the drivethru is running but w the rate these two move at it's a pile up to the main road most of the time. Once I'm in the drivethru it takes one of them at least 5-10 to greet or say anything at the menu when trying to order or pickup. And then once I'm at the window these two are blatantly chatting (not working) having a good time just chillin at work. They're very touchy and clearly flirting so that's uncomfortable af for the customer. The drinks alone are always a process.... One at a time and minutes pass in between each drink or items. Such strange behavior. It's a drive thru yet every time I'm spending more time in the drive thru w these morons than I would by going in myself and picking it up in the food pickup station they have built at almost all fast food joints nowadays (either assessable to public or over the counter) So odd and they're in need of some professionalism! I sat in the drive thru this morning for 10 min saying hello at the speaker. Mind you they were open. I circled around to see if I could see anyone inside. I couldn't. I had to drive back around to the drive thru window and honk the horn. Someone finally came and took my order. A couple days ago this same location didn't have the breakfast menu up in the drive thru so I had to wait 10 min for them to change it then go back in to take my order. I come to this location quite a bit. Like every fast food restaurant there is going to be something wrong. Now I don't know about you but dry chicken is something that you can see. Dry and old chicken definitely is something you can see. So why would you put old dry chicken in my food knowing damn well you saw it was old and dry. Is it not your job to keep track and time how long chicken has been out for. That first bite into my chicken quesadilla was like eating a beef jerky quesadilla. Hard to chew and bite into. This is the WORST for customer service. I ordered a Cantina Bowl at 1045 in the morning. They said we don't make those until 11 o clock. I asked what do they make at 1045...she replied everything but what you ordered. I said never mind and went to another Taco Bell down the road I asked if they wait until 11 to serve Cantina Bowls..he looked at me like I grew two heads sure enough they had it ready promptly. I've been to this location twice now. The first time, I spent at least 20 minutes in the drive thru, but the food was still good. The second time (it wasn't busy), we got through in a timely fashion with excellent customer service and delicious food. I suppose it'll take more visits to determine whether or not extraordinary wait was a fluke or not. I'll update to 5 stars should that happen. read more
