I avoid eating fast food, but I decided to join the group one night to see what the buzz was about so I'm not up to date on the fast food scene. The parking lot was clear of litter and any loitering, which was a good sign. As we approached the entrance, an employee kindly opened the door for us with a welcoming smile, setting a positive tone for our visit. Upon entering, I noticed the restaurant was quite empty. While the servers seemed a bit tired and maybe irritated, they still managed to greet us with forced smiles as they took our individual orders. It was clear they were doing their best to provide service despite the circumstances. Seems to be that way everywhere lately, we just have to be considerate of each other. Everyone received their orders accurately and promptly, with no complaints from anyone. In fact, one friend was so pleased with her meal that she decided to go back and place an additional order to take home for later. As for me, I indulged in a refreshing ice-cold strawberry freeze. Who says you can't still enjoy going to fast food joints with friends even if its not your cup of tea! And by what I could see, everything was kept clean and the workers followed all hygienic procedures while handling the food. WAY TO GO! read more

When I go to Taco Bell, I don't expect perfection. However I do expect the food to be fresh, the order to be correct, and it to be relatively quick. This Taco Bell delivered fresh, reasonably tasting food, at a reasonable time. I will also add that the new cashier less system makes ordering simple and easy as well as Google/Apple pay at the kiosk. I would not hesitate to order from here again. read more

If you are looking for a dining experience in which you have plenty of time to make some new friends, go to Taco Bell! There was more than enough time to visit and get to know the people on either side of me since I walked into Taco Bell at 11:48 am, just to grab something "real quick." Weren't many cars in the parking lot, so yeah! Why not! Decided to take that route instead of driving all the way home and taking the extra time to actually fix something for lunch because I was that hungry! About 40 minutes later, I got my food... I could've gone home, unpacked my groceries, which were probably cooking in the car, fix myself lunch, and eaten it before Taco Bell got to my order. It would help if they didn't prioritize the drive-through. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because of the young man who was taking orders, was very pleasant, and had to constantly apologize for the food being so late. If they would take orders in the order in which they were accepted it would go faster. But at one point, he explained to somebody that they had a long list of orders. There was hardly anybody in the restaurant. And everything they were fixing was getting bagged and taken to the drive-through. Meanwhile, a handful of people were sitting inside the restaurant for half an hour and more. One gal was there for 45 minutes. One young mom, with two small children ended up going up for a refund and left. When kids are hungry, they need to eat! I'm sure she probably just went home to feed them at that point. Lesson learned: Don't go to Taco Bell over the noon hour. Or, possibly at all. Think I need to give Taco John's a try. read more

I was SUPER disappointed with this new idea of removing 1/2 their menu and ordering it off an app. I just want to drive thru on a hungry impulse & randomly order off the menu. But, I gave in, I drank the koolaid, I downloaded the app cuz I just wanted a quesarito!! I pulled over in the parking lot, made my random impulse order, gave my name at the menu board (the one you can't order off of) and voila! Fast. Delicious. Correct. Paid for off the app. Guy in the drive thru was polite & helpful. And, I got NaPkInS! I shall return. But you can still get rid of the app requirement.... read more

Now I'm not one to not pick at peoples stuff but this time in particular I was at Taco Bell in the morning and they were low on staff and I understand Covid and people not always being able to come in for work but when I ordered I got a drink the Baja blast specifically and when I went to go fill it up at the fountain a little black bug came out and just floated at the top of my drink and I almost threw up I was so disgusted and the syrup was out to so it was watered down when I tried it and then to make it even worse when our food came out they forgot half of our order! Talk about a transformative experience... Taco Bell offers exquisite cuisine certain to satisfy any cravings or subconscious desires. Before eating at Taco Bell, I hated who I was. Now, 2 months after stopping by for two soft shell tacos and a crunch wrap supreme, I am confident, 5 days sober, and in the best shape of my life. FORMER regular customer.Went in a couple days ago and ordered the steak flat bread $5 box. The flat bread had about 5, 1 inch strips of steak, the rest cheese and sauce. I went back in today, ordered the same thing, and asked the cashier to ask them to put some meat on it, and told her about last time. We get our food and sit down to eat, and when i look at the receipt, I saw that she charged me $1.40 for extra meat when it had the amount on it that it should have had in the first place!Then my burrito supreme was a bean burrito supreme!
