This is for a dine-in experience. On a fine day after Thanksgiving, the restaurant was surprisingly clean. After a few hours of shopping frenzy at Target, I ordered a few of tacos and sat in a quiet corner to wind down. The staff was busy with drive-through customers at lunchtime, but a guy (who seemed to be the manager on duty) was very attentive and courteous despite being busy. He told the other two gals they needed to watch if any customers needed help at the counter, then jumped in to help me with my requests promptly. A little suggestion on equipment: the store needs to fix their water dispenser. Sugary water is great, but sometimes one just wants a cup of plain water to appreciate the simpler things in life. read more

Don't waste your time ordering online. Just go in person. I don't usually order fast food, but this Taco Bell is exactly why I avoid fast food. I know I shouldn't have high expectations, but my food should be at least correct. Don't understand what's so hard about making sure a person gets what they paid for. Make sure you train your employees to work the computers and see online orders. Also, if someone tells you your order don't be argumentative and try to tell them what they ordered. I have been to this location quite a few times, and I can say it's the slowest drive thru on the east coast. The staff is not friendly and I spent 30 minutes in line last night. The food is typical for a Taco Bell. I like the touch screens inside so you can customize your order. But they close their dining room early so the drive thru is your only option - was not worth the wait at all. read more

I was seduced by the commercials for the XXL Chalupa. I went in knowing that I was probably going to be disappointed - I find the commercials are usually better than the food! Not this time! The Taco Bell web site describes the XXL Chalupa thusly: An XXL-sized crispy Chalupa shell packed with seasoned ground beef, crispy lettuce, fiesta salsa, a blend of three cheeses-cheddar, pepper jack and mozzarella-and nacho cheese sauce, red strips and topped with reduced-fat sour cream. The texture of the Chalupa shell was delightful! Crispy, chewy, and flaky! Lots of ground beef and toppings. I added some of their hottest hot sauce. I went back and exchange, the servers told me the order with correct. I was irritated and try to prove my side but then I notice if I looks at their menu picture certain way, they were not mistaken. The taco shell tasted stale. I always felt disgusted after eating here. It is nothing like other locations. The customer service is very slow even when it appears to have staffing. First let me say that I love taco bell. I don't like the fact that every thing cost more here. The happy hour freezes are $1.49 vs $1. The $5 boxes are $5.99. It really adds up when you buy multiple items. But that even isn't the issue. I ordered 2 burritos which came to $7 but when I got home, I saw they gave me two of the $1 burritos. When I called they said to come back. A trip there and back would take 45min. On another occasion I bought a crunchwrap and it could only taste the tortilla and lettuce. We waited approximately 15 minutes before ordering our food. We then waited another 20-30 minutes for our food. After all that time, we hoped it was worth it. It was not. This is a Taco Bell that we frequent at least once weekly in between afterschool activities. During today's visit I was handed a drink with an insecure lid that promptly spilled all over my car. When I shared with the drive-through attendant that the lid had caused the spill he rolled his eyes and handed me napkins.
