OK - who doesn't love Taco Bell (in moderation). We were in this area at a business meeting and we heard that nacho fries were back !! LUNCHTIME It wasn't crowded. The most helpful lady was at the cash register. We ordered using the kiosk but she suggested that we check out the "combos" and see if we could save some money. We ate inside. Our food came out quickly. It was hot and delicious. Just what you expect from the Bell. The soda machine had Pepsi products, which we prefer. No complaints. It was a great lunch. read more

This was my first visit to this new Taco Bell location. The service inside was ultra slow and poor. I ordered the box meal. The burrito was not wrapped properly, the taco was stale tasting and the chicken stuffed nacho was beyond charred and ingredients were very skimpy. Other customers appeared frustrated as well. The good news is that the location is new. Nice outdoor seating, televisions and various indoor seating. Parking can be a bit challenging but there are spaces available if you keep circling around the store. Typically I enjoy Taco Bell on occasion. This place was nasty. Probably shouldn't have eaten there but we were so hungry we were both about to have a meltdown. Lol. Where do I start...... drink machine area was all wet with napkins, lids, straws, soda drain full AND NO ICE. which they knew because when we went to the register they said, " Oh yeah we know. We can just fill it back here." Then why didn't you give us the cup already full of ice????? Nasty table were a plenty. Did find one that seemed clean but we wiped it down anyway. I'm talking left trays, food on the table tops and floor and trashy. I checked the sanitation grade and they had a 96. Then the topper, high school kids started coming in and taking over the place. There was a gentleman sitting the eating his lunch and the kids sat all around him and EVEN at his 2 seat table. Never asked or anything. Just blooped himself down and started caring on. The gentleman gathered his food together and moved to the other side of the restaurant. We caught eyes as we we're walking out and we exchanged looks of discussed. To add to it one of the employees came out to where the high school kids were at and joined in with the conversation. I can understand maybe it was lunch period for the high school kids and that's what might of been the cause of the messy ness. Management might want to consider scheduling for this timeframe during the day. As I'm sure they are aware of high school lunch hours considering they are very close to the high school and are effect daily. read more

Stopped by this Taco Bell for some quick lunch. Went through the drive though the ordering process was quick and easy. When I got to the window to pay she didn't know which order was mine. I told her my order and price and proceeded to the next window where the same employee was at from the previous window. She asked me what I ordered and tried to charge me again for double the price. My drink was not full and I did not receive any sauce. The food was good overall despite the lack of sauce. read more

We always like coming to this location. It's clean, the service is (for the most part) on point... Today, our order wasn't quite what we ordered - but they were kind & very eager to make it right - which is what customer service is all about. We will definitely be back.... P.S. to management - would've been nice to see you close early on Independence Day & give your employees time to enjoy the day.... many others around you closed at 6pm. This is the fancy new Taco Bell on 70, it used to be Locked & Loaded. As a matter of fact I left the new Locked & Loaded and came here last night on my way home! I agree with everyone else, it took a really long time for the food to be ready. BUT even after the drive home I must say my Taco Salad looked like it could be photographed for an ad. I also got a Burrito Supreme and a Doritos Locos Taco which were pretty perfect. Yes, I over-ate and regretted it when I went to bed (especially after beers and shots), call it self abuse! This place has consistently made mistakes that come down to laziness. Burritos not closed just overall sloppy. Today I tried the app to order ahead and hope for the best, I ordered burritos and some crunchy tacos. After a 10 minute wait I receive my order. Get home to give everyone their food to find all the crunchy tacos upside down completely flattened by all the burritos that were placed on top of the tacos. I'm not asking for a five star fast food meal just common sense you put tacos on top of burritos. So tip for others either order tacos or tacos. This is the Cadillac of Taco Bells. An employee opened the door for us when we came in. We ordered dinner, and they brought the food to our table. One of the employees even stopped by our table half way through dinner and asked if we needed any drink refills. $13 fed three of us tonight. The Taco Bell meat was fresh and everything tasted good. I joked with my husband that it is a shame that Taco Bell was 10 times better than Carolina Ale House from last night. I was being to wonder if I was really in a Taco Bell.
