Forgot my wallet and couldn't pay after long day. They helped me out. HUGE!! of course I will go back and make good. Nothing but respect.

I've not been to a Taco Bell for donkey's years but fancied a visit today. I ordered 3 hard Taco Supremes and a Burrito Supreme with a large diet Coke for about $30 which seems comparable to paying in a restaurant with table service. I got the hang of the kiosks and signed up for their reward program. The weather being conducive, I decided to sit outdoors in the enclosed area with a ceiling fan. The tables had food fragments from customers earlier in the day and the ant population got the memo that there was dinner on the ground as well as on the tables. Im not a fan of holding my food in my hands and was excited to see the 2 outdoor hand sanitizers, only to be set up for disappointment when neither of them worked. Fortunately, I brought my own and also loaded up with napkins. The Burrito Supreme was tasty and predictable, but I required 3 Taco Supremes to assuage my hunger. When ordering a drink, they wipe hand you an empty cup fir self service. I had ordered a large Diet Pepsi and helped myself to a refill, although don't know if that is permissible. I just needed liquids to flush down the Diablo hot sauce which id added to my Taco which already had jalapeño peppers on it. Im confident that I'll bevreminded about my decision to add so much hot sauce tomorrow morning. Anyway, the staff were all nice at my visit. There was a poster about the benefits of employment there including tuition assistance, free meals, retirement savings, referral bonuses,etc, so it seems that corporate takes care of its employees which is nice. The meal today filled the yen I had for tacos today, so there's that. The price was commensurate with a meal in a sit down restaurant. I noted a number of out of state license plates in their parking lot, so other people, likely tourists, probably wanted to drop in for some predictable vittles. Oh, the Taco Bell is located right on US Route 30 with easy on andvwasy off access. No unpleassnt surprises here today, but nothing exceptional or even extraordinary either. read more

I will say if u use the app they have a better chance of getting it right. I've had better luck on the app then telling them what I want. The food is typical taco bell. Gave it three stars bc of the app. read more

Came through the drive thru when my wife became unexpectedly hungry traveling through the area. I use the Taco Bell app for its ease of use and speed of service. They're really unfortunate part that the majority of fast food restaurants are doing now and Taco Bell's also, guilty of this is that if you order an à la carte item, it's overly expensive compared to ordering a combo or a meal. A steak quesadilla was $6.11 and drink another $2.39 compared to a combo box being $5.99 for two additional items. However, steak quesadilla is not an option for the combo box. Other than that, the food was well prepared to order, quickly made and served through the window with a smile. Staff was very kind and helpful while speaking. read more

I don't understand the bad reviews of this location. We have a camper in the immediate area and when we get to town late on a weekday night we usually just grab a quick meal at the drive thru. The employees are always friendly and the food is always what you'd expect from a Taco Bell. The drive thru is normally pretty quick even when there is a long line. I've never been inside as we just visit for a late meal (but then, who eats Taco Bell at any other time?). The 3 stars is because it's just a solid Taco Bell but nothing super special. The pluses are that it's just off route 15 and it's easy to get back on as there is a traffic light unlike another fast food place down the road which is truly unsafe to try and get out of. read more

This Taco Bell was clean. My kids ordered a Baja blast- it tastes like Mountain Dew. And they ordered 3 tacos- I ordered coffee. The employee was very helpful who rang us up. You can sit inside and eat your food or outside! Or of course, take it to go! read more

Some taco bells load up your taco, some dont. This one does not. Mostly lettuce with minimal meat. They rushed my order but it was fast

If you want food from this location, you'll have to get it through the drive-thru due to covid. I ordered using the mobile app and then got in line with about 6 cars in front of me. The line moved quick. The girl at the window and was extremely nice and polite. I think the employees deserve a lot of credit for keeping the line moving, as the cars never seemed to stop arriving. As for the food, it was typical Taco Bell. Everything was prepared correctly and tasted great. My only complaint was that they were not very generous with the sauces, like sour cream, cheese sauce and baja sauce. Those things really enhance the food, and they were barely there. read more

I really don't understand the horrible reviews. Regardless we used the drive through so maybe that's it but I really thought this was a nice Taco Bell. Tacos were great, which really it's hard to judge a fast food restaurant on food but I thought it was very good. The most important thing is service which was very very good. Came around 10pm drive thru staff were friendly and fast. Parking lot was kept clean. Perfect late night snack stop on my way home.

I asked to add a thing of sour cream on at the window and the girl said we cant add anything on at the window and shut it so I went back around and she stood at the window complaining on the headset because I ordered sour cream it's sad that girl couldn't stop being lazy and just get the sour cream! read more

This place is ran by complete idiots. Every single time I've ordered from here they miss something that I've ordered EVERY TIME! I call in to complain and the manager says to come back and the next one is in the house. They take my name. And when I go back. No one has a clue and I get the cold shoulder. This location allows for online orders when they're closed. They regularly close when they're hours say they have hours posted that they should be open. The manager is completely dense and will talk over you after defending herself that she is listening. read more

No fried foods available and since when can you not order a quesarito in the drive thru?

Waited 20 minutes to give my order, 10 minutes to pay and ANOTHER 15 minutes to get my order just for them to tell me to pull around because it would be another 6 minutes. Will more than likely never come back to this location which is a shame since it's really close to my job and I was looking forward to it opening. Should really work on the efficiency with your cooks and maybe open the first window up to receive payment and speed up the line. Wound up spending over an hour waiting AFTER paying for my items and I only purchased 4 things. read more

I've never had a problem with this Taco Bell in the past, but when I ate there this past week it was HORRIBLE!! The meat was hard and the quesarito tasted off. They gave me horrible food poisoning, I will never return there again. I don't even want to give them one star. read more

I love taco bell. I will have to say though that you have to wait a little longer than normal when eating at this location(5 minutes at times) but for the most part I get my food steaming hot and awesome. read more
