Okay, hear me out! I can't believe my eyes (or my taste buds!). Taco Bell has been my favorite fast-food restaurant my entire life, and having grown up in Phoenix, AZ, I always had one around the corner. When I moved here 6 years ago, I was so disappointed at the service, the quality of the food, and the rude staff, especially since this was the only location for me to get my Taco Bell fix. Did I continue eating there? Yes, but not happily. Now, I don't know what has happened the last few months, but this location has done a complete 180° turn. Whether I order inside, through the drive thru, or via Door Dash, my food has not only been amazing (and consistently so!), but the service and staff has been as well! Usually, my food items are just thrown recklessly into my bag, but now they've been neatly organized. My drinks wouldn't be filled all the way, now they are. The potatoes hard, taco shells soggy, and chips stale - but no more! The icing on the top was during my visit the other day: the drive thru attendant told me to have a good day after getting my food, for the first time ever in 6 years!! Whoever the manager is of this location, your business/management strategy does not go unnoticed. read more

Ordered pick up in lobby and was locked out from the store and many of us with pick up orders had to try and get their attention in 0°F. Today is August 18 , they experienced a power outage of some sort and the manager is completely rude about the situation , the store completely trashed , I used the bathroom waiting for my food and the toilet paper is just sitting on the floor and not in the dispenser . It's winter six months out of the year. Me and my friend went to Taco Bell at 1 AM on a Tuesday morning. The cashier at the window did not give us our tacos on taco Tuesday. It should've been a free taco, but he did not give it to us. My friend got his food, and I got an online order, so I was told to park out in the parking lot to get my food. the food did not come out for 10 minutes until I finally went up to the window and asked for it. Would give zero stars if I could. I often go here in the evening after 7pm and the line is always halfway wrapped around the building and takes about 40 minutes to actually get your food. When you recive your food they often mess up your order or forget items. Half the employees are outside smoking cigarettes and diddling around while you wait forever.
