This is the worst TacoBell I've ever been to. There's about 5 cars ahead of us, it takes a good 30 minutes before we get to the menu to order. When we get to the menu, They inform me that it will take 20 mins to receive our food so we decided to wait. There's about 3 cars ahead of us now, instead of the 5. We wait 25 mins to get to the window to pay & then they inform us that they're out of ground beef so we opt for steak. We waited another 27 mins AT THE WINDOW to receive our food. They really should put a sign ahead of the drive through indicating the long wait times. Being told at the speaker when ordering through the drive thru that it'll take 20 minutes when it really was almost an hour was unacceptable. & for the 27 minutes at the pick up window, 4 employees were just standing around talking & laughing... which brings up the staffing issue people mentioned in other reviews. It's possible to move things along faster even when you're understaffed, I've seen it happen elsewhere. I have never had to wait over an hour for fast food. I love Taco Bell but I don't think I'll ever be back if they can't get it together. read more

This is probably the worst taco bell we have ever stopped at.. we are back in Grand Forks visiting family for two weeks...this happened Sept. 20th at after 9 pm..we walked in ..one person waiting at the counter and 3 seated.... 2 workers we could see.. ..product all over the floor in the prep area.. one of the workers was trying to toast chalupas on a griddle thing and burnt two.. he threw away.. one helper took our order, never changed his gloves from tsking money to preparing food... yes, they both wore basebsll caps but the longer hair still strung down ... it took 40min to get our food , not a clean table in the joint and then from the back came a gal i thought she maybe the drive-thru gal..then in came another guy.. no cap and hair longer than the first two..hummmm!.. we decided to leave with the food.. got home which was 10min away... the bag was soaked with grease ... we ordered the chalupa $5 box...2 of them... . the main guy said they were out of boxes, that's why we took it out in a bag... just an ugly greasy mess.... i called the corporate office the next day... had to leave the area and head home before we could check it out and see if they changed anything.... read more

Complete crap! Went threw the drive threw yesterday 9/10/15 got my order and drove back to work ready for some TB, I dumped out the bag and didn't have one damn thing I ordered. I called the store and told them what had happened and they said well you can come back, or just eat what I had? Really eat what I didn't order? If I wanted something else I would have ordered something else you pathetic moron. I told them to credit back my card and was told that I would have to return to the store for that, so I drove the 4-5 miles back to the store and got a refund and left them the wrong order. The food was ok, and I would even say the service was ok, but it was not the cleanest place. The men's restroom was closed, complete with paper handwritten sign. The women's restroom was very dirty and out of toilet paper. I told the cashier and he seemed like he was going to tell someone, but I suspect they may just make another sign. I really wish I could have chose 0 stars.. Waited over 25 minutes for a $7 order, had somewhere to be and requested a refund but management was no where to be found and was not answering the phone. Employees were very unprofessional and lazy. Not really sure if they were all high or just that unintelligent. While waiting, a friend of the employees came in and received their food in front of at least 6 other people waiting for over 15 minutes. I hope someone new manages it soon because every single time takes at least twenty minutes, with several visits having been over forty minutes. I might as well have gone to Paradiso at that point. The first few times they forgot a taco but at least the orders have been correct since. They have been cold and squished sometimes though. Since living here, I have went to tacobell twice. In California I enjoy the food as a quick alternative to a good meal, but here I think better food is served in the prisons. The reliable hours is what gets me though! If you say you're open late until 12am or 1am and advertise it and then have it listed everywhere then keep that promise! Okay, don't get me wrong. Taco Bell in general is fine, but the way this particular branch is run is terrible. I had ordered a few items (no more than 3) during my 30 minute lunch break, but it took 40 minutes from the time of placing my order (in the drive through) until I received it. Once I finally arrived at the window, my food wasn't immediately ready. I still had to wait. There was no hustle and bustle with anyone inside the restaurant. I saw maybe 5 staff there, yet none of the food was getting out? When I told the guy who gave me my food that it took 40 minutes, he didn't blink an eye. He didn't apologize. He must hear this all day. I told him that was the last time I bought food from them (and I love Taco Bell, such a shame). This wasn't the only time I received slow service (fast food? what fast food?), but I thought I'd give them another try. I really believe there's a problem with management because I've heard they can't keep workers. There's a handwritten sign in the drive-thru saying they're hiring and that they're only open until 10pm because they don't have enough workers.
