I ordered a Beef Gordita crunch and when I received it I received a plain tortilla with beed lettuce Tom beef cheese sour cream?? I thought it has a hard corn shell inside also? Am I wrong? Wanted a quick bite to eat. Reviews on yelp and google looked good. Glad we came here. No problems. Lots of seating areas and staff was polite and helpful. We ordered using self service at entrance. Works better than expected. Food order was correct and was good. The doritos tacos looked almost like the one advertised on ordering screen. Lol. Yelpers...this isn't a hoax. I never thought this could happen, but this Taco Bell really is a four star rating. First, we walked in 10 minutes before the lobby closed and the manager was extremely friendly and willing to serve us. I then ordered my food which includes extra work to get it just right. Again, the staff was completely willing to accommodate without any issues. The ordering process was a breeze. It's when I stepped away from the counter that I looked around and realized that this place was impeccably clean. I've never seen a Taco Bell so clean. In fact, it was cleaner than many restaurants that I've gone into. Listen up Taco Bell headquarters... Please take a look at your store in Grand Junction and use it as a model for the rest of your locations. read more

They wouldn't let me in to order, and wouldn't let me use the drive through unless I have a car. Obviously I don't have a car. They said they were scared to open up the doors at 10 at night. The cashier was NUTS and rude as heck! She came over to where we were sitting after we had got our food... she noticed our shirts and saw that we were skydivers. She asked if we did that bat suit stuff... My friend, Keith, said they're called Wingsuits... and she went off on a tangent about how she hopes those people die and she watches free climbers and chants "fall, fall, fall!" One of the better Taco Bell's I have visited on the road. -New and updated. -Free wifi. -Staff is quick and friendly. -Clean tables. -Dedicated parking lot with fresh paint. Some construction nearby so if you walk double check your available sidewalks. Easy on and off ramp from the interstate. Roundabout but it's not difficult. This Taco Bell is a rare find. They actually make real sized burritos. We over ordered for lunch as both the Chicken Burrito and 7-layer where actually cylindrical and not flat like a most Taco Bell's. The rice was not hard and everything tasted fresh. Probably the best taco Bell experience I've ever had. Went through the drive through on a Saturday night. It wasn't busy, they were very friendly, helpful, fast, and got our order correct! The only thing I'd say is to make sure you ask for EXTRA sauce, because they only gave us 4 hot sauce packets for 3gordita crunches, fiesta potatoes, two tacos, and a crunch wrap. Other than that, it was GREAT! In California it's hit or miss, in Des Moines, IA all of the taco bells are HORRIBLE. So thank you Grand Junction, CO for having a kick ass taco Bell. Who gives 5 stars to a Taco Bell. This guy because they absolutely deserve it. At first I thought maybe they just opened because everything seemed to be clean and in order. The menu was easy to read. Usually the lights behind are dimmed or broken. The servers were polite and spoke clearly to everyone. I watched one of them go out of his way to help an elderly gentleman to his seat. During my taco bell adventure I had to use the restroom. This too was absolutely clean. Incredible job well done by the people that work here. It shows the pride they have in their work. It shows that they don't consider this a "burger flipping" job but a job opportunity. read more

Taco bell makes me mad. They get nacho fries in and then they discontinue them. They get them in again and say they are going to make them part of their regular menu, jack the price up, and discontinue them. They get rolled tacos in and then discontinue them. Had an absolutely horrible experience. My girlfriend is a teacher and she decided to grab taco bell on her lunch break. She gets her meal through the drive through and heads back to the school. She finds that her meal is totally wrong. This part is not the problem since we know mistakes happen. My GF rushes back there so she is able to have something for lunch before she teaches. They nicely gave her the right order back. As she was eating a chicken Griller she ended up biting in to something Rock Hard and almost chokes on this unidentifiable object. Since she is teaching she is not able to do anything about the situation and messages me about it and sends me pictures of what she just had found. I give a call to the taco bell where I am speaking with a manager in training. He tells me to have her come in and they will give her a new one. I tell him there is no possible way of that happening until tonight when school is out. He then says that is fine she can just come in then. I asked him if that was all that they could do about this? He says yes and asks if I would like to speak with his GM and I say yes. She tells me the exact same thing. I then say that is all you are going to do? You aren't going to research how that got in there in the first place? Then she tells me "Oh, well I can send it in if you bring it here." I am sorry but if I was a manager this would be a big concern for me. Why was this in the food and are we serving our customers a good batch of food. As a customer my concern is not how our experience is currently because that is already out the window. I want to know how you will make sure it does not happen again to anyone else. This whole time there was not a single sorry about our experience and got the feeling that they did not really care about what was found and they were ready to move on as soon as they could. read more

However, my family ate there two days ago while traveling through Colorado and had such a positive experience I had to give the employees some well deserved praise. You guys rock!
