Absolutely the worst hot dog I think I've ever had in my life. Seriously I've had convenience store or gas station hot dogs that are ten times better. This is nothing more than a thin dirty water dog in a soggy bun. I ordered 2 but the first one was so bad I threw the 2nd one away. Don't you grill the dogs? Toast the bun? Wienerschnitzel is NOT a new hip hop word. I found that out, when I said "what up my wienerschnitzel?", to some big ass fool and he broke out the window in my car. Its an odd looking hamburger/hotdog joint on North Avenue. They have a bunch of other locations, but only one in Colorado. I ate at the one in Indio, CA a couple times. They have a variety of hot dogs, chili dogs, corn dogs, hamburgers, etc. They have a pretty good dollar menu. I know its not right but I get a kick out of looking at the employees wearing those uniforms. Hey what can I say? I'm easily entertained. Cheap to eat here, if you want it to be. They have 99 cent chili dogs, .79 cent corn dogs, and a dollar menu. I'm usually half drunk when I eat at the Wiener-schnitzel, which is fine by me. I don't think the food here would taste as good if I wasn't. This company also owns the Original Hamburger Stand. read more

Yes, some chili cheese dogs are more presentable than others but it's the consistent great quality taste that matters. The hot dogs are amazing, you get a fresh steamed bun to really sets the tone. I am beyond devastated. We drove on a road trip from Illinois to Colorado and saw that two Wiener schnitzel locations in the area were open. The first one said it was going to close at midnight and it was 11:30 and there was no one in sight. Before heading to this location we called to check the time that they closed. Everytime we go here there is only one person working? We went at 5pm on 7/30/19 and there was one car ahead of us. We ordered 2 chili cheese dogs, polish sandwich, mustard dog, corn dogs. We waited 10 minutes to get to the window, we assumed the lady ordered alot, she ordered 2 shakes. That was it. Then we got to window waited 10 more minutes as he made our food. For a fast food drive thru one car ahead of us? So sad this is why I rarely go there bad management. My ex-female friend (I refused to caller her my "girlfriend" so she dropped me) used to live in Germany and she LOVED the Polish dog on rye bread here and she brought me one once. For fast food this is one of my childhood favorites!! I Ana big fan of the kraut dog with Swiss cheese it melts in your mouth like butter!! Plus the mini corndogs are a great pick up snack for busy days with the kid. My grandparents always enjoy the polish sandwich with kraut and Swiss as well.
