We ordered to take out so I can't say anything about ambience. What's nice is that they include extra salsa with takeout orders and plenty of napkins. We got the shredded chicken crunchy taco, al pastor tacos, carnitas tacos, pollo asado taco, and the carne asado burrito. Crunchy taco- the chicken was juicy and delicious & it was topped off with plenty of veggies, the shell itself was great too, not too crunchy. The other food was greasy but dry at the same time. The meat was all dry, like why?? The only meat that wasn't dry was the al pastor, but it had barely any flavor and no pineapple. The burrito was straight up all the fat they had left over, disgusting! My kid had some and threw it up 20 min later. Would not recommend. DO NOT GET THE CARNE ASADO BURRITO. read more

We knew it would be good when we saw how busy it was and that a majority of the customers were Hispanic. Large menu. The enchilada/taco plate was very authentic and the rice and beans were great. The Mexi bowl al pastor was superb topped with real avocado. They had a great salsa bar with mild to extra spicy salsa, pickled jalapeño-carrots, fresh chopped cilantro and sliced radishes. Large portions and reasonable prices. Very convenient location just off the 5 freeway. Excellent customer service. Ordered the Super Burrito. Cashier said it included - meat of choice (I chose carnitas), rice, beans, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. I also asked to have onions & cilantro added, then made it a wet burrito. This burrito was HUGE!! It lasted me THREE meals. It was delicious, but I was sadly disappointed that my burrito did not have beans, cheese, sour cream or guacamole in it. The spicy and green salsa mixed together was delicious, but not great separately. I'd definitely go back, but make sure ALL ingredients are included. Since coming here for the first time a while back, I have come back again and again and always been very happy with my order! This place is bar none the most authentic Mexican food I've found in Grants Pass, and by far the most delicious. I'm a CA native, and trust me, I've had goooood Mexican food, and this rivals the very best I've tried. I've eaten authentic in Mexico too. I'm totally in love with their street tacos right now, I just can't try anything else because I love them so much. They give a generous portion of meat, which to me is the most important part. They even have lengua which is off the charts so good. Try it if you are adventurous! It's beef tongue! I always order 4 tacos and they fill me up perfectly for lunch. My daughter is in love with their burritos and my husband can't veer away from the enchilada plate. The cashiers are always so nice and friendly too. Really mixed bag. Call in for take out and the service is great, super fast, super friendly, nice folks. However the food is really, really inconsistent. Sometimes the food tastes great and sits well, othertimes my wife and I get such a horrific MSG reaction that it keeps us up all night with gut pains. Maybe its just occasional food issues, but its a bit like playing russian roulette with your gastrointestinal tract. After waiting in line for a few minutes (it was quite busy), the very pleasant lady behind the register took our order. It was about $25 total with our two meals and two drinks. We waited less than five minutes before our food was ready and our number was called. First impressions yielded our amazement at the portion sizes. All I can say is we've been visiting here for 3 days so far and we've eaten here twice. The first time was just because we were starving and the food was so good and reasonably priced and the people working here are so nice that we came back again! Good food and salsa, super nice staff, reasonable prices, large portions and quick service. You won't go away hungry and it won't break the bank to eat here.
