I wasn't given an item that was 7 dollars, didn't notice till I was home so I went ahead and called to see if I could get a refund or come in tomorrow (can't do it today) to get them for free, phone was answered by a woman I'm guessing in her mid 30s, she was rude, and seemed uninterested in helping, while asking a question she decided she felt like hanging up. My expectations are always low with Taco Bell but this location really made me reconsider my life choices. Went before the dinner rush so there wasn't much of a line. My food was all falling apart bc the tortillas were hard as cardboard. The meat had no flavor except a slight tinge of rot. Not a single item in my order was made correctly. I go here many times, maybe 2-3 a month. Sometimes they are on it, sometimes, they are way off. Customer service is always above average. The last 3 times I have went they have been out of the Naked Chapula AND all chicken items. Only could order beef or steak items. The last 2 times my order was messed up where I had to go inside and have it fixed. They fixed it without incident. Very friendly. Clean on the inside. Standard Taco Bell atmosphere. read more

This Taco Bell is the worst,they are always slow and they have the worst employees.I order something one time and they gave me the wrong thing so I went back through and they got it right.Then after that I walked in and the lady that took my order was complaining to another employee about me.Then she yells out and points at me and says "that's him" .She was very immature and rude.They also are not to great at the counter and many employees have bad communication skills.Not the best place at all,ranks very low are my chart. read more

I went to Taco Bell through the drive through and it was awful. I asked for a nacho bell grande and they gave me two crunch wraps instead. I also got a taco an it was half filled and tasted like metal and was very stail. Also when I took out the napkins they were bathroom paper towels. I don't recommend going to Taco Bell. read more

I've been coming here for about 8 years and the tortillas are usually always dry and stale, burritos rarely ever filled well enough, there's a 50% chance of getting old beans. When I order extra cheese on quesadillas it's a gamble whether or not they actually put it in there. 2 stars only because they are nice 90% of the time. read more

Nice staff and good food, but I just witnessed the cashier go from handling money, to making food, without changing his gloves. Then he bussed tables, then went back to handling money, and then making food. Never to wash hands, or at least change gloves! :( I can't eat here again. :( I would rate higher if it wasn't for what I just witnessed. read more
