The yelp app suggests "a few things to consider" when writing a review.. so let's start with food, I ordered a steak and guacamole nachos that apparently does not include guacamole. My girlfriend ordered a beefy 5 layer and I guess that item has been changed to a no beefy mostly bean 3 layer burrito. And my Crunchwrap was made into a flat smashed burrito. Next is service; we waited 20 mins in the drive thru. We could have sat down at the Mexican restaurant across the street in that amount of time. And lastly, ambiance- just to prove I am not being cynical about this review. I thought the drive thru lights provided a nice ambiance while we waited for our shitty food. read more

We chose this for dinner after our evening turned to crap. Normally everyone is very friendly and welcoming, that being said, I was very unimpressed to hear a staff member judging how a customer wanted their soft taco made. If you work in fast food and want judge people, at least make sure there are no customers (especially the person who ordered the food) in the lobby. Some people don't like the meat from Taco Bell and they shouldn't be judged for wanting beans instead of meat. read more

I have yet to have any substantial issues with this location. The seating area is always nice, and clean. The staff are always nice and helpful. And the food is always good and fresh as expected from Taco Bell. What takes away 1 star is that, one out of three times they're out of something... like coffee. The coffee is a big draw for me so it's a let down when they don't have it in stock or don't have the cream etc. I've yet to go through the drive thru, order straight from them on the website. I have yet to need to handle an issue with a manager, so I cannot speak on any of these issues. read more

I accidentally ordered lunch to this location through the app on 9-8-2023. I was at a completely different location and it was my husband's lunch hour so we couldn't just drive across town. I have sent messages twice through the app, stopped in this location and they took my name and phone number for the manager but I've never heard back from anyone and my account has still not been credited for the food that was NEVER picked up or received. I called this morning and sat on hold for 14 minutes. Idk what has happened to this location. It used to be the best in town but something has shifted tremendously. The employees are always kind but something is up with management or somewhere because I had this happen once before and it was credited back to my account in a day or two and they actually seemed to care then. read more

I usually love this location, it used to be so much better than the other location in the area... recently it has not been up to par. The last few times we have been the food has been awful. We have gotten quesadillas where the cheese isn't melted and it not cut or one or the other. A lot of the time there is hardly any cheese or meat in them. Any other special instructions are almost always ignored unless you eat inside. The inside seems to be fairly clean and nice, but it doesn't make up for the other issues. The overall quality just seems to be on a rapid decline despite the prices constantly going up. read more

Dirty. Went in to store at 930am. Trash full in dining room. Bathroom was nasty. The dining room was dirty. It looked like it was 2pm inside. Usually someone cleans the dining room after lunch and at close each day/night. It wasn't happening. The menu board showed dinner/lunch menu instead of breakfast. What a mess. We arrived around 7:50pm Sunday to place a drive through order. After waiting more than a few minutes to place our order staff let us know they'd closed @ 7pm. (Hours advertised are open until midnight). There were at least 4 cars behind us in line. At the least - a sign with change of hours could have been posted outside to avoid people waiting. read more

My visits to Taco Bell are always very welcoming. They are always treating their customers with respect and never get the orders wrong. They rarely have a long line by getting all of the food ready and served fast. They can fill your taste buds with a variety of food options like salads, tacos, fries, and even nachos. They partner with major sports leagues like MLB(Major League Baseball) and NBA(National Basketball Association) to give you a free taco every time someone steals a base or wins a big game in the Championship series. Let me start by saying that I live in this community and frequent this Taco Bell. I am a customer service manager at one of the largest employers in the county and the experience I had here yesterday and today was one of the worst in my life. I placed an online order on the morning of 9/5/19 for 2 taco 12 packs, a beefy mini quesadilla, and a 5 layer burrito. At 11:38 I got a text saying my order had been received. At 11:44 I got a text saying my order would be ready in less than 15 minutes. At 11:49 I received another text telling me that my order which was placed for 12:00 was ready for pick up. I arrived at the store at 11:54 and attempted to enter the restaurant. The restaurant had a sign in the window indicating it was closed. At this time I called the store at 11:55. I spoke to an employee named Jen. I asked Jen how I could receive a text telling me that food was ready if the restaurant was closed. She said she didn't know and apologized. I let her know that an apology was not going to feed my team that was waiting for lunch. She advised that my web order would be refunded and if I would like to come in later in the day or Friday that I could tell them I spoke to Jen and they would give me a replacement order free of charge for my inconvenience. At this time I drove across town to the other location so that I could get lunch for my time. I placed an identical order via the web on my way there. I picked up the food and returned to work. After work today I drove to this location and placed an order for the replacement order Jen had offered. After the food had been rung up the young lady at the register went to the kitchen to ask the manager to comp the ticket. She came back and said the manager would not comp the order unless I had proof. At this time I advised I felt it was ridiculous that I needed to provide proof when Jen should have left a note. However, I went to my truck and got my phone so that I could show the texts and phone call. My 21 year old daughter who was there with me later advised that the crew was "talking disparagingly" about me while I was outside. When I returned I showed the text and call to the girl at the register. She said "okay I will be right back" She went to tell the manager what I had provided and was sent back to tell me that I unless I could provide proof that I had paid I would not be receiving a comped order. At this point in time I advised that this was "really shady customer service" and that I needed to speak to the manager myself. This is the first time I actually saw her. She came to the register and I reiterated what had happened. She proceeded to inform me that she had been at the restaurant during the closure and had not spoken to anyone about an online order. Again, I told her that this was because her employee Jen had spoken to me. She assured me that Jen had not told her about this. What I can't understand is how any of Taco Bell's issues became mine. It was not my fault the store was closed again (this happens all the time), it was not my fault that the online system told me my order was complete at a restaurant that was closed, it was not my fault that Jen offered a free replacement, it is not my fault that the pending charge is still on my card, it is not my fault period. I allow for a lot issues in customer service. As I mentioned, I work in customer service. I know that it is not easy. I also know that what I experienced was not okay. This manager (Brooke) never even introduced herself to me or apologized for the situation. She was simply on message. "I will not replace your order unless you can show me that you paid". That was not in question. Her ability as a manager is. How on earth is it acceptable for employees to question my integrity among each other (in front of my daughter and other customers) as I walk to get my cell phone? I am at a loss. I don't know what makes this right. I know I will not visit this store again unless I have been assured the issues have been addressed. I would love to hear your thoughts.
