Not bad but to get 5 stars, I needed my shrimp and rice to have more flavor. The shrimp was grilled nicely but had no seasoning. Garlic, adobo seasoning, sea salt, pepper something voila and done right is 5 stars. Bubbas 33 is still winning with grilled shrimp that is not on the menu. Service & decor was decent so that earns the 3 stars. I also need something more than water and tea that is not alcoholic because my dietary needs have dramatically changed. My companion had a blackberry something cocktails and it seemed very similar to those pre-made cocktails. I understand batch making drinks but it does not always work well.

I gotta say first off, I'm stuffed! I had a nice size piece of talpia topped with a few pieces of asparagus, which were a tad bit overdone, but I would actually like a few more pieces. I had never had a tilapia dinner at a Mexican restaurant, so this was a nice treat. The fish was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The service was quick. I called ahead and it was ready when I arrived. I did not see the whole restaurant since I just ordered and picked up but it looked nice and pretty new. Lots of parking available.

My fiancé and I decided to stop in here to get some lunch after church and we're not disappointed! We got there right when they opened at 11 am and we're a bit thrown off because they opened late and weren't super friendly when we got sat. As we got sat we noticed how beautifully the restaurant decor was and how good the ambiance was! However, the experience quickly changed after we got our drinks and chips and salsa! The chips were nice and warm and tasted fantastic! The salsa was a bit on the sweet side for me so I asked for some of their hot sauce to put in it and it was PERFECT! Made the salsa have a great taste to it. It didn't take long for our food to come out and when it did .. it tasted fabulous. The meat in the fajitas was seasoned perfectly and you could tell it was a high quality meat! My dish was also very good. We were pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. Only complaint is it's a bit on the pricy side for a Mexican restaurant but in my opinion ... worth it! We will be back and recommend it people to check it out!

Los Agaves is the go to Mexican restaurant in Mccordsville! Their food is always spot on and so delicious. Their arroz con pollo is so good as well as their tres burritos. Not to mention their homemade salsa that they serve with chips, couldn't be better! Only downside is that the food is pretty expensive for the overall amount of food that you get. Beer prices are pretty cheap, though! This place has a more modern feel to it which makes it seem almost fancy for a Mexican restaurant. Service is usually good! My server recommended me something one time and we didn't like it. They were so accommodating and made sure that I got something that I liked!

This was a good dining experience, only a few minor things mean 4 instead of 5 stars. My friends who live nearby love love love this spot so I'll definitely try it again. Tuesday night busy but not every table full. Service was very prompt and friendly. I got the mole chicken, and the proportions of the sauce to chicken/food was a little off (too much sauce imo) but it was a good flavor and once I got a tortilla made up with it plus lettuce/tomato/sour cream then it was all very good. I loved the salsa, chips were plentiful and good, so all in all a good dinner!

Tonight we had Mexican and it was good. Our food was served quickly and hot. The chips and salsas were delicious. Taco salad for me. Lots and lots of meat. Hubs had Chimichanga. Good food.

Queso Dip

The Queso was very good. Very unimpressed with the meals and the service. It's trying to be more of an upscale Mexican restaurant but the food wasn't good, the options were limited, the service was slow, and the price was extremely high for Mexican food.

Food and service were great! Would recommend, it is a bit on the milder less spicy side.

Took the kids to dinner, food was great. I would say a step up from most fast casual Mexican food. Great kid options also.

We shared a salad and it was on point. The only thing I'd like to see is cloth napkins or at least cloth for the wine chiller to sit on. As the ice melted water covers the table. But that is a minor thing. Go check it out it's a great experience!

The charcuterie was very tasty and the Mediterranean chicken Pinsa flatbread was delicious. The Pinsa was somehow light, crispy, and chewy all at once - we loved it. I recommend asking for the fig jam to go with the charcuterie if it is not brought to the table (ours wasn't so I asked and received a very addictive fig jam and stone ground mustard). The old fashioned was perfectly crafted with a large square, clear ice block, Marasca cherry, and fresh orange zest. Now that they have a full kitchen, they will be bringing entree options to the menu so we look forward to going back to try. The large garage doors were up and the outdoor seating was packed. There was a band setting up outside but we didn't stay long enough to hear them play. Overall, such an enjoyable experience.

I had the Executive lunch (3 shrimp cocktail, 2 sliders and a side salad) which was great! Our server was great, on top of everything and quite friendly. We were graciously greeted by two pleasant hosts and shown to our table after a short wait. As soon as we were seated, I was given a birthday card and well wishes. Shortly after, our waiter, Eric, came by to introduce himself. He wished me a happy birthday, told me to save room for dessert because it was on him and then proceeded to tell us about the history of the restaurant, the food they specialize in, the night specials, and his recommendations before taking our drink order. Eric really made the night special for me with his professionalism and obvious pride in the restaurant. He is truly top notch and we will ask to be seated in his section when we return and I highly recommend him if you desire great service. Now the food... Eric recommended the Oyster Rockefeller and Calamari for starters. They were both delicious! For entrees, I had the prime strip steak, fries, and Caesar salad. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium and seasoned just right. The sides were good as well. My husband had the ribeye, mashed potatoes, navy bean soup, and wedge salad. His steak was cooked to perfection and he absolutely loved his chosen sides. My daughter had the king crab sushi roll, which she rated a 7/10. Now, on to dessert. Eric told us his favorite is the key lime pie. I love a good key lime pie so I ordered it. In fact, I always order key lime pie if it's on the menu where ever we dine. Of all the pies I've had in recent years, it was the truly the best with perfectly balanced key lime with a brûlée-d top. My daughter had the coconut cream pie and my husband had the bread pudding. We all agreed the desserts were scrumptious. We had a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant has a great vibe, service was brisk without a single thing being overlooked. I really had a great birthday dinner! Thank you!

The bar seating is a large space with a multi screen tv at the end. It has one of the better beer selection in the area. There is regular restaurant seating on both sides of the bar. During the warmer months, the patio is packed. Servers and bartenders are typically great. Food typically comes out quick. Foods that I like: pan pizza, pretzels, shrimp burger, turkey burger, and of course the chicken wings. I get the hermanaki wings. With the wings, you can get snack size or regular portion. Typically, there is plenty of parking. Occasionally on a big game day, parking can be a challenge, but it is very rare.
