Stopped in to dinner in for lunch. As with all other spots they have the mobile apps and the kiosks. Staff seemed busy and I didn't think using my app would be quick so In opted for the kiosk. Simple to order and we waited. They were out of a creamer for an ice coffee we ordered so they asked if I wanted a different one. I agreed. But when e we tasted it, it was horrendous. Thankfully the associate had said if we didn't like it we could replace it. SonIb brought it back and got a fountain drink instead. For the past few years this Taco Bell has been getting consistently slower and slower. My wife and I always put our order in on the app before we get there. It now takes them about 45 minutes on average to get through the drive through. It is actually faster to go across the bridge to new London to get Taco Bell. do not recommend going here read more

I was out on my motorcycle and decided to stop for a break there. My plan was to stop in the restroom first. A male employee was walking out of the men's bathroom just as I arrived. The bathroom was the most disgusting, dirty bathroom I've seen in my life. I didn't even use it because I didn't even want to fully enter the room. I can't even describe what I saw on this website. The night shift is a complete and utter clown show. I've never experienced a more incompetent staff than the one at this Taco Bell. Every single time I order Uber Eats from here with an order over $100 it somehow gets "accidentally" given to the wrong person. The people on this staff are either stealing orders and giving it to people they know, which is costing this store money, or are just actually that incompentent. My experience here has been mixed. Tonight it was only fair. The tacos were good but the nachos grande was disappointing. A big glob of refried beans and no meat. I order these frequently and they have sufficient meat- but not tonight. Looks like they are trying to rip customers off. And on the beans there was some kind of taco seasoning that I have never noticed before. Its like they are trying to replace meat with beans and taco seasonings. Also, this was appx 8 pm so there was a shift change I guess. The front counter had two people but it was blocked on the customer side with what appeared to be their friends or people getting off shift. Love waiting in line for 20 minutes on a doordash order just for them to "not have" 2 out of my 3 orders. The only order they "had" was the smallest order.. Not sure how the orders just disappear. One time when I ordered delivery, my dasher told me they said the same exact thing. I think they honestly just use it as an excuse to not do the bigger orders lmfao. It sucks too because not only do they waste doordashers time, but they waste the time of paying customers who have to watch their order get dropped by 10 different dashers before ultimately cancelling the order. I waited a half hour for my food which never came. Standing in the lobby, 3 people who ordered after me got their food, so I asked politely why they got their food and I hadn't received mine. I was told "someone else must have grabbed yours" to which I replied "all of the people who have been in here are still in here and none of them have my food..." So they reprinted my order to be made... again..... And they forgot to make it AGAIN. An entire half hour out of my day and I still didn't get my food. When I left there wasn't a single person in the drive thru and only 1 person inside, so its not like they were busy! They just didn't care. This store is taking the EXTRA MILE, to abide by any Covid requirements. Everyone in the store was 6ft apart, they were all wearing masks ans gloves. Food was handed out the window in a drink carrier, then in a plastic bin to grab to decrease contact. Ans the food was fresh well put together with time and effort and care. No wonder their was a line 10 cars deep at 8p. Great service, great food. Def worth the line. read more
