Worst Taco Bell!!! Always forgetting my items and ruins the whole experience. Never order from here you will not receive your items.

Never wrote a negative yelp for a fast food place but this is a horrible Taco Bell. I just moved near this one and on three different occasions they have messed up the my orders. The whole staff is rude and looks like they hate working there. I believe the manager actually wants people to go eat somewhere else. read more

My Crunchwrap was very meaty and savory on the inside, nice crispy and warm tortilla wrap on the outside....especially after reheating it and toasting it further at home using my own frying pan. I started eating them after Taco Bell had their free Crunchwrap offer last year..that was a good marketing strategy...to get people to try stuff for free and then get hooked on them... LOL. The manager in charge is extremely rude and her staff is even more rude. They made my food twice ruined it twice and then didn't let me pay for my food or order my food. I've been eating here for eight years since you guys opened. I loved eating here me and my whole family order food here all the time we will not be doing business with you guys no more the manager in charge of this location disrespected me, and I would love to press charges. Food was not good. Order took over an hour for 3 items to receive. They did not include any of the hot sauce I asked for so it made the food taste even worse. Lady with the round glasses and braces is always so nice, friendly and welcoming at the drive through. Much appreciated after a long day of work! I know fast food work isn't many's first choice but it's refreshing to get a pleasant experience. It's a 0 !! Do not even waste your time here. I ordered through Uber Eats waited an hour and still did not get my food. I had to go to work and could not wait any longer. Other customers also experienced waiting long for their food. Some dessert was empty, but they replaced it fairly quickly. The soda machines were empty. This location should not be listed on Uber Eats at all. The staff are not teens as a previous review mentioned, but this staff is not an improvement in service. Easily the worst fast food restaurant within 50 miles, you will be in line for a minimum of 30 minutes, the food will be subpar and with the way the drive through is shaped you cannot get out once you pull in. Simply go somewhere else the drive thru line is a joke. read more

I tried to order from this restaurant twice on a delivery app only to have my order cancelled twice. I love Taco Bell and I would love to keep coming back, but at this specific location always has some problems!! Either the food is taking too long or it's the wrong items or missing items which makes the experience bad but what makes it worst is the customer service the management have no skill in how to treat people or how to properly correct the situation. I normally do not like Taco Bells (or as I call it Taco "Hell"), but sometimes when you are hungry and wanted to grab a bite fast, this seemed to be a good idea at the time. We got our orders in the drive thru window. For no cars in front of us, they sure took a long time for a couple of nachos and tacos. It sort of defeat the purpose of "fast food". We probably should have gone to McDonald's right next door. I really can't get into the details of how our food tasted. I mean after all, a taco is a taco and a nacho is a nacho. While the food was cheap, it was hitting the spot...at the time. But the following morning, both my wife and I felt ill... Not to get into the details but let's just say, we definitely should've gone to McDonald's instead. Everything's ok about this location, but the drive through is just about the slowest I have ever seen, consistently. Waiting for 20-30 minutes is not uncommon, while the Mcdonalds next to it zaps them out like flies -- literally 3-4 times faster. Says its open til 4am, but the dining room inexplicably closes at 10. You can always see at least one employee sitting in the dining room on their phone while the line outside piles up to the 95 ramp. I just literally saw a driver ask everyone behind him to back up so he can back out of the line and get out. Is this whole place managed by teenagers or something? read more

I've been living in this area for over 17 years, so this is my local Taco Bell. At one point there was a change in ownership, I believe, and this location was remodeled. After that I couldn't get enough. Great service, food and a nice clean atmosphere. Then, I don't know what happened. In the last five years or so, I've had a negative experience in some shape or form. Whether it's someone making a big scene in the dining area or my order is wrong. And since I've never eaten meat I have to check my order and then patiently wait for it to be remade. Today is no exception. I really love Taco Bell despite the people that think it's terrible food. But at this point it's been about an 85% fail rate at this location. Oh and last week they forgot my sauce so I didn't even eat the tacos they gave me after they had to remake them. read more

It seems like as simple as Taco Bell is the people who work there just don't know what they're doing. Most of the time I'm given the right meal with a terrible attitude. Or I'm given the wrong meal. Or I'm giving the right meal made the wrong way. It's like a gamble with this location. And the potholes take the cake. Since I started going to this location for breakfast before work, about six months ago, the potholes just keep getting bigger and bigger and eventually someone is going to sue this location because of damage to their car, it's disgusting. I have finally given up on this location. They are usually really slow, like take 20 minutes to make your order slow, but today I had it! Placed a moble order, staff claimed they never got it so they can't make it. After being ignored for 20mins they told me to go. I tried to show them the order confirmation but they wouldn't make it or refund me for my food. Left with no food or no money back. They were rude, unhelpful, and not professional at all.
