We ordered 2 Luxe Boxes for $7/each. My Chicken Chalupa had 3 pieces of chicken that were all smaller than a teaspoon in size. The meat taco had maybe 2 1/2 tablespoons of meat or less. The Burrito was gooey and had cheap chemical tasting nacho cheese. A ripoff of which I will never go back and experience again. What a joke for low quality food. read more

This particular Taco Bell is either good not amazing or absolutely terrible. Never consistent on getting orders. Even sometimes they will miss a whole meal after they put the stickers on it if the order is to go. They also seem to be slow. Whether it's 2 people in line or 15. They are consistent on that. The most recent time I went they got the food correct but it was must've been bring your kids to work day or something. These two younger kids were literally fighting the whole time. This isn't really a food review anymore. It's a control your kids if you bring them to work. The one boy maybe 11 was flipping everyone off in the store and the little girl was no better kicking and punching her brother. I know at this age and time it's hard to find coverage for kids but if they can't act semi responsible don't bring them. It's Taco Bell and we'll continue to go every so often. read more

My friend and I came in and placed an order. The wait was 25 minutes, which I don't mind, but it seemed like a very long time for both of our relatively small orders. The entire time we were there, the woman calling out orders was literally screaming what was on them, telling customers to come to the front to pick up their food or to "get out of my store." Everytime I order delivery from this location, it's to some extent messed up, whether missing a few items or not to specifications. Last night was the worst example; we ordered two cantina soft tacos, a quesadilla, and a soda. When it arrived 40 mins later, we received the soda, two cold and soggy cantina hard shell tacos, no hot sauce (including the green one that's supposed to come with them), and no quesadilla. I then went to correct it through the app, and I couldn't contact anyone; instead they offered me a $10 off coupon, which would only cover half of what I spent. The price of crunchy tacos is $1.79. The amount of meat is barely enough to taste well. We drove to Utah and had $1.79 Tacos at Del Taco. We had so much more meat and lettuce that we were amazed. We just returned from Taco Bell on 25th Street to pick up the rest of our order that was not in our bag the first time. When we got home, we discovered half of the order was missing. Not only does this cost us more gas and time to drive there twice, but they don't seem to care. DoorDash had to assign my order with two different people during this time. My 1st DoorDasher had to leave after 40 minutes of waiting for pickup. An hour has gone by and My 2nd Dasher shows up and messages me that a Taco Bell employee told him "they are doing new orders first". This has to be the most inefficient Taco Bell location anywhere. Whoever heard of separate order prep systems for drive-thru vs dine-in & online orders? There were 3 employees handling drive-thru and just 1 for dine-in customers. We had to wait 30 min for our order to be ready! There should be 1 system where all incoming orders get entered chronologically. That would assure all orders get processed in the order received. Way to go management! It took almost 12 minutes to get my food and several items although not cold wouldn't even be classified as warm. Well, Taco Bell is having problems. Probably caused by the pandemic and not enough employees. We had to order Thru the kiosk, which we really try to avoid. But we figured they were short staffed. There were a couple orders ahead of us and drive Thru was busy. While waiting at least 20 minutes for our food, many more customers came in. They're still waiting for their food. Seems like they're getting one meal out every 15 minutes in the lobby. Anyhoo... we understand. We were patient and 99% of everyone else was too. The BIGGEST problem for me, was the employees in the back having verbal confrontations, arguments, name blaming and dropping food (that would have to be re-made.). Employees should "shut their face" when customers are in ear shot. Good luck out there and be patient with these places that are under staffed. Whew. read more

Food prep was F- at best. Ordered Chalupas and they were placed in bag half wrapped, chalupa shell was cold and hard, meat was cold, and not prepared as ordered. One of them didn't even meat in it. Did they run out of the cold meat? Or maybe there is no care in how job is done. The food temp is really a concern - food borne illness. Really bad experience. Waited over 45 minutes for my order. All other customers in the lobby also waiting 45+ minutes. They were well staffed. When I asked when my order would be out they told me another 15 minutes. All other customers were also told this. The cashier was told at one point to not take any more orders. The manager yelled out to the customers that it would be a 20 minute wait for additional orders. The manager was clearly not happy we asked were our orders were after 45 minutes. read more

Not one clean table in the whole place a couple came in after us and ordered their food got it and ate it before we even got our food. No line when we went in ordered at 7:45 when we got our food because it took so long they said lobby closes at 8 on a Friday night and she was rude about it closing at 8 sounds really dumb as well. They always ask if I want hot sauce. The drive thru host is always nice, and often sounds like he/she is having fun being with coworkers. Soda mix is just right. And the food is as fresh and tasty as you could hope when you're getting fast food. Great value. read more

This is the same as most taco bells. The employees here are great and very quick. This location is very clean, including the bathrooms. They take pride in their work and their building. Like I say with most reviews on chain restaurants, its the same as most other locations. Get the crunch wrap supreme, its a delight. read more
