This is my chicken burrito.

This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. I ordered 20 crunchy tacos and the new chicken burrito, totaling $28. The tacos barely had any meat in them, so little that my kids immediately complained. The burrito was even worse. The chicken was completely inedible, to the point where I couldn't even finish it. When I picked up my order at the window, the employees were extremely unprofessional. The food was half-wrapped, causing items to fall out of the packaging, which is unacceptable. What really concerns me is that I believe I was given someone else's food. They asked me if I was "Lisa", I'm not. That alone raises serious concerns about order accuracy and food handling. Given how bad the chicken burrito was, this feels like a major red flag. Overall, this was a horrible experience from start to finish, poor food quality, sloppy packaging, and unprofessional staff. I will not be returning, and I plan to report this location to the health department.

I order Taco Bell for my autistic friends birthday as it's the only thing she'll eat. This Taco Bell forgot her sauce and now she's going to bed hungry. They refused a refund and now I can't afford my mortgage.

Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito

Taco Bell's promotional menu items are always like going to a test kitchen for me. I tried their double steak grilled cheese burrito: A double serving of steak, seasoned rice, crunchy red strips, chipotle sauce and nacho cheese. I added guacamole for an up charge. The burrito gives you crunchy, chewy savory and somewhat messy if you don't keep it wrapped in the foil wrap. If you are looking for food that will leave you feeling stuffed this is it.

DESERVES 0 STARS... IM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION...WE ONLY ORDERED 5 easy things and all my food came out disgusting...FIRST OF ALL IM PREGNANT AND CRAVING TACO BELL AND THEY COULDNT EVEN DELIEVER GOOD FOOD...second, when I asked for the nacho fries they said they no longer have them with an attitude, which if that was true why is it still on the menu? Third, we got our food and return home to the fiesta potato bowls having hard as a rock potato's in both of them and they were cold potato's just had hot cheese on them. Fourth, I ask for a beefy 5-layer burrito and got some beef rice and chip burrito that I've never even had before...fifth...when I got home and noticed about the beefy-5 layer I called the store not once, not twice but 5 times...the 3rd time someone picked up the phone and hung it up! So I continued to call until I got someone on the phone, when they finally answered I asked for a manager who apparently was the one who picked up the phone...He gave me the name Shawn which I don't even know if that's his real name he gave me but he stated he was the manager and that I can come back tomorrow and get new food...all this trouble was not worth $12 Taco Bell. IVE WORKED AT TACO BELL BEFORE AND IT IS NOT THAT HARD...IVE BEEN IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY FOR 13 YEARS! THIS WAS JUST PURE LAZINESS...YOU CAN TELL THESE PEOPLE ARE ONLY THERE FOR A PAYCHECK. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION...I suggest none of you guys go either...SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN

Burrito without cheese

I give it a one star because I specifically ordered a burrito without cheese because I'm allergic to it. And yet there is cheese all over both burritos! You need to read people's orders correctly. I also ordered strawberry twists and told they were out and I said I'd be okay with cinnamon twists, but didn't even get those. Not okay!

Our tacos had very little inside.

We don't use the touch screens because of germs and they are stupid to navigate and make even a simple order, so we order at the counter. That girl at the counter could care less about providing some sense of welcome for us. We really felt like we were such a bother to make a food order at the counter. When we did get our food the tacos were broken and half full. This is NOT the way a food chain should be run.

Even with the rush, I was able to snag a seat quite quickly. I was so impressed by how efficiently the staff cleared and prepared my table; it's those little touches of attentiveness that really make a difference. I decided to keep things classic and ordered the Asada Tacos. The service was remarkably swift my order arrived in under ten minutes, which is exactly the kind of efficiency I adore. While the initial presentation was a bit more understated than I anticipated, the flavor was a total 8/10 triumph! The staff was also incredibly accommodating when it came to my preferences; they brought over a lovely selection of chips and sauces, but were perfectly gracious when I mentioned I prefer to avoid the heat. These are truly some of the best tacos I've had the pleasure of trying lately. I will most certainly be a regular here!

You have to buy a basket of chips, but it's very inexpensive and so worth it for the salsa bar! Lastly, the Al pastor is the bomb. I like a dim atmosphere, but it was hardly lit enough to read the menu. It was difficult to navigate as it was mostly in Spanish. Extremely limited vegetarian options which I'm not sure I can assume were actually without chicken base in the rice, etc. I didn't even see a vegetable fajita on the menu. My vegetarian burrito sans crema and cheese consisted of little more than rice and a couple small diced pieces of avocado and diced tomato. Iceberg lettuce? I saw corn niblets and a pea fall out. Bland. Hot sauce choices not fantastic. What kind of burrito contains no beans?? Everyone else at my table received flatware. I was given a plastic fork. Once I received an actual fork & knife, they kept tearing the paper underneath my burrito. Strangely served with raw cucumber (ick) & lime wedges on the side. Edible at best. The atmosphere looked interesting upon entry, but it felt grungy, the chairs were heavy. I was seated right next to a brick wall/chimney. Service was sparse. Definite language barrier. The dish my companions received was an array of meat in a molcajete. Mixed feedback on the peppers being ungodly too hot & some of it, especially the sausage, having a good flavor. It was massive & messy. It was interesting initially but definitely didn't look appetizing to me. That came with a bowl of beans in sauce with what we later discovered were Chicharrón on top. It looked like boiled mystery chicken skin. A friend from SoCal I consulted online had no idea what it was from my photo as we tried to discern it & they didn't realize it was even Mexican food from the appearance. It was assumed I was at an Asian joint. We had to ask for drink refills far into our meal. I was given a fresh new cup. The server took another person's cup from the table and refilled it in the back. That was strange and seemed unsanitary. We didn't get everything we asked for. I'd say language was the problem except for the fact the server had understood my requests when "crema" was the only Spanish word I used. Ladies' room had room for one person at a time. The sink was backing up. It felt dingy like the rest of the building. I'm glad they had paper towels and not just a hand blower. I didn't choose the restaurant. It was one of the worst if not THE most horrible Mexican meals & experiences I've had in my life. Hard pass. I'd gladly pay more for better fare elsewhere. I can make far superior at home.

The queso had a nice bit of heat to it and was creamy and had guacamole in it We also shared the taco of the month which is the Tokyo Drift. It was hands down the best taco they have. As we moved to the bar to wait for our food, the bartender informed us that he had put away the rim device to salt our glasses. We had already paid, so what were we to do. We said, "ok." Then we questioned what time they closed. We doubled checked, 9:30. It was only 8:30. I don't prefer a margarita without salt but felt stuck. Also, it wasn't as if we were the last ones to come in. I counted at least 6 parties that came in after us. The chorizo queso was excellent. The tacos were decent. However, while it may seem like a small thing, the lack of salt on the rim of my $12 margarita really sunk this place for me. I've never bartended, but I don't feel like it's a lot of work to salt a rim. Even if the stuff was put away (an hour early).

The restaurant is sleek and has a cool vibe, but we immediately realized it was not going to be what we thought of when we saw "street tacos" mentioned during Google search. It's more of a metropolitan American Soul fusion place, with a heavy emphasis on loaded, uniquely flavored tacos instead of traditional Mexicana. The server was wonderful in explaining their menu and gave multiple recommendations, which I went with all of her great suggestions once I told her what I was craving. My husband didn't enjoy his appetizer, saying it tasted too sweet instead of savory for him, but the server was great at being aware of our plates and took the appetizer off our bill when she noticed he wasn't eating it without us even mentioning it. I got three different tacos, and the only one I didn't enjoy was due to the Mac n cheese that was stuffed in it. It just didn't taste or feel right having a taco with macaroni that was pushed in so densely that it became a sponge. The other two were great! My husband gave his burrito a 3/5, as he felt it was too much one note. Overall, don't come here if you're looking for upscale Mexicana, but instead want to enjoy interesting fusion flavors and fun cocktails. Great place for a group outing or celebration!

I don't usually shop at a Mexican grocery unless I am looking for cotija cheese for making elote. However, I entered the grocery because the sign in front of the restaurant entrance said it was closed. I clearly saw people working at the food counter and a customer standing there, so I went through the grocery to see what was going on. Apparently, nobody had removed the sign and left a "caution" cone blocking the door. Anyway, after the weird start, I enjoyed my experience. The colorful dining room has lots of festival streamers hanging from the ceiling and loud Mexican music playing. (Note that the grocery has an equally loud sound system playing something completely different so you get a weird stereo effect that is hard to tune out.) The dining booths go about half way back into the restaurant on both sides. Beyond the left side is a cooking area with a large menu posted over the top. Even though there is a counter at the cooking area, you don't order there. Behind you on the right near the back of the restaurant is a smaller counter with a cash register and a menu booklet that you order from. Once you place your order and pay, you wait and they will bring it out to you. Note that any beverages are sold in bottle form and are self-serve from the cooler next to the order counter. The wait was fairly short considering they prepare the entrees to order. I went with a couple tacos (with the cilantro and white onion) and ordered rice and beans. Apparently the cashier had a little trouble understanding me when I ordered the Asada and Pollo tacos. I was brought out the Asada and Lomo instead. (I was the only customer at the time.) But, instead of sending it back, I like pork loin as well as chicken, so I simply added some green sauce (mild) and a few drops of red (supposed to be hot, but I didn't think it was that hot.) The tacos were excellent. They were served on double layered corn tortillas. I usually prefer flour, but wasn't given an option here. These were the best tasting corn tortilla shells I've had. And the ingredients inside were delicious with the added items being colorfully fresh. The side of beans and rice were forgettable. Not bad, just lacking much texture and flavor. Very bland and not much other than filler when compared to the robust flavor of the tacos. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was pretty clean looking, so given the high quality of flavor, I would recommend stopping by to quench your Mexican food cravings. Review #2698

I wasn't thrilled about that, at first, but several larger groups were seated in the same area near the entrance. The booth was spacious and comfortable, and the decor is very bright and vibrant. I ordered the Marg of the Month for May, which was the Bee Sting Margarita. It is made with jalapeno honey and lots of slices of fresh jalapeno.
