Easily one of the worst ran Taco Bells I have been to. Orders are rarely correct, they are usually out of something, rarely am I greater when I walk in. Have come into the store with staff outside laughing, and cursing and smoking weed out in the open. Customer service at an all time low! Workers are wearing mask but incorrectly. The mask is not covering nose and mouth but their chins are definitely protected. When I asked for sauce I was tossed a handful into my car. No attention was paid to me, the paying customer, because their private conversations were more important. What was I thinking!! Thought I would run through the drive-through for a quick taco for lunch. I was informed they were out of regular tacos. Imagine that. So I ordered three regular soft tacos and asked for no tomato. I was curtly informed that regular tacos, don't come with tomato. As I got to the window to pick up my order, I was initially given the wrong soft drink. This was corrected and I was given the paper bag with my soft tacos. I was never asked if I wanted any taco sauce and of course I was not given any. But upon opening my bag, I found that apparently napkins are an extra. I ate my tacos, without taco sauce, and found that only one of the three was slightly warm. The other two were cold. The young lady taking the order and delivering the meal at the drive-through window was not rude, but neither was she very pleasant. They have new kiosks to order from that has the entire menu so if someone is technology-challenged or not comfortable with the kiosk, they will only see a limited portion of the menu options. One of the two kiosks was down. Husband and I ordered the power bowl with chicken for $5.69. What a joke! One had THREE pieces of bite size chicken and the other had about twice that. They added more chicken once asked but the portion of the entire bowl's contents was a joke and the quality of the food was laughable. how can you send two of the same dish to the same ticket in that big of a difference? Worst Taco Bell. Slow drive thru, terrible employees, always get the wrong order. The one time I did dine in, it was fine but while I was eating my order, three customers came in with incorrect food from the drive thru. So, probably best just not to go to this TB at all. It took at least 15 minutes to get to the window with only 2 cars in front of me. I know the window time is 75 seconds, this store definitely is not making that time with how slow they are and probably should be shut down. Anyways, once I got to the window, the lady didn't even say hi, just "$7.27" and she swiped my card, handed my food out and I was gone. I really should have checked my food because there was guac on my burrito and my taco was hard. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed by this place once again.
