Customer service at an all time low! Workers are wearing mask but incorrectly. The mask is not covering nose and mouth but their chins are definitely protected. When I asked for sauce I was tossed a handful into my car. No attention was paid to me, the paying customer, because their private conversations were more important. Asked to speak to the manager twice, but she never appeared. Plenty of workers standing around doing nothing. I will never go back. What was I thinking!! Thought I would run through the drive-through for a quick taco for lunch. I was informed they were out of regular tacos. Imagine that. So I ordered three regular soft tacos and asked for no tomato. I was curtly informed that regular tacos, don't come with tomato. As I got to the window to pick up my order, I was initially given the wrong soft drink. This was corrected and I was given the paper bag with my soft tacos. I was never asked if I wanted any taco sauce and of course I was not given any. But upon opening my bag, I found that apparently napkins are an extra. The one time I did dine in, it was fine but while I was eating my order, three customers came in with incorrect food from the drive thru. So, probably best just not to go to this TB at all.
