This was probably the worst Taco Bell experience that I ever had. It seemed like there was literally only one worker... a car would pull up to the drive through, and only 15 minutes later would the next car ordered. I waited an hour before I got too hungry and ditched for McDonald's. It's a very sad day when I have to choose them over Taco Bell. Shame on the owners for this horrendously run franchise. read more

Sat in the drive through for a half hour, waiting to order. There was a huge line of people behind me honking at me and I was now late back to work on lunch so I pulled up to the window. I didn't know if the speaker was broken or what. Mind you, you can get out of this drive through line once your in you are trapped. When the girl finally came to the window she told me that she couldn't take my order at the window and I needed to come inside. She told me she was the only one working both registers and making food. I then had to leave since I was already late and didnt get any lunch that day. I will probably never shop at this location again and it shouldn't take 35 minutes in a "fast food" line. I tried to call the store for a managers number, and no one was picking up. I called back and they answered and then hung up,and all my calls back were turning up busy, therefore I'm pretty positive they took the phone off the hook just so it would stop ringing. read more

I wish Yelp had the option to give ZERO stars. Nowhere else in the world where Taco Bell exists has worse service or a longer waiting time. Fast food is supposed to be fast, however this is anything but fast. There always seem to be enough workers in the kitchen but they can never get the food to you in less than a half hour, and usually get something or everything wrong. Food is good but possibly the longest drive thru line I've ever waited in. I waited in line for 20 minutes, only for the workers tell the person a few cars ahead of us that they "ran out of all food" and everyone in the line had to leave. The inside of the store has been closed since COVID started, so only the drive thru is open. They also close at 9pm even on weekends, which is quite early for a fast food restaurant whose main consumer base is college students. So I and a friend go to get tacos for the first time from this location. The associate at this Taco Bell was nasty, rude and obnoxious .Yes I understand people work hard for little pay, but if I had customers who didn't know what to get, rather than rudely brush them off with sarcasm, I would make "recommendation" on something they could try from the menu. I've had consistent issues with this location for months. Missing items, substitutions not made, at least 2 issues every time. Tonight One person in my car just didn't get their order, and when we asked about it, they told us that was everything. They have to be severely understaffed, because there's no way that staff treated well would make this many mistakes. I think McDonald's treats their workers better. read more

They get 2 stars because the food is like none other but besides that, this place has become a complete joke. Third time I've attempted to order after a brief while because frustration took over was today. First time, sat in drive thru for a cheese quesadilla and fajita veg burrito for 45 mins. There were 3-4 cars ahead of me. Second time, there were 3-4 cars in front of me and after 20 mins of a total stand still I peeled off. Today, same stuff. I just ordered 4 crunchy taco supremes from Ithaca location at drive-thru. What I received were 4 tacos dumped in bag unwrapped and upside down so all ingredients on bottom of bag, including sour cream/meat. Horrible mess. Had to throw entire order away. So glad I wasted my money. read more

Went out there at 1 AM with my bikes because I don't have a car. After biking several miles and being shouted at by the other customers calling us "Weiner Boys" and toting confederate flags, clearly driving under the influence of alcohol, we got to the order intercom, the women working informed us that we cannot bring bikes in the drive through. This is very unfortunate because their food I not the best, and obviously the quality is bad, but as well, they turned us away because of some stupid safety policy. Very unfortunate. The service is usually slow, but I plan ahead so it's okay to wait. When I was there tonight I saw a manager yell across the dining area at an employee who wasn't even working. The poor employee had no clue why she was getting yelled at. Then the same manager was screaming at a different employee about the bathrooms being dirty. I had just taken my 2 year old in there and it was very clean. Never have I seen a mid 20's manager be so blatantly disrespectful to a teenage worker about something that wasn't an issue. If I could give no stars I would, traveling for the holidays got 25 minutes longer because of these stellar people! All taco bells are a dime a dozen but this one is pretty crappy first off don't buy the buffalo chicken burritos because they put way too much sour cream second the place is usually very unclean so don't on eating in on the bright side though they make awesome churros and its a good place for late night snacks read more

July 15th at 10:00 a.m. Finally I persuaded my friend to at least try the new burritos at Taco Bell. The T.V. adds look wonderful. Well, only one other customer was in the building when we arrived so lines to contend with. We ordered the combo and waited for our drinks. The service person said he would be right out with our coffee and orange juice. The burrito was hot on both ends and cold in the middle and looked nothing like the t.v. adds. When we were nearly finished our drinks came, and I did mention to the clerk that the burrito was cold, he said"It is". Hmmm we wont be back. read more

I love this Taco Bell, especially since they redid the inside dining area. My orders are always correct and done in a timely fashion. There have been numerous times where I have brought several lists from coworkers, and have held up the line. They were still kind and helpful, regardless of the growing line and once I get through, they seem to rebound no problem. Very friendly staff and very clean for a Taco Bell. :) read more

Lots of other people on here bitching. I've had bad customer service a couple of times but it's a fast food joint, that happens most places. The majority of the time it's great. And don't try to compare it to real Mexican, you're not gonna get that at a Taco Bell anywhere, and you are not going to get it anywhere in upstate NY unless you make it yourself. Unbearably slow. It doesn't matter what time of day you go, you're better off going to wegmans and picking up a DYI taco kit because this place takes so long. I've never seen a place so incompetently run. I suspect it's because Ithaca is a small town and there aren't many options here they figure they can get away with it. Why does it take this long to make me a Doritos locos taco? The food is consistent with other taco bells, which is to say poor, but that's what you expect from Taco Bell.
