If you can look past the insane amount of time you'll be waiting and the "show" you're sure to see, this is just your run of the mill Taco Bell. The worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I ordered a STEAK Quesarito. Went through the drive thru got a regular meat one. Went into the store to tell them the order was wrong & that was just as chaotic. I told the guy to make sure the lady in the back knew I ordered extra chipotle sauce & no cheese (since I paid & extra .50 on the mobile app for it). He stands there & looks at me. After the lady finishes making it he gives it to me & I ask him "does she know I paid for extra chipotle sauce" & he looks me in my face & tells me "yeah probably " as if he told her when the whole time he did not say anything to her. I then tell the lady that made it that I order extra chipotle sauce & paid for it. With attitude she takes the Quesarito back, open it up put extra sauce & grills it again. Here tonight to check out there New Quesalupa! First saw this on a YouTube Channel.. they made it look soo yummy,.. 3 days later and were here to find out for ourselves. Ordered 1 for me and 1 for my husband...parked the car to get a good look! First thing we noticed was the packaging that the Quesalupa was wrapped in..very clever and kept all the fall out of lettuce,tomatoe, meat and cheese! Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food. This review is not based on the food. It's the speed (or lack thereof) of service. C'mon! You don't continue training during the lunch rush! According to my receipt, I paid for my order at 11:57am. I got my complete order at 12:16pm! Granted, I did have a pretty large order, but if it was me, I could've steamed, stuffed, wrapped and served the order myself AND taken care of the drive-thru orders! 15 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for "fast food". Needless to say, our tacos were soggy. And to top it off, the Mexican Pizza wasn't cut. Ok, so after we got our food, just have to say, it still tasted good. I love Taco Bell, but sad to say today's experience was not all that great. There was no one in the store when I walked in, and the lady took forever to take my order. Then while taking my order the security guard walked in just to deliver a note and the lady refused to sign it! I was like you can get that, and the security guard said "I have all day." Poor thing. Lol I know this sounds Crazy but if you do it right, taco bell is very vegan friendly... 7 layer burrito without cheese or sour cream Pintos and cheese without cheese Mexican pizza with no cheese or meat -add lettuce and rice Black Bean and rice burrito with no cheese... Just add fresco To anything and you have another serving of veggies. I cannot give a full five stars because sometimes they do put cheese or something else I do not eat on my meal accidentally, but we are all creatures of habit. Ate lunch at Kamokila location yesterday January 17th at around 1:30 p.m. and by 3:30 p.m. I was dizzy, sweating, faint and throwing up. I had the Chalupa meal and didn't eat the taco with a flour tortilla around it but ate the Chalupa and the beef taco and it is obvious that there was something wrong with the lettuce because that's what has been coming up since yesterday. I just called the restaurant to talk to the manager to make them aware of the situation and she started asking me about my Cheerios for breakfast and trying to blame me for the food poisoning that I acquired. Just finished eating... it was very busy. Apparently it's Cinco Dimayo? The line went down fast, the line workers were in point. I could see the drive through was 10 deep with cars. But they were moving steady as well. As I waiting for my food, I watched as 1 cashier alone. Jhomar... he was jumping from 1 register to the other and ringing people up in double time. This has happened too many times so it's time I speak up. I am disabled, vegan, with a severe dairy allergy. I need to have food delivered to me. I recently discovered that Taco Bell has customizable items, so I started ordering take out.. Several times after the food was delivered to me I found either sour cream or cheese in my food when I requested they be left off. Once I got very sick because I started eating a burrito that had sour cream added. Now I always check. Last night again they added cheese to my food. Let me say I was hesitant I tried the sausage biscuit taco it was good . I felt dumb when I asked if they had jelly lol. They do not have jelly or honey (which I love for my biscuit) the real winner though is the AM crunch wrap, the hash brown is inside and it is so convenient to eat on the GO. I told her no, I want my money back because again I only have so long for lunch and I still need to get it somewhere else.They refused to give my money back and kept me waiting another five minutes. Unbelievable. Who's the manager here? 2 people at the counter, standing around, like children who need to be told what to do. Over 10 people crowding the front, waiting on their orders. My dad and I ordered a dozen of tacos for the price of $14.99 +tax. It's funny, the cashier asked my dad if he wanted all crunchy tacos and he said yes. When we got our tacos, it was half crunchy and half soft. There are several reasons for this maybe. Either the line of cooks didn't read the order right or they ran out of crunchy tacos. Who knows?! This location is great its always clean and the workers are nice and respectful and the food nice and cheap but it doesn't taste cheap its good quality and even when i had a problem when they charge me for the wrong nacho wrap they kindly went and got the manager and the problem was resolved. We went through the drive thru for lunch today. Before I left the window I looked through the three bags of our order and noticed our salsa wasn't in our bag so I had to ask for that. As I released my break I noticed we didn't have our drinks. I had to pull back to the window for that! Then to top of our visit, I ordered two chicken burritos and asked and paid for extra sour cream. When we got back to our room both chicken burritos were dry. No sour cream and neither was their the guacamole sauce! I called the manager and shared our experience and she took my name and said she'd replace our meal on the next visit. I've been a West O`ahu resident for 46 years and never ordered food from this or any Taco Bell before- just drinks while waiting for Da Bus- so had no idea they had a *few* meatless items on the menu. But we had exhausted our "2 receipt per store" rule for the Hawaiian Miles promotion week at Kapolei Shopping Center. I had researched the menu online carefully before we came, and was pleasantly surprised that one-and-a-half people got a nice (shared) lunch for six bucks (drink included!) We got a "Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes" which was small chopped roasted potato chunks with a dollop of sour cream and cheese. It was yummy, but a very small portion. We also got a "Cheesy Roll Up" which I think was from their dollar menu items, so of course it was on the small side, and I would say is more suited for kids because of the size. My favorite meatless item we ordered was a "Spicy Potato Soft Taco," which had the same chopped potatoes in it with a kick of chipotle, lettuce and cheese. Even my daughter, who is usually very picky, liked everything. This carb-lover found a new low-priced option, and now I know why their drive-thru is always nuts! read more

Wasn't even busy and all the tables & chairs were filthy, all the while workers are standing around. An employee was mopping when we walked in and as I sat down waiting for my food he mops right under my table nearly touching my feet with the mop. He kept hitting my chair while mopping too.
