I was in the neighborhood and wanted a fast fix for my taco/nachos cravings. I know it's fast food but it's pretty decent. This location may need to be retrained for providing service. We waited a while at the counter to get served. I get it it's busy but at least acknowledge us. This location used to be my go-to. But, it must've gone through new ownership or management in the last 8+ months .... I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it's just "that" crew. I've given them 3. During my last 3 visits there: 1. Drive-thru took forEVER; at least 25 minutes. 2. Food isn't the same. Mexican pizza tortillas look very under cooked. It's not crispy, and looks like it was made hours before. 3. Order incorrect. I ordered extra lettuce & tomato for my burrito supreme...barely saw any of either. The absolute best location on Oahu. Their items are always prepared at 100% quality. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito & macho fries. My fries barely needed cheese sauce because it was so seasoned and crisp. My burrito ?!? Filled with every ingredient from the first bite to my last. When I called to inform the manager, I was told they switched to a different coffee concentrate and has had the same complaint from others. The staff is always amazing, friendly, courteous. i come in every 2 months or so to place a big order of 30 bkfst burritos for my coworkers. I usually come in to order and they always get that order done super quick. I try to use the app... but i sometimes forget to. the first time i did this in 2024 there were only 2 employees working..2 sweet ladies and they hustled to get that order done in like 15 min plus working the drive thru. After emailing them about the horrendous service received and no response, I stayed away from this location for awhile. Yesterday, I ordered online for pick up. One minute after my order was sent/ paid for, I got a txt saying order was ready. Yeah right. Learned my lesson from last time. I decided to wait 15 minutes until I got there. When I arrived, I was greeted. Totally shocked, but thought to myself this is a good sign. Let them know I had an online order. The woman says its not showing on their end, she eventually finds it on their register and tells me all the things they dont have. No volcano sauce for the quesarido & no churros (was replaced with cinnabon delites). In my head im like wt F. Why would this online service allow people to order things that they dont have. Anyways, I get my order and I move to the side to check it, and get a straw. Thats when one of the workers hold up my bag of items that was already made and says, "uhhhh isn't this the order for Reinna". They just threw it away. When I got to my car to check the quesarido, I was so annoyed, because I specifically asked for no rice. Rice in burritos, yuck! Well...be prepared to never want to eat here again after I leave this review because this is pretty gross and pretty sure a violation. Anyway. The guy working the window had an open wound on his finger. This was at 2:30 ish on Nov. 25th 2025. It was oozy so I couldnt stop looking at it! Then this guy started picking at it and messing with it. Then he gets the peoples drinks ready and with the same nasty ooze touching fingers touches all over the cups and the around the top of the cups to secure it. Something really needs to be done because this is a straight up health risk. The food is obviously good the baja blast sweeter than usual but still good nonetheless. But my main concern was the service. I went throught the drive thru and the lady taking my order wasn't even paying attention to my mom when she tried ordering and my mom had to keep repeating herself. And when we pulled up to the window the lady wasn't even doing anything she was standing there for a good minute before she spoke to my mom to adjust the order. And not to mention in the pictures the tacos i ordered were barely even filled. It was skinny. It was also a bit soggy. Not freshly made. Horrible service, I had a mobile order placed at 715. Showed up at 730 to let them know we were there waiting. Didn't get our food until 840. Lady in front had no clue what was on the menu. The ladies in the back were so flustered that food was going everywhere but on the wrapper or in the bag. The ladies in the back kept getting mad and yelling at the lady in the front. Lack of communication between all employees. All customers in front of me who ordered all had missing items and you could tell that all customers had no patience left. My friends and I received very poor customer service, as the employees were giving us a hard time due to their tap to pay being broken. It is not our fault as customers for the tap to pay being broken. THIS TACO BELL TAKES FOREVER! I've never waited less then 20 minutes for my food inside, and have never spent less than 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru. They either need more workers..like 5-6 more at night..EVERY NIGHT...or they need to start paying more so the workers that are working have an incentive to move quicker. Also the drive thru, WORSE PLACEMENT, the line is always long (as I've stated previously), and you can never see the menu until you're right there and have to order already. They should have at least half a menu or a small menu to show at least the specials in the beginning of the drive thru, especially since you're there waiting for at least 30 minutes. read more

Taco Bell is my favorite place to go when I have late night cravings. I usually order the Crunchwrap Supreme Combo with Diet Pepsi. I like the food here and there has only been a few times that I had an issue with my order. A couple nights ago, the person that was taking the orders at the drive thru did not understand when my sister ordered the chalupa cravings box but wanted to swap out the cinnamon twists with chips and nacho cheese. He said that he didn't know how to do it so instead he told my sister that he was going to swap it out for the nacho fries. Which my sister thought that meant he would replace the cinnamon twists with nacho fries, which would have been fine. But when we got to the pickup window, the order relayed back to us was for the nacho fries box which is not what my sister wanted. Multiple people were waiting one hour plus for their orders and the manager was hiding in the back not addressing any complaints. Highly recommend going to a different location and everyone to complain to corporate so the location can receive remedial training.
