This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I ordered 1 steak soft Taco and it took 10 mins to make. Three people stood around talking and then one girl noticed my order was still on the screen and asked if anyone had made it. Unfortunately this happens all the time when I go there. i ordered way too much food. i ordered 4 items total: beef meximelt beefy nacho grilled thing - the new item fiery dorito taco nacho cheese dorito taco i could have easily done with two items. while i was eating them, they were good enough. pretty much exactly what you would expect. but then after the meal, a few miles down the road, i just felt dissatisfied with the entire meal. plus they serve pepsi. which just completely sucks. next time, if i ever stop here again, then i will order two items, take them to go, and drink my own coke. read more

It's Mexican inspired fast food, what can I say other than you'll like it or you don't. I swing by this Taco Bell when I'm tired or just lazy on my home and don't want to cook. The staff aren't all zombies like you expect fast food workers to be, like how I was when I had that job. I've never been through this Taco Bell drive thru where they have gotten my order correctly prepared. if you go here through the drive thru YOU MUST CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE! i cannot stress this enough. Accually its probably best you never use the drive thru and just go in and order but still check your bad while your standing at the counter because i'm sure they'll screw it up even inside. At least at that point you don't have to get out of your car to walkin and have it correct. The employees are so generous, if they make a mistake they correct it no questions asked, the food is always great and wrapped nice, and the employees actually come check on you at your table! A regrettable situation occurred at this Taco Bell a few weeks ago. My girlfriend had to return to have a minor correction to her order. On this instance instead of correcting the order the manager accused her of trying to rip them off saying that everyone knew her. No kidding, she works a few blocks away and has (had) lunch there several times a week. Shes a regular customer that has probably spent somewhere in the neighborhood of several hundred dollars over the past year at this particular Taco Bell. He then proceed to inform her that she had done this 3 times before. In two years. Yes, she had the audacity to want her order corrected 3 times in 2 years. The nerve. When she went back on a later date to complain about the treatment she received the other manager was even ruder and more insulting. Called the 1-800 number and was promised that someone would contact us within three days. Never heard from anyone. Called again and was promised the same thing. Still haven't heard from anyone. Sent a complaint via the corporate website. Still haven't heard from them. Is this the way a company treats it's (formerly) loyal customers? The absolute worse fast food place I've ever been to! I haven't been in a while because I decided to never give my money to them again. But I used to go to this Taco Bell when I lived close to it and every single visit, no matter the time of day or day of the week.... the wait times were RIDICULOUSLY long. Even if there was only 1-2 cars ahead. The workers were snooty and bad with communication and without a doubt they ALWAYS messed up my order or forgot something. No matter how simple the order or how detailed I explained it, they would mess it up. I don't eat beef/pork and on more than one occasion they added beef to my vegetarian/chicken orders. One time I even went (this was my final straw) and I very specifically asked them to check everything to ensure no beef was added.... I get home and both my CHICKEN burrito and chicken taco salad were both filled with beef. It was infuriating and at that point almost felt like it was on purpose. I now would rather drive way farther away to a different Taco Bell than to ever go back to this location. I don't trust one worker and they don't seem to properly train their staff. read more

Do not eat at this Taco Bell !!!!!..Yesterday at 9am my friend and I entered the place for some breakfast...We stood at the couner for over 5 minutes before we were even asked for our order...The employee was a real slug and acted as if she didn't give a damn. When we got our order, they had to make coffee which came on the counter when we were about 3/4 the way finished...I looked at the floor in the kitchen and there was dirt, some goop, empty containers, and paper wrapping just scattered. When I suggested to the manager that maybe she should clean the floor, she just shrugged her shoulders and said."it's during prep time"...Now this place opens 2 hours before and don't you think prep should be over by then and coffee made. The food was C quality...When we left, the manager still never cleaned the floor...If you want turds in your food and to be served by those who just don't give a damn..then go there...I know I'll never go there again as long as I breath. read more
