If I could leave negative stars I would. Here's the issue. We deliver for door dash and Uber Eats. We got a late night order that came to us at 3:30 ish on New Year's Eve. We arrived at the location and the drive through message says closed, we circle around and park, knock on the and the guy inside waves us away, won't open the door won't give us the order. First of all it's Taco Bell, I get it. I don't expect 5 star service. Just needed a quick bite since we were on a time crunch. Ordered thru the app. Went inside and it was empty. Nobody acknowledged us. I'm ok with that, again I don't expect much. Lady walks up to the counter and calls out "#67". We have no idea since it's a mobile order and tell her we had a mobile order. I normally don't leave reviews until a certain business or location has continuously disappointed and this specific location on crown valley has done so a handful of times over the past few years and tonight was the icing on the cake, my partner went through the drive thru and she specifically ordered her food to be vegan, no meat no cheese no sour cream etc. well the food was wrong so she parked the car and went inside, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and told her it was her fault that she should have ordered it correctly and then slung it in the trash can and didn't bother listening as my wife was telling her vegan means no meat and no dairy.They remade her food and she didn't think twice and drove all the way home to find out the lady screwed it up again and put sour cream. Going through a drive thru at 11pm on a Monday night, you go in with low expectations praying you get one thing in your order right. But tonight Alfredo showed us all up! From the moment he greeted us through the intercom, to the end of handing us our bag full of goodies, Alfredo never stopped giving superb customer service! His mannerism and upbeat tone over the intercom, instantly brought a smile to my face. He kept assuring me it was ok to take my time and helped me make sure I got my order correct. Once I arrived at the window, you can instantly see and feel his positive energy! He was even so sweet in showing me the hot sauce packets to make sure I got the right ones! If you could feel the energy and pride this man has in his work, you too would understand why I'm yelping at 12am! ALWAYS gets the order wrong. 2 stars is generous. ALWAYS. Often, we don't receive items we paid for. Other times errors are for slight omissions (no sauce, no onions). Most of the time starts with struggles taking the orders, and goes downhill from there. I don't think these are intentional mistakes, probably just a focus on speed over quality checks. Otherwise. Food is standard, service is the reason this review is being made. Walked in and was ready to order the "manager" on duty says you can order via kiosk, for me not a huge deal. However, during the time I sat to eat/wait for my meal the same manager said the same thing to 3 other people and what did those people do? Well they walked away, some people aren't tech savy and that was a good example.
