I'm so bummed because this is my favorite Taco Bell and always has been my go-to. It's fast food so I don't expect much- except for what we pay for. I went on 05/25/21 at 5:15 and ordered a burrito with no meat and potatoes and even after confirming and seeing the correct order on the screen they still got it wrong. Food is standard, service is the reason this review is being made. Walked in and was ready to order the "manager" on duty says you can order via kiosk, for me not a huge deal. However, during the time I sat to eat/wait for my meal the same manager said the same thing to 3 other people and what did those people do? Well they walked away, some people aren't tech savy and that was a good example. At the end my father approached the manager and said" You realize you had three people walk out because of the whole kiosk situation and not helping them out right?" The manager said, " I know." I come here when I'm really hungry and in a hurry. Unfortunately, almost every trip here, by the time I get home, my food is almost always cold..not even warm :-( The drive through is backed up during busy meal hours, but late at night there is usually no wait. They are quick to take your order, and your money and usually your food is ready at the pick up window. They will give you plenty of extra taco sauce, however occasionally unhappily and without a smile. :'( I'd like to see more meat in their tacos and burritos. Which I guess would be fine if the shells weren't stale and the tacos were filled properly with ingredients as opposed to minimally. Plus two pizza tacos and my total was $32. Definitely not a good value for your dollar, especially when trying to feed two teenage boys. I got 1 XL and 1 large pizza with 3 toppings each from dominos down the street for $19.99 last night. Come this location if you want to stand in front of the register for 8 mins while the 3 guys argue about what to do when there is no change in the register for drive through customers. The manager, didn't even acknowledge me or ask me to wait. The guy taking drive through orders did, while his manager is telling him to just tell the customers we don't have change so, just pay with card or cancel your order. So props to the gentleman taking driving through orders because that guy should probably be the manager; especially after the simplistic solution to there huge ordeal about not having change. after a long day at Disneyland.. We stopped at Taco Bell down the street from our apartment and ordered the 5 dollar box deal.. so once I got home and was going to eat the 5 layer burrito I opened it up to add some mild sauce and saw that.. no meat or beans and there was more sour cream between the two tortilla. I went to the Taco Bell website and left a message and still haven't heard anything back I guess they don't really care what customers think.. this location on crown valley is the worst.. they just did a renovation.. This has to be the worst "fast food" experience I've had. I waited over 30 minutes for my food. Drive thru customers were getting out of their cars to come in and complain about their wait wondering what was going on. I witnessed several people asking for refunds not willing to wait for their orders. The manager was taking drive-thru orders, filling orders, and processing refunds. He was obviously stressed out, under-staffed, and overwhelmed. With wait times like that, it would behoove the management to think outside the box. Give out samples of their Icee drinks, offer a sample portion of nachos, SOMETHING to quell the impatience of those waiting for their orders. I will not return to this location...this experience was enough to do that for me. Upper-regional Taco Bell management must evaluate this location and see what can be done to improve it's performance. read more

I come here a lot and the service is normally quick, but I decided to write a review as to praise to (who I believe) was the manager. I pull in the drive thu, order 2 drunks and a few items, and had been waiting for nearly 10 minutes. I kept thinking, what could be the hold up? When I get to the window, I see an older woman trying to take down orders, and apologized to me that there card machine isnt working. From my observation, I don't think it was the machine... Feeling patient now, because I feel sorry for her and the staff who has to play "catch up" with her slow ordering, a man hands me my bag of food. I asked for a side of pico de gallo, and he said it was cooked in my quesadilla. Ok...weird. We than realize he didnt give us 2 drinks only one, but charged us for three. When we explain to him what happened, he asks if we want a return, and we tell him No, its ok, we'll take the 3rd soda, because I am a soda-holic. he have us the other 2 sodas and our receipt. It was than that we noticed cash. He gave us cash back for all the drinks! To me, thats a manager. Thats teamwork. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I've ever had the displeasure of reviewing. I ordered online, 2 separate orders to see how they handled the situation. I also did a pickup request so I could view the cleanliness of the restaurant (store) and, to also see if orders were made properly. The first thing I noticed when walking in was there was no food in the delivery/pickup cubicle, odd since food was supposed to already be done. I then noticed there was a box of food at pickup window, turned out to be our food. The guy/girl behind the counter asked for my orders and I told him. I was then given the second part of order and he/she ran to back. The box of food sat on a cold counter for 6 minutes exactly (yes I kept time). The employee then proceeded to front asked me what I was waiting for. I told him/her it was a box special order. They then grabbed the box and tried to hand it to me, I refused based on amount of time it sat. I asked them to remake food. THEY REFUSED!! Tried to lie and say it was just made, after the order they had already gave me. Never will I eat at this Taco Bell location. I've had issues in the past with orders made incorrectly and missing items. I'm not sure who the owner/manager is but they really need to train their employees better. Don't lose business or have employees get into heated exchanges with customers. I only wanted food fresh, they refused, I got a refund and they ended up tossing food in the end. Del Taco anyone? Im a busy mom that's always on the go. I'm always disappointed going to this Taco Bell location , yet I still order food at the drive thru even I just hate the place, since it is close to my sons baseball field and he likes the chalupa . This is the 2nd time I went here this week and every time I got the food, the tacos or chalupa is always falling out of the wrap , it's messy it's all over the place my bag is wet with the sauce since it's not tightly wrapped . I paid for a chalupa combo for almost $9 and it's not wrapped tightly and of course they didn't put any napkins in my bag . It never fails . I convinced my son to just eat somewhere else but again he likes his chalupa when his craving for one and this is the closest location to where he plays /practice his game. Update 5/20 I just went to the drive thru this afternoon. Much better experienced. I ordered the food, the guy at the window is always polite greeted me with a smile which he always does and thanked me after. Young dude slender brunette . He's always pleasant. I got the food and everything was tightly wrapped , it wasn't a mess . My son and I was able able to enjoy the food . And bam.. he put napkins in the bag. It was a good experienced for me especially been working all night and running around . Going to the semi finals today. Thanks for making it a great experience for us today . I have been coming to this place for more years than I can even remember. Over the past few years, it just continues to get worse and worse. Especially the drive thru. This morning, I figured I'd grab a quick breakfast. What I assumed, when I got there was that a BREAKFAST menu would actually be up on the board at 8:45 am so I would know what they were serving. Instead, no breakfast menu. When I mentioned it wasn't up, I assumed that the employee working there would assist me, especially when I asked what the breakfast menu was. Instead, dead silence on the other end. I had to pull up from memory one random item and ask if it was available. It was, I ordered my combo and a 2 pack of Cinnabon's. I should have known better than to leave the drive thru without checking the bag. But, that's really not MY job....it's theirs. Got home and NO Cinnabon's....which I was charged for by the way. I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews on a local establishment but, this is getting ridiculous!!! I honestly don't even have enough fingers OR toes to count the number of times that we have been there, ordered, and been charged for food that we didn't receive. It shouldn't be left to the customer to check the order before we leave. Y'all have one job. GIVE ME THE FOOD I ORDERED AND PAYED FOR!!!! Not only that, the people that work there have NO customer service skills. They are rude, indignant and act like they have something better to do than perform the job they are being payed for. By my count, at this point, over the past year, I have ordered AT LEAST $50 dollars worth of food that I paid for and never received. One of the worst parts about this is, if you do call to complain, they brush you off and tell you that you can come back with your receipt. First of all, they don't even give you a receipt. This location had a recent remodel and looks great. The inside is very clean and inviting. The staff has been nice and orders have been correct. The food is the typical Taco Bell food, but always fresh. I've never experienced an issue here. I didn't get a chance to visit prior to the remodel, so I can't review based on what it was before hand. read more
