They just finished remodeling! Food-wise, it's 3 stars, but the extra star is for the polished new building. Probably the nicest looking Taco Bell I've been in. Although I haven't been in many, tbh. Food is on par with anything you could expect from an ordinary Taco Bell. It's also a Pizza Hut Express, so I can get breadsticks and a burrito. I eat them both at once cuz I want the flavors to mingle in my mouth like that. read more

This is one of the better Taco Bells that I have visited recently... maybe it is because of the proximity to Taco Bell headquarters? In any case, they have a friendly and helpful staff. This store appears to be a test market for Taco Bell's test products which is a nice because every now and then, new items appear on the menu. For example, the croissant taco a few months back. On a side note, one of the employee's at this store (Alex) was very helpful in explaining some of the items on the menu to me recently. Always a pleasure interacting with Alex. read more

Bad Service I wish I could give no starts but it will won't let me. We arrive at 9:45 and the lobby was close, we could not go to the drive-thru because we have bikes on top of our car it would've hit our bikes and the top of the drive-thru our baby was asleep so my husband decided to walk in side but the employee cleaning said that the lobby was close due to being short staff. He told him if he walked to the drive-thru we would take our order,my husband was waking around the window to place our order when the lady on the drive-thru told my husband to not walk to the window because "don't walk to the window because if you do it's to robe me" My husband was surprise and said the employee told me to talk around to place my order because you guys closed the lobby 15 minutes early. She said use the drive-thru when we told her we couldn't because we had bikes on top of our car.she was really rude and try to tell us that it would not hit. This is the worst Taco Bell experience we have ever had (and we actually like Taco Bell!) First, it took at least five minutes for the staff to even take our order and we were the only people in line! Then it took almost 30 minutes for our food to be done. When our order finally arrived it was wrong. The guy offered us a free drink. Uh, no, we have been sitting here drinking for 30 minutes. The guy's comment was "I don't make the food." By far the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. I'm the second car in line and it took 10 min to get my food.... I have a specific time frame for my lunch and this happens every time I go to this Taco Bell..... After taking that long you'd figure they'd get the order right. Totally short staffed tonight with the line out to the street and people out the door. But the staff was still very cheery and pleasant to chat with offering us waters while we waited for our order. This taco bell is in such a hurry trying to get your order done that they messed up the order. I ordered 1 item only and they forgot the meat. Then I called the number on the receipt to let them know and it beeped like a fax machine. Then I went on their website and it is the same number. So you can't get a hold of them how convenient. I am really disappointed with the customer service at this Taco Bell. I have never been so poorly treated. My friend ordered a quesarito with no meat because she is highly allergic and we sat at the drive through as they got our food and listened to them make fun of her for not getting meat on it. They said that she was making things super complicated and many more rude things. We had to go through another time because we were unable to do 3 separate orders and as we pulled up to the window they were very rude again! I did not get the names of the two guys that were also being very very rude but the cashier was Gloria. I will not be coming back here again. I am disgusted by the way we were treated. read more

I like Taco Bell, but today I noticed there was a chance to win an iPad with directions how to enter the sweepstakes on the back of my receipt. Went to the site, took the survey, provided my email and name (who knows what vendors will end up with that info!) and after I was finished, received a "thanks, but you're not eligible to enter the sweepstakes at this time. Worst place ever!!! ZERO STARS!! I had an issue with their drive thru. I asked if they had any pepperoni pizza ready and the lady said yes, once i pulled up to the window to pay she said that it wasn't ready so i had to wait 10 min. After i waited 10min she gave me my pizza and said "i put a free taco in the bag for making you wait" once i started eating i searched for the taco and found a paper with a drawn taco that said "thank you, come again" so disrespectful!! Well once again we ordered several things, appeared correct on the screen & get home and 2 out of the 8 things we ordered were right. Why can this Taco Bell not get anything right. 3 times in a row now (several months apart) and still giving us the wrong items. So we ordered Bean Rice & Cheese burritos & we get bean cheese & onions. We order bean & cheese no onions & well I think they put extra onions in the burritos. Never again will we go back. This taco bells drive thru is the worst. I've been in line for over 15 minutes in the drive thru and we still haven't received our food, and we ordered a burrito and a taco only. This is the same service and wait time we experience almost everytime we come here, it's extremely slow, whether they don't staff enough people or their staff doesn't care about long lines. Consistently terriblly slowwww service. Parking on this lot is a nightmare. Drive thru entrance is fed from two driveways and bottle necks into one. Cars are fighting for drive-thru position. Taco Bell should have an employee outside directing drive thru traffic and taking orders during peak periods. Franchisee or owner for this location is clueless in how to run a fast food. Took me 13 minutes or receive an order for one crunchy taco and a mexican pizza on Nov. 11 at 12:40 pm. This location gives priority to smog producing drive-thru customers. For those that park their car and bother to walk-in and order.... be prepared to wait for SLOW food service. I will never return to this location. I gave it too many opportunities than it deserves. read more

Lake Forest, CA - Still problems at this location, they are not honoring their gift card promotion even though the ad for it is right on the counter. The managers don't wear name tags and you have to insist several times to get their names. The manager comes off very racist and told me to go somewhere else, if I want to buy a gift card. read more

It all started at 12;45 pm around lunch. I pulled up to go through the drive through being that some of us only get 30 minute lunch breaks. There were 6 cars in front of me that haven't even made it to the order box yet. Going in i knew it would be along time. Well as we are all waiting patiently a car drives around everyone and makes a u turn and comes in the drive through from the other side. Tries to squeeze in and the truck in front of me did not let them. So then we move forward and the car just jumps the curb and cuts in front of me. Now at this point i am getting a little upset but figure no need to get upset. They order and then I order and when we they pull up to the window, the car and the TACO BELL cashier start talking about how rude and inpatient I am. Then the TACO BELL cashier proceeds to look pout the window and give me a dirty look. And I was like "WHAT". So then i approach the window the cashier was nothing but rude and snatched my money and throw my change in the bag. I paid with a 100 dollar bill and she just throw 93 dollars in a bunch in the bag with no receipt. I asked for hot sauce and of course none in the bag. Worst service i have ever received at TACO BELL. My family and I eat TACO BELL at least 2 nights a week. Needless to say that will not be happening any more. I get back to work upset and bothered and low and behold TACO BELL messed my order up. So now I have to go back and when I arrive and let the cashier know that my order is wrong. The cashier inside proceeds to tell me that the order is not wrong but I in fact ordered that. So then I asked to speak with the manager and I was told that there is NO manager on duty at this time. SO i asked for his name and no one could give me the name. So then because the girl at the window did not give me a receipt this turned in to another nightmare. Did not get the right burrito and just left. Now i was on lunch for 56 mins and my manager was not happy with me. What happen to taking care of the people that pay your paychecks?
