Went back for the first time in around a year fully expecting to be let-down, and I wanted to thank the staff! Order was correct, staff was friendly, absolutely ZERO complaints! This place is a mess. I went overnight and ordered a number 3 combo with 2 extra tacos. Simple, right? The drive thru worker read back the completely wrong order, so I had to correct the whole thing. (He tried ringing me up for chalupas and a chalupa box). After I paid, I was waiting and the drive thru worker kept opening the window and staring at me, then he would close the window. It was super uncomfortable. Finally, I was given food, but it wasn't my order and there was no drink. The worker then walked away from the window before I could get his attention. I had to knock on the window and flag down someone else who told me to pull forward. I waited several more minutes. He brought out the food, but forgot the drink... again. I asked where the drink was, he brought it out and it was the wrong drink. To top it all off, my food was made incorrectly like they didn't know the menu. This location isn't worth the trouble. I never write reviews but this is insane. Every time I get a hard taco from this place it comes sopping wet with juice, sometimes stuck to the wrapper (they refuse to strain the meat at all I guess). Now, my drink had no ice...like I want a room temperature drink. Just opened my chalupa with no tomato to find tomato as well. Not a single thing was good about this order. Some of the most simple things would be put ice in the drink cup...and straining the meat even a tiny bit before putting it in a HARD shell... I didn't order a soggy soft taco. A great location, though they seem to have a staffing issue. Employees are respectful and will correct any mistakes made, which is understandable when they need to train people. They do get very busy but work hard and will clear the line as fast as they can. Additionally they have great standards for health safety, handing out food and taking payment touchlessly. read more

And you're a real trooper if you manage to make it up to the drive through window, but that won't happen anytime soon. And they never. Ever. Remember the drinks that go with your order. Went here to Taco Bell in Frandor Tuesday night. I ordered 2 craving boxes. They put 2 boxes of food in 1 box squashing the tacos and left cheese off of some. My wife tried to call but they wouldn't answer the phone. Eventually we came into the lobby. Everyone in the lobby was being ignored and there wasn't anyone even at the front counter. We tried to talk to a manager as they came out to the lobby and said that they were leaving. That is pathetic that a manager would blow off customers like that. I generally love Taco Bell, but this was an exceptionally good experience. Our cashier was super friendly, I am vegetarian so I get my crunch wrap with beans instead of beef, and he wasn't sure how to do that at first so he got someone to help him and was just very nice about it.
