I went to grab lunch for our sons to drop off at the high school and I didn't check the order , one of my boys called me and said they forgot his burrito. I called and the young lady who answered was very apologetic and asked if I wanted to come by now to pick it up but I said I could but she gave me other options. I will be going this afternoon, i'm happy that they gave me other options if I couldn't make it today this weekend or next week whenever I could. both order kiosks were broken with no signs posted. soda machine broken. no napkins. staff was visibly overwhelmed but customers felt for them because everything was broken. burritos on the floor in the kitchen. my beefy five layer burrito was basically just waded up tortilla. the cantina bowl was very skimpy with brown, soggy lettuce. only plus was that the nacho fries were some of the best ive ever had & the cheese was steaming hot. taco bell take care of ur employees!!! read more

It's okay, things happen. Tonight, order was quick. The interior is beautifully decorated. Only problem is the fountain drink area. Came by for lunch and ordered the simple classic box with a 5 layer burrito, crunchy taco, & cinnamon twist. The 5 layer burrito was missing sour cream and my crunchy taco had the THINNEST layer of ground beef... just straight up lettuce and cheese. When I asked about another taco, the worker said it's just one spoonful of the meat. Been waiting for the Encherrito to make a come back. So we ordered it through the TacoBell App and it gave us this location. We live in Tracy, so we were surprised our food delivery was coming from Lathrop. There are 2 local Taco Bell's near us. Our order was correct, but we were disappointed in the encherrito. It was not at all like I remember. This had hardly any meat, cheese, or sauce. The ones I remember were smothered in sauce and cheese and it filled the tray it came in. Our encherrito was like a roiled flour tortilla with no cheese, some meat and some sauce. We paid extra to have it topped with diced tomatoes and sour cream. One of them regular, one of them with extra extra extra cheese, no sauce, and the other one with just extra cheese. They didn't mark any of them so I had to take a bite from each one. when I asked the manager what happened why didn't they mark them as the cashier told me they would he had no answer and offered to remake them.
