This Taco Bell has been here forever. I've been coming here since I was a kid and I even applied to work here in high school. I've never really had a bad experience here, but then again, for the most part I'm pretty easy as a Taco Bell customer. With the exception of a couple things that I might get here and there, I pretty much just get Crunchy Tacos. That's it. There's only a couple ways to mess those up, but I'm pretty satisfied every time. There's a decent amount of meat in the tacos. They're pretty crunchy and not stale. In the same way that McDonald's seems to have their Coca-Cola dialed in perfectly on their fountain, the Pepsi here at this Taco Bell is perfect. There are a couple things that could use some updates on inside, especially the bathrooms. Just to make things a little nicer looking. Also, especially recently, the drive thru lines here and at all the neighboring fast food places have been incredibly long. Last night, I waited for a pretty decent amount of time before getting up to the order box. At that time, they told me that their card reader is down and can only accept cash. Luckily, I actually had enough cash to place my order. It would be nice to maybe have a sign up by the drive thru that announces that they are only accepting cash. That way, if someone doesn't, they can just move along. If I hadn't had any cash on me, I would've had to wait in line for the rest of the people in front of me to get their food, just so I can drive away because at that point, I'm already boxed into the line and can't back out. read more

This place is always understaffed. Hire more people. Quit solely relying on the Kiosk to take orders. And also, put the sauces back out. Half the time they give you the food and don't give you what you ordered in the Kiosk. And I asked for sauces. This isn't really fast food IMO. read more

I make a online order and pay with my cc. I head over to the store which took me about 10 min. Once there I see no food ready on the mobile order section. I wait 10 min and go up to the register to ask about my order. The lady and the counter checks and tells me she has no orders for me. I show her my cc statement showing I paid. She reply's sorry I don't have an order for you maybe wait a little bit longer. I go outside for a minute and pull up my order info and go back in. At the register the lady says to the crew in back "it's that guy again". I show her my order number, and she still says "sorry no orders for you. You can wait a little longer and see if it comes in." She tells me it's not her stores fault, it's the apps fault. I call BS I used the Taco Bell app to order food at Taco Bell what's the difference! We had a group of 7 not really hungry but just want to munch. Here i learn something new from one friend, a box of goodies, such as 4 tacos and 4 burritos or however many you like of each, and comes with drink i think. for only 10 bucks. . Well we requested the tacos to be soft tacos. Tacos were yum with some mild, fire sauce! However the cheese bean burritos were bland and after 3 bites i didn't want any more. Sure did filled us up since there was kids and adults mixed in the party. . It was a quick refresh and then back on the road trip to the city of angels. Passing through town and found this hidden gem. Tried something new called queserito steak burrito and was delicious! Clean restrooms and clean dining area! One of the worst by far customer service ever. They make you order mobile app after 9 o'clock. If you're on your lunch break and then the area don't bother because all they do is sit around. No communication from the workers. Was on my lunch break hence why I ordered ahead and still waited WAYYYY longer than I should've. Sure the dècor may be dated and the surounding area my look like a truck stop but this aging TB has heart! We come here fairly regularly and tend to dine in rather than take out. Recently a delicious looking breakfast menu was added and I was SUPPOSED to wake early this morning to try but couldn't find the heart to get out of my warm bed. Menu is good. I stick to the classic crunchy tacos and those devilishly good Cinna-Twists. I'm not too big on experiencing any of their newer fare. Their food always comes out looking like its supposed to. Chalupa: disgusting, 20% smaller than they used to be, very empty with almost no filling and they use a different tortilla wrap that is rock hard and taste so bad. Cheesy bean and cheese burrito: 20% smaller with less filling. Cheesy Gordita crunch: different tortilla wrap and less filling. All the food was cold and had very little filling. Never going back. I've had plenty of experiences with this Taco Bell Location. When I lived in Lathrop. Every time my parents would go, they would always mess up something. And its just super annoying at this point. Like sometimes will miss a burrito, or something. But the last time I went. It was just awful. My Mom went thru the drive thru, and had ordered are food. But couldn't find her card, so we went to the front of the restaurant, so my mom could find the card. When the time she found it, she went inside. Hoping that the Cashier/Chefs had the food still. But they must've thrown it away or gave it to another person. Which was kinda dumb for them to do. Since my mom would comeback to pay for it. then my mom waits, to order. It took the cashier to help my mom forever. Once my mom ordered, we waited there almost half hour for our food. While I was waiting in the car, I noticed there was barely any cars in the drive thru, so I didn't see why they took so long. By the time my mom was getting upset for just waiting there. Another Lady goes in to complain, about them missing something which I'm not surprised about. The people that worked there, they automatically helped her. They knew we we're waiting for the food for almost a half hour. My Mom got so frustrated that she almost cancelled the order. So the next time your travelling and want Taco Bell.
