You don't often find AYCE Mexican Buffets so this was a nice surprise to see one so close to home. Mr. Panchós has a buffet every Sunday for lunch and at $16.45/pp, it can't be beat! We visited around 11:10am, right after opening. There were a few tables taken but I was truly surprised by how empty it was! This was a perfect time to go in because the food was hot, fresh, and plenty. It was getting busier at 12pm and I'm glad we arrived earlier to beat the crowd. The buffet had soft tortillas, hard taco shells, taco bowls, fajitas, enchiladas, tamales, chile rellenos, beans, rice, and fillings (beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese sauce, sour cream, guacamole). I felt like I got my money's worth with a taco salad, 2 tacos, a tamale, and a chile relleno. I was definitely full and content. The food is very average for Tex-mex but it was comforting and I got to have everything I like. Our waitress was great and kept refilling our water and was quick with the check. Listen... Mr Panchos did not disappoint. Hubby got the Enchiladas Supremas, I got the Enchiladas Suizas, and once I added that tomatillo salsa on top? BABY. That was it. Absolute chef's kiss situation. I was over there making happy food noises the whole meal. Everything was super fresh, hot, cheesy, and the portions were huge. We saw the buffet too and the plates coming out looked massive. And the service? So dang nice. Everybody was friendly and checked on us without being annoying every five seconds, which I appreciate. We go here for the Sunday buffet and it's the only Mexican Food Buffet that I know of. It's pretty good. They have a big variety of foods to choose from along with all of the sides and accompanying things like Sour Cream, Lettuce, Cheese, Etc. The service is good and the staff are friendly. They have a full bar and a covered outdoor patio. The buffet is available on Sunday ONLY and it gets very busy so we always get there at 11:00 a.m. when they open the doors. There will be a line to get in when they open. They also have a Fajita station where you pick your choice of protein and toppings and they cook it in front of you while you wait. It's worth checking out if your in Lebanon and want a variety of Mexican Food. read more

Granted we were a party of ten but the restaurant was not up to our expectations. My husband's pork was shredded and EXTREMELY dried up. Our meals came out over a ten minute period of time. One of the children had ordered a corn dog. It was so over cooked the breading was cracked open, burned and hard as a rock. Totally inedible. When we reordered it, it did come out perfect. Our server needed to be asked to refill our drinks... half the table had alcohol and the other half had soda or water. Fortunately, I bought markers and coloring books for the three children. Getting our food took a very long time to be served. We had arrived at about 5 to make sure the little ones were fed and going before the dinner rush. The restaurant was not busy but the service was not up to par. . My son had a dish that was spicy seafood served with sliced cucumbers. It looked fantastic and he thoroughly enjoyed it. read more

Menu clearly stated that they have a lunch special on Sundays outside of the buffet. However, the waiter and the manager said that the only Sunday special is the buffet. We suggested that they revise the menu to remove the lunch special fajitas on Sundays because it is very misleading. Neither of us wanted the buffet, so we had to change our selections as a result. One of the orders was incorrect, although the waiter caught the mistake and corrected it. The food quality was ok, but it was much better in the past. We had good food here in the past, so it was disappointing to have a mediocre lunch this time. There are many other Mexican restaurants in town. This disappointing experience will make us explore these other options. Perhaps, we will find a different go-to Mexican restaurant in the process. read more

They even have a hibachi chef to custom make any combination you want. Super friendly service. This place is HUGE and can serve groups of any size. This place served me the BIGGEST margarita I have ever had! I ordered the " Skinny Margarita " however the server's English was still Improving so this may have been a Texas margarita. I also had the beef chimichanga and it was the best chimichanga I ever have had. It was moist and lived up to my expectation. read more

The BEST Mexican food in Lebanon hands down! Yes, better than Los Compadres and Mangos put together. This food actually has much more flavor and tastes authentic. Bring your appetite because you will be stuffed to the edge of being nearly uncomfortable. The nachos and salsa are wonderful. Best salsa I've ever had! I had enchiladas and tostaguac. Wife had the Texas quesadilla. It was the size of Texas. We were so full we almost had to be wheeled out of there in a wheelbarrow. Great food and service too. First (& last) time here. Service was slow! It took over an hour and two trips to the manager to get our $110 worth of food & drinks. When food finally arrived everything was soggy like it had set in the window for an hour. We ordered combos straight from the menu with nothing extra or special. One of our party of 4 didn't get her chicken fajita's until almost 30 minutes after us. The manager gave us excuses but offered zero solutions. The food was bland, had items missing or had the wrong proteins. Waitstaff had no idea what was on the menu or how it was supposed to be prepared. Total disaster! read more

Again, food is fantastic!! This time we did take out and ordered the Texas Fajitas. There was a slice of steak( tender, flavorful, and large), chicken breast( thin to fit into the corn tortillas ), shrimp, (large and well seasoned), cheese, onions grilled vegetables and cactus. It was way too much food in the "double portion", which they served in individual foil pans, complete with refried beans, lettuce, pico, guacamole and sour cream. It was accompanied with homemade tortilla chips with fresh salsa that is amazing! Next time we will get the single of the fajitas and share! We have leftovers from the double . I believe this is one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever eaten at. It is the best in this area. Everyone flocks to Chuys, but this is superior in flavor, portions, service and freshness! Welcoming folks and great food and drink! Recently had a great time here. Very good and generous supply of chips and salsa. Chips were warm - I really enjoy that. Started with a pitcher of frozen margaritas - served quickly, well prepared and server. Our entrees were served hot and were delicious. I had a three-item combo - enchilada, taco, and poblano. The pork taco was outstanding. Actually, so was the poblano (filled with cheese for me) and chicken enchilada. My wife had the steak quesadilla with rice and beans, which was very good as well. Mr. Pancho's closed their location in Watertown and re-opened in Lebanon. They seem to have everything that I look for in a Mexican restaurant which is good chips & salsa and food, reasonable prices and a fun, relaxed environment. The restaurant-- The ambiance is casual and comfortable inside the restaurant. There is plentiful seating with a mixture of tables and booths. There were a few big groups in here so it is definitely a place that you could bring several friends/family. As it is located in a shopping center with Goodwill & other businesses there are lots of parking spots. The food/menu-- They have a full bar and so they have a cocktail menu, margaritas and a beer selection. As it was a weeknight we decided not to get a drink but I'd love to try their margarita here! The food menu is extensive, so much so that I had trouble deciding what I wanted to eat. To start we ordered some cheese dip ($2.99). This was pretty good queso! My boyfriend order the Molcajete Special ($14.25) which is one of the most impressive things I've seen. It is chicken, steak, shrimp, chorizo, and beef ribs with onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, with salsa and cheese and a side of tortillas and beans. They bring it out in a container that looks like a large oversized stone mortar. I got the Fajitas Texanas (small, $11.25) which is streak, chicken and shrimp with sauteed onions served in a cast iron skillet with a side of tortillas, rice and beans loaded with pico de gallo sour cream and guacamole on a pile of lettuce. We both had to get boxes because it was way too much food. Great prices for the amount of food you get. The service-- When we arrived we were seated right away and given menus. I took off a star from the rating because our server disappeared for quite a while at the end of our meal. At the beginning he was more attentive, but difficult to understand as his English was not very good. Our dinner came out pretty quick and they were good about replenishing our chips and salsa. Great place for small to medium sized groups with a large menu, decent Mexican food and good service. Met a group on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised with a decent amount of gluten free and healthy options, everyone was able to find something they could eat and the portions were so big most left with "to-go" boxes. We were seated in a more private section of the restaurant which allowed our group not to pester smaller groups with our volume. The staff was very attentive, quick and able to handle 16 separate checks without a single mistake. I'm sure the group will be back. read more

Disappointing overall. Attentive and nice FOH staff, but the daily special rang up at the wrong price. The nachos ordered without lettuce came out covered in lettuce & no cheese. The shrimp tacos said corn tortillas on the menu, so my Gluten Free wife ordered those. They came out as flour tortillas so she had to taste a bite and send them back to be corrected. Delicious every time we go! The Sunday buffet is so good! Every Sunday from 11am to 3pm you can indulge in the all you can eat tacos, nachos, fajitas, cheese dip, and more!!! They have lots of options and even have a grill area where you can have your fajitas made to order by the chef. The buffet tends to get a little messy from customer spills but the employees are very attentive to the small messes and keeping the food full! This place was fabulous! Happy hour lasts until 8:00 and they make excellent margaritas. I had the Shrimp Jalisco for dinner and the shrimp melted in my mouth. I also had a side of their grilled jalapeños, those were the best I've ever had. I got another side to take home and will probably stop in just for those. Service was fast and friendly. When you complained about food and the manager came to convince you saying hundred of gringos came every day and no one's complain about our food it's time to just go away and let them figure out how to keep doing business with such horrible food...
