Stopped into this Taco Bell on the way back home from our vacation for lunch. Went up to the counter to order and the worker completely ignored us as we stood there. Finally he took our order and was somewhat rude. The tacos were fine, but I feel like the place needs to be cleaned better. Also use the women's restroom and the toilet was broken and they had the lid off asking people to press a button inside of the toilet. Also, the door did not lock. read more

I had never been a regular at Taco Bell until my wife convinced me to try their new Double Triple Crunchwrap. Since then, I've been back to Taco Bell a few times. Earlier day, while traveling from Columbus, OH to Denver, my wife and I stopped for lunch at the Taco Bell in Limon, CO. This was at 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon. I rarely dole out a 1-star rating but I'm stretching it to give this Taco Bell a full 1-star. I ordered the Double Triple Cruchwrap which Taco Bell has been advertising heavily and which was actively being promoted in the store (posters and menu board). And the lady at the counter says "sorry, but we're out of tortillas and can't make any Crunchwraps". So, I go to plan B and order the Taco-Burrito which is also being actively promoted in the store and she says "sorry but we're also out of tomatoes for our tacos and burritos". Says they're waiting for a delivery and expect the truck any time soon. So, going to plan C, I order 2 taco-burritos without tomatoes. The clerk proceeds to up-sell me to the "box" that includes 1 taco-burrito, 2 tacos and a drink for $5. Done -- that's what I get. They didn't compensate for the lack of tomatoes by adding any extra meat, lettuce or cheese -- those were the 2 sorriest excuses for tacos. The taco-burrito was actually OK - even without the tomatoes. When I went to get napkins -- guess what -- they were out of napkins also and were using C-fold paper towels like you use in restrooms in place of napkins. No apologies / no discount / no anything. BTW - the delivery truck did pull in while we were eating but was still unloading when we pulled out. read more

Slow, poor service, missing food from our order, and unappealing product presentation (broken and soggy taco shells, half-wrapped), drinks have either been overly carbonated or no carbonation at all. On August 4 about 9pm I visited the Taco Bell in Limon, CO. I can't think of a worse experience in my 71 years. The view of kitchen was immediately alarming. The floor was strewn with food debris and paper. The employees seemed to be engaged in some sort of play out of sight while customers stood waiting and others just left with no attempt to help customers. After I received my taco order I discovered the tacos had no lettuce. When inquiring I was told we are out. Additionally, none of the subsequent customers were advised of the shortages before placing their orders. No apologies or compensation offered. I was also astounded that the employees seemed to use the customer self service feature as a way of avoiding customer contact. A single star is far too generous for this store and its employees. read more

ZERO STARS in my opinion. Never had such a terrible customer service experience. I could tell from the ordering box where you don't even see the employee yet that the employee here taking our order was either having a bad day or either HATED her job. I remember even telling my husband as we waited for our order, " wow somebody hates their job." Sure enough when we arrived at the window still there was NO vehicle behind us until she started actually giving us our food and she messed up our drinks and didn't ask us if we wanted any sauces because she was very quick to SHUT the window on us & with force when we waited for her to open it so we could tell her one of our 3 drinks were wrong which she immediately got upset, she even YANKED her headset off??? and either told us or the person ordering on her headset angrily "I'll be right with you!" Then basically snatched the drink out of my husbands hand??? A 'mature' older white woman with died pink ends & blonde or white hair & piercings on her face which I found odd considering what her age seemed to be & I hate to make fun but since I didn't catch her name here is an accurate description of her--she looks very familiar to the old cat lady that has Tweety Bird & Sebastian. LOL BUT It gets worse, so clearly at this point she is very irritated, she is clearly showing it through her facial expressions/tone of voice then she just abruptly hands my husband the drink & SHUTS the window on him hard as he is trying to say thank you, that he doesn't even get to ask for hot sauce as she is rushing us to leave even though we could see the inside wasn't at all busy nor was the drive through & we were trying to tell her quick too seeing how she was behaving. So we wait again & she opens the window & says "UGH, WHAT IS IT!?" My husband still trying to be kind asks her, "could we please get some hot sauce & some diab--" as he gets cut off by her shutting the window yet again MID sentence!!! She has the nerve to basically SHOVE them onto his hand & immediately closes the window AGAIN! At this point my husband has had enough & so have I. We gave her ABSOLUTELY NO REASON WHATSOEVER FOR HER TO HAVE TREATED US LIKE THIS & WE HAD OUR TWO YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE TRUCK WHICH THEY WITNESSED EVERYTHING & AlSO became disturbed. I had to explain to then why the lady was such a grouch they said they didn't know what was going on because she BECAME EVEN MORE RUDE FROM THERE! So she re-opens the window clearly upset & asks angrily "uhm sir can I help you?!!!" My husband says, "yes, I also wanted diablo sauce as well." And her facial expressions worse..she shuts the window harshly even her fellow co workers face seems to be in shock as if he could simpathize with us as to why this woman was freaking out so badly for no reason & he just watches in horror/disbelief with eyes wide open from behind her just observing how irrational she was behaving. She again shoves the other sauces to my husband & this time doesn't shut the window but instead in a VERY & I mean VERY RUDE TONE asks him, " OK! Is there ANYTHING else I can help you with?!?!" He replies, " yes, there is...can you get me your manager please." While I say "YOU COULD TRY BEING A BIT NICER!" Because Omg I can put up with alot but this woman was EXTREMELY OVER THE TOP DISRESPECTFUL IF ONE COULD THE THE WAY IN WHICH SHE SAID EVERYTHING. So unacceptable. We truly believe she was on DRUGS or it was time for her to re up on whatever she was on, we were so disturbed long after we left. Anyway so, she tells him abruptly, "she can't come, I have a line, we are too busy for that!" He tells her, " I need you to get me your manager." She shuts the window hard as she had been & storms off. Shortly her manager, who seems to be a hispanic woman approaches the window & asks my husband if she could help him. He tells her he has a complaint about one of her employees. She asks what happened & he tells her how he works in customer service & would never treat any body the way she was treating us. Tells her how he asks for hot sauce which she basically threw at him seriously!! The ma ager doesn't apologize but asks if she actually gave us the hot sauce which isn't the biggest problem & it wasn't until we left that we realized she didn't apologize for her behavior either but only said that she would "...talk to her." Ok well although we appreciate her talking to her she really could have gave us an apology at-least for such a rude employee and experience. Either way, never stopping here again as we really can't believe how someone can be that incredibly rude for no reason whatsoever. Which is why I am leaving this very lengthy review. So it's a Taco Bell... I only review it because the other review was pretty brutal. First off, it's wildly understaffed for the lunch traffic it picked up. So that was a bummer. Lately, this location never seems to be open. Went by there today (April 30) at 12:00pm, so in the middle of the day on a non-holiday. There were about 6 cars in the drive thru and NO ONE ever came over the speaker. A few people pulled around and waited at the window...no luck there either. We parked and tried to go inside, but the doors were locked. There weren't any signs indicating that they were closed. If you're going to close in the middle of the day on a random Saturday, at least put a sign up before people waste their time in the drive thru. This is my first 1-star review but it's well deserved. I regularly go to taco bell and usually love the food. That is, until this one.. do NOT go to this taco bell. BAD Customer Service-- no one was wearing masks and there was no one at the counter, only a kiosk. They got our ORDER WRONG and put beef when we clearly wrote to sub in beans. We noticed 10 minutes on the road and had to throw it out (we're vegetarian). The food was MESSY, bordering on uneatable. Apparently they also now add hot sauce inside the bean burrito without us asking?! This made it so sticky and soggy as sauces were dripping out of it. We got our order within 4 mins and now I know why.. have not seen such bad quality. This store needs to be closed!! read more
